  6. Im starting to see this alot in marriages where the husband start to get a bit of Erectile disfunction or generally underperforms.   11. Well he is taking: HGH .6mg, 5x wk Testosterone 2mg patch 6x weekly Not sure how much this is but doesn't testosterone injection cause muscle growth? Its not exactly "progress" to gain muscle when taking testosterone. Sure we can view it as an improvement but im thinking about this as if hes either taking more testosterone then his body can naturally produce or his body is struggling to produces testosterone so there is a underling problem that is not resolved that he masked with this patch. If we look at people who abuse HGH and testosterone like body builders they die early from enlarged hearts and other complications. Short term acute feed back tells you to stop taking it. B12 supplementation causes over stimulation, that you can feel immediately, it raises the stress burden on the body. Taking it every day for years just adds stress to the system for years that leads to burn in out in the worse case, when complications happen no one links it back to the supplement or medication. Long term effects of treatment is the least understood thing there is. People that can tollerate taking it everyday are healthy, there body can handle the burden so they missed or did not take the time to understand how the substance is effecting them. I understand this perspective and i view it as a over estimating the development of this field. The brightest minds, the innovators, visionaries and creative types arent attracted to the health industry. It attracts a specific type of person who is systemic in there thinking not synergistic. We need engineers not technicians. A doctor is a glorified technician. Everything ingested has a specific effect on the body and mind. Its all psychoactive in a sense indirectly. If I where to ingest something blind I would know what it was based on how it made me feel. Every supplement, medication and food has a specific feeling when ingested. They also have secondary feelings that happen when its absorbed a second type deeper in the digestion system sometimes that happens at night causing disturbances. Im sure you fully understand all this im just explaining how when i eat chocolate for example there is a secondary absorption that i noticed that happends later on that causes a unhealth stimulation at the wrong time of the day like at night. I have no outside source for this knowledge, im not repeating what i saw in a youtube video, i learned this from tracking what I eat and observing my body. If I eat a tomato I get "tomato" high or enter a tomato state, its like mixing colors together in a cup and observing the new color combination. The effects of most supplements are major not minor, B12, vitamin C, omega 3 hit like a tone of bricks and all have a completely different effect, maybe im more sensitive but im guessing its more likely that im paying close attention. Are you saying taking a supplement and feeling bad does not mean its bad for you? That you should keep taking it because its good for you even if you feel bad?

  14. Interesting is there any applications for this vibration? Does it "do" anything? When changing frequency is it permanent? Is it similar to prana/energy healing, does it all related together? ? Very interesting, how has the clearance changed you, there was a release of pain and you no longer feel it? I feel like ive had a similar releases with this trip but i cant pin point it to a specific chakra, its more a general body relaxation and mind stillness. All the nerves in the body. When body scanning the part of the body awareness is put on becomes more intense and you feel more. If i focus and concentrate harder on that spot it begins to hurt and feels painful. On the trip the vibration state i could sense that my nerves where vibrating slightly similar and when i focused in on that feeling it become 100x stronger then spread to the entire body. I became a massive vibrator lol. Moving my hand around swinging in the air back and forward felt like i was caring a heavy weight, like the density of the "air" was thicker then water, like swimming in lava. The perfect analogy would be a massage gun, the hand vibrates when using it, now imagine moving that massage gun around in the air there would be a vibrating resistance and heaviness. Now make the entire body vibrate like that. No need to respond, keep up the practice. ?

Sobar now if i medidate on the central nervous system, feeling the vibration, if i try to "force" it by concentrating harder it just gets more and more painful and the full body vibration state does not come back. Maybe there is a way to access that state if i really force it with intense concentration?
  17. Ive experimented with omega-3 supplements for years, every time its the same result, ill feel weak and have symptoms similar to low blood pressure right after taking them. This is the main reason im skeptical of the effectiveness of these supplement or any supplement and the claims people make that they are healthy alternatives to real food in the vegan path.
  18. Most women have needs they want someone to come into there life to fill. Realizing you have something they want is vital, know what that is and present it infront of them. That presentation is almost entirely verbal where you connect with them by giving them a playful positive space to feel comfortable talking to you about anything. They then open up to you because you get them fully with out any judgement and its done. Thats the only approach ive ever used. With lots of humor of course along the way. Its a fun space you need to create.
  19. I've experimented with most of the supplements on his list. Taking a supplement for a few days you can tell by listing to you body if its healthy or not for you. I'm currently taking non of the supplements I spend thousands of dollars buying because they make me feel worse. I find it hard to believe he can take all of them all at the same time and that works for his body. The point I was making is by taking all does supplements and medication and doing everything all at the same time he cant tell what each one does in isolation. He could of added something harmful and have no idea because something else is overall compensating like coacao powered and other mood boosting methods. That's fine to believe in the system like that, I don't think they are as capable as they think they are.
  20. It seems good on paper and he likely made improvements but when personally experimenting trying this and observing others who try this the results are deceptive. The feed back from tests can be wrong because and you feel worse yet on paper it looks better! In his case hes doing so many things all at the same time that there is no telling what parts of it are good or bad. So if he suddenly has a heart attack tomorrow you'll have a complete brain fuck recontextualization of the situation. you'll question everything he was doing. Ive had that brain fuck observing people so im just being skeptical. Parts of what hes doing id definitely try like optimizing diet, sleep, exercise and stress with the aid of bio feedback/clinical testing but other parts ive already tried and it doesn't work out so simply.
  21. Why are you being a dick all the time? People have perspectives and opinions that conflict with your own and there is at least partial truth to it. I'm also not making absolute statements about anything, I'm stating the results of my observations and experiences up to this point. Good: sleep, eating, exercise, sun exposure..., things that improve the system as a whole indirectly. Bad: Things that only improve one metric directly and not the entire system, looks good on paper but are really a type of over fitting problem. Examples that can do this are Some supplements and medications, possibly ice baths, hormonal manipulation with breathing... things like that. Gamifying biomarkers with good practices is reasonable way to go about it, but he takes it a step further with supplements that directly alter biomarkers and I'm under impression that changing biomarkers that way is a mistake and deceptive. I also dont believe does biomarkers point to what people think they point to.
