Ive deeply thought through this and am not sitting here pointing blame to rape victims. This has nothing to do with god or any story or external event, its about your emotions and does emotions are spinning up storys about what you like and dont like about the world. Focus on feeling your emotions and letting them go. There is no logic or rationality or new framing or new perspective or awakening to have, let go of your emotion right now where you stand. --- Liking and disliking things is a habit your formed very young and its stronger then most for you. Its time to unravel that mechanism. It has nothing to do with external events or god or hitler. Its about your habits. Learn to let go of what you like and dont like. Practice with small things then build your way up. That includes letting go of things you like not just the things your dislike. Come back to the center. Liking something is just as judgmental and emotionally charged as disliking. The act of liking creates the opposite side of the coin of disliking, you cant have one with out the other. At some point when you can have a healthy relationship with this mechanism can you start liking things again from a place of wisdom.

Arent you drowning in some story that has nothing to do with you today? Some doctor gave me drugs years ago that really fucked up my body and im still effected by it today. At the time I hated the ridiculous system that put me in this position, eventually i forgot about it and moved on. Forget and move on, why do you feel you need to hold on to all this? 3mg The come up was way to fast and I had no idea it was going to be that fast, the micro-doses where nothing like this. The trip was short maybe 30 minutes at the peak and it felt like i was processing everything all at the same time like a multi-core processor. Of course I couldn't handle it and panicked, it felt like insanity. There was way to much information to process, if i had to guess based on neuroscience i think its opening up the thalamus and allowing the flow of unprocessed information to enter the conscious mind. I didn't have the opportunity to really contemplate during the trip or question anything as it was way to intense. @tezk Thanks for the update, im going through the same thing and came to similar conclusion as you. After a orgasm ill eat 6-8 eggs with a bell pepper(vitamin c) and carrot and that significantly shortens the 2-3 day recovery period. There's nutrient deficiencies and the body cant keep up with the demand. Like you said possibly inflammation causing depletion. Its the same after a intense work out, getting nutrients is vital. At this point I learned to stop mastermating and ejaculating entirely during sex (squeezing pc muscle) this obvious helps.
