I feel the pain, and agree. I'm sorry you're in this situation. It took me 12 years to get any quality of life back after spending all my money experimenting and being told "its all in your head" by every living creature besides my dog. At this point I wouldn't trust a doctor to cut my steak. I wouldn't know where to begin to solve your issue. Other than to realize your body is behaving in ways that are super counterintuitive. And that the things that used to work for you in the past don't anymore. Basic things like poor air quality can be something your body just can't handle anymore. Do research with AI to find people that reported having the same issue as you were covid gave them chronic fatigue and see what they did to resolve it. The most valuable thing is people reporting on how they resolve the issue who had the exact same covid problem you're having right now.

It takes time to build anything of value. What I want to do and what I am doing are not aligned. My next project is to take actualized.org and turn it into a game where it can be practised more directly. The ideal would be chess, except if it was expanded to be where the quality of your ideas wins. I have various visions like this that I have mapped out already and when it's time im gonna put them into place. But the forum is in a way "idea chess".

I had schizophrenia for 12 years, thousand of my voices in my head and visuals. I discovered that my schizophrenia was caused by an allergy to chemicals. And now it's silence for the most part.

One of the questions I have is why did it take 17 years to know that you had B12 deficiency?

I fully agree to what you're pointing to, and the point ive been making was not to say that there's only one cause. Its to bring awareness to a major cause virtually no one knows about that keeps a lot of people with chronic fatigue stuck for the rest of their lives. My main concern is leading people in the right direction when they're told their chronic illness is permanent, and there is no cure by the healthcare industry which i view as a far worse ethical problem to move against. There's so many underlying factors and each of them all circle back to each other. Say thyroid problems or low iron levels causing chronic fatigue and that's likely the case for some people, but what's causing the thyroid problems? Is it the chemical exposure? And what is the cure thyroid hormone? Because that doesn't work for most people. So it ends up being circular. The conventional main cause is also not curing people's chronic fatigue. "the main cause" that the science is pointing to doesn't exist. Professionals rarely get results in practice and patients are left to fend for themselves and become their own doctors. This is the core problem of why anyone would be seeking help online. But I do have to push back a bit because the science does show a link between chemical sensitivity and MCAS with chronic fatigue. Is there a personal experience youd like to share on the topic with chronic fatigue? Im getting the impression that you've struggled with this yourself?

The blog post on corruption in the medical industry. It was a example of corruption done wrong, the right way to be corrupt is in plain sight by setting easy benchmarks, for example that a control group will lose weight in the next 12 weeks versus a placebo control. The point is the target is the lie. You could drink bleach for 12 weeks and lose weight, what does that say about ozempic? (ignored long-term, ignored major gastrointestinal problems...)

I fully agree when it comes to unconscious conformity. An example: Growing up for the first 25 years of my life, I was a strong people pleaser, I couldn't say no. In every situation for 25 years, what I wanted was to say no but I did it anyway. I was fully conscious that I had this problem. While I was making the decision to follow what other people wanted me to do or behave I consciously watched myself do it. The fear of displeasing or causing conflict over ruled me. Conscious: yes, real time self-awareness and observing myself act out the play. Conscious of act Integrity: No, I did not act through my values or identity or thoughts. Unconscious: a fear put into me outside of my control. That I later grew out of. This is why some people commented "self-conformity". Peer pressure: Peer pressure + unconscious + not integrity = Unconscious conformity: Leos Pizza (regret) Peer pressure + unconscious + integrity = Unconscious conformity: Smoked cigarettes/drugs with his friends has a blast. Peer pressure + Conscious + integrity = Authenticity (you feel the pressure but act from your own values) Peer pressure + Conscious + not integrity = Conscious conformity: people pleaser 25 years or insert cousin word (compliance):. Group think: Group think + unconscious + not integrity = Unconscious conformity: Classic hidden conformity (the Christian/MAGA example you gave) Group think + unconscious + integrity = ??? Group think + Conscious + integrity = ??? Group think + Conscious + not integrity = ??? It's OK I know this one if you read it is gonna go over terribly.

No Leo, it's not obvious at all. So you felt bad while you were doing it and did it anyway without realizing what you were doing? -> Making it a unconscious act. If you felt bad while you were doing it and did it anyway, but you understood you were playing along to fit in. -> Does that make it a conscious act?
-
When you were peer pressured into disliking pizza, do you view this as a conscious act or unconscious act?

@Leo Gura Can the conformist stage of development be authentic?
-
wow that's very strange. Do you have problems doing normal exercise like alone or at a gym?

I could see how that's the case for most teachers, but LEO... is Truth Natzi. He says what he means exactly how it is, Read what i say and dont be a fool along the way!
