  1. I've experimented with most of the supplements on his list. Taking a supplement for a few days you can tell by listing to you body if its healthy or not for you. I'm currently taking non of the supplements I spend thousands of dollars buying because they make me feel worse. I find it hard to believe he can take all of them all at the same time and that works for his body. The point I was making is by taking all does supplements and medication and doing everything all at the same time he cant tell what each one does in isolation. He could of added something harmful and have no idea because something else is overall compensating like coacao powered and other mood boosting methods. That's fine to believe in the system like that, I don't think they are as capable as they think they are.
  2. It seems good on paper and he likely made improvements but when personally experimenting trying this and observing others who try this the results are deceptive. The feed back from tests can be wrong because and you feel worse yet on paper it looks better! In his case hes doing so many things all at the same time that there is no telling what parts of it are good or bad. So if he suddenly has a heart attack tomorrow you'll have a complete brain fuck recontextualization of the situation. you'll question everything he was doing. Ive had that brain fuck observing people so im just being skeptical. Parts of what hes doing id definitely try like optimizing diet, sleep, exercise and stress with the aid of bio feedback/clinical testing but other parts ive already tried and it doesn't work out so simply.
  3. Why are you being a dick all the time? People have perspectives and opinions that conflict with your own and there is at least partial truth to it. I'm also not making absolute statements about anything, I'm stating the results of my observations and experiences up to this point. Good: sleep, eating, exercise, sun exposure..., things that improve the system as a whole indirectly. Bad: Things that only improve one metric directly and not the entire system, looks good on paper but are really a type of over fitting problem. Examples that can do this are Some supplements and medications, possibly ice baths, hormonal manipulation with breathing... things like that. Nicotinamide Riboside 375mg (6 x wk), altering his NAD score with this supplement he stated made the largest impact on his biological age assessment. Ca-AKG: Rejuvant(R)

Gamifying biomarkers with good practices is reasonable way to go about it, but he takes it a step further with supplements that directly alter biomarkers and I'm under impression that changing biomarkers that way is a mistake and deceptive. I also dont believe does biomarkers point to what people think they point to.

  7. ?‍♀️Many improvements made to biomarkers with supplementation is fake progress and obvious self-deception. We will know the truth in 30 years observing how his body ages. I've personally experimented with most of the supplements on his list and they all have negative side effects on my body. The idea that he takes them all at the same time is ridiculous.

So I'm guessing your brain gets a very larger dopamine hit and drug addiction that comes with porn and sex causing dependency issues. Your a full blown drug addict.

  12. Doesn't everyone fully understand this, what is the point of saying it? Someone people still feel that parental comfort that other people will help them? I'm not criticizing Andrew Tate, I don't understand how this point applies to people? I think the main point was that you need to believe in your self to get what you want done and you need to do it all on your own, be independent and stop whining when things don't go your way, just move on and push through it.
  13. The main issue I've observed with doctors is when they negatively impact a patients life they mostly don't recognize it. I'm not saying they don't care, I'm saying they have no idea it happened, that there treatment was a net negative and should not have been introduced into that patients life. I'm highly discouraged to explain why as the total of 4 doctors on this site will nit pick at every point and explain why from there bubble they are right. How testimonies mean nothing and how observations from anyone not a doctor is worthless. There is a massive over prescription epidemic and they cant be shown this truth. The position they are in prevents them from seeing things outside of the doctor/patients wall.

  15. Ah I see so the one mindset I'm missing is I'm not "pissed off that I don't have the life I want". Ill likely never be. But I am motivated to create and bring my technological and artistic ideas into reality.
  16. Some people have hyper sensitivity issues and are in that state all the time. I new one and its like there brain is on psychedelics all the time, they could see colors and shapes 24/7 when they close there eyes> I gave them a very small micro dosage of mushrooms and they would have full trip!

  18. @PurpleTree I am, Leo is and many others are in a similar situation of physical health issue getting in the way. I think the best that can be done besides getting lucky and solving the root of the problem is to find a good routine (exercise, foods that make you feel good, sleep duration, no Fap...) and sticking to it long term. Try to maximize the good states and minimizing the things that cause a crash.
  19. Great insight Sure! Its nearly always do to a lack of understanding, let deeper understanding set you free. There are always similarities and differences and we tend to focus of the differences, but if we focus on both we get a more balanced way of relating to other people. To reach deeper understanding its about framing, seeing things from multiple perspective and seeing all the components that made that person who they are today. If we take on the perspective of developmental psychology people are the product of there life experiences, genetics, upbringing/parenting, financial situation, health problems, values(SD), personality type, how they feel, stress levels, trauma ... Multiple factors came to getter to make this person who they are today and very few if none of does factors where within the control of that individual. We like to blame people for who they are or how they are behaving and say they should be different or act different but that's like blaming a tree for growing "wrong". Its not really the fault of the tree, that tree is just the product of the location its seed was planted and circumstance (sunlight, abundance of nutrients). Some people had loving childhoods and some people where beaten as children creating disfunction later in life. Another issue is blame. Blaming others for how we feel instead of taking 100% responsibility for how we feel. In the end of the day putting our mental health in the hands of others by accusing them for our mental health is a game that we will never win and prevents us from growing up.
