  1. Anybody who think Hindu extremism is not a problem in India, or responds with examples of Islamic terrorism is part of the problem. It’s the same energy as white Americans crying about reverse racism.
  2. Yea, ever since Modi came into power I don't feel like I can proudly call myself Indian anymore. The religious extremism isn't really new, we can see many religious "riots" in recent Indian history.
  3. Leo, there haven't been any new videos for several weeks now. Are you on a Holiday from making videos? When can we expect a video? My addiction is kicking in.
  4. Yes, it’s not imagined by the ego-mind, which we normally refer to as you.
  5. Death is not an assumption. By asserting the emptiness of things you deny their reality, and in asserting the reality of things you deny their emptiness. Death is both real and unreal. It’s something I see you do all the time on the forum, you just practically dodged the question. And if there is no distinction between “you” and “them” accordingly to you then why are you saying “they” attract on their own? You are really twisting the meanings of words to prove LOA right. When you have unrealistic desires it doesn’t matter what you do, they won’t come true. There are limits put on you by the universe. It’s natural to feel disappointed when you have unattainable desires. The solution here is to get rid of those desires and look at reality. You can’t manifest anything you want. Doesn’t matter what you think or do. Go to a developing country, people their spend their childhood and youth just trying to survive, their desires won’t come true. The universe doesn’t care what the ego-mind desires. Even if you have a desire and work towards that desire it’s still not guaranteed it will come true.
  6. I normally just sit down alone in my room and let myself feel anything that comes. Sometimes I specifically search for the things that are bothering me deep down and try to come to terms with them and let the feeling go through my body.
  7. @Nahm Someone’s dead relatives won’t come back by writing it on a dream board. By saying you can manifest anything you want, you’re leading people to disappointment and despair. You’re giving them false hope. LOA is not magic, you need to take action in the right direction to make your desires come true. And many of them will never come true. That’s the nature of reality.
  8. What’s gore production? Do you mean some kind of messed up porn category?
  9. @Nahm So answer one more question then, why don’t the prayers of starving children get answered? They are only thinking about food. Why doesn’t LOA work for them?
  10. @Nahm What separates prayer from dream board? Do you realize that your dream board can make someone a gambling addict? One can keep trying to get the million dollars again and again, but in reality it's just a game of probability, even if they win they will get further into addiction.
  11. I think it's more than one thing. If I look back this is what I think leads to the right kind of life: You need to sow the right seeds of desire in your mind. If your desire has to do with getting validation from the outside world or indulging in pleasures (like getting money, sex, and fame) then you are bound to get jealous, hateful, hurt, etc. You are stuck in an endless race. You are doomed if you win and doomed if you lose, you will forever be insecure. But if you plant the right kind of desire. Like the desire to grow yourself, meaning to be the highest version of yourself, then there are endless possibilities. There is no hate or jealousy here, and you won't become a slave to the object of your pleasure. I think the desire to do something in life, even if you don't know what yet, is the deciding factor. If you don't have this desire, IMO life becomes a slow suicide. And then, you need to strengthen this desire by aligning your emotions with it, because emotions are energy in motion. It would happen overtime. And you need to find a path, by increasing your knowledge and experience, that you can trust to reach your goals. So, right desire -> strengthening it by emotions -> finding a path by knowledge -> believing in the path and desire. This is coming from personal experience, whenever I didn't have the desire to do something in life, I have suffered massively.
  12. @Nahm I watched your three part series on how you create your reality and the above mentioned video. I liked it but I don't think I got all of it. You mention dream boards in part 3. So can we put anything on our dream boards, like wanting to win the million dollar lottery ticket, or making the person you have a crush on like you back, or changing your physical features? And have you manifested anything that would seem "impossible" by conventional wisdom? Th reason I'm asking is because it seems like basic psychology to focus on what you prefer/like than on the negative aspects of life to feel better, but you make it seem more than that. I got the sense that you were suggesting you can manifest anything you want with the DB, no holds barred. Thank You
  13. Without thought attachment. Meditation. This question is not the end of the monkey mind, it is the perpetuation. @Nahm You mean creating in a mental, psychological way... not creating in a physical way, right? You are not talking about fixing physical ailments like terminal cancer or increasing ones height, because those things "can't be done", right.
  14. Since you are the Universe/God, I think you should be able to control reality. It doesn't make sense to say that some things are not possible, everything is possible. Why would anything not be possible? I think we just have to find a way to make it a reality. Take for example Ninel Kulagina's telekinesis (from Leo's blog). And even Leo has experienced energy shoot from his finger tips. Would appreciate your thoughts on this. And if you read anything interested or experienced something like this.
  15. Oh man, Love it. I’m gonna update this comment. I am just collecting my thoughts. I think as an Indian living in the west I have nuanced thoughts in this topic.
  16. @Leo Gura Okay, if I’m God, and I am creating everything, then why can’t I change the physical aspects of reality? Why can’t I just “will” myself to wakeup and become conscious enough to do that? You say life is a Love Simulator, but really it feels like a Suffering Simulator, sometimes. It is so unfair, some people lose their loved ones, some people are in poverty, some people are crippled, some are born in war zones, some as slaves, some are ugly, while others are the complete opposite. And to live is to force yourself to endure all that. Life gets progressively worse. And you say it is Love and I am The Creator… I sometimes see the answers but today I’m losing sight. How? How? How? Is the Creator a masochist? He has to be.
  17. A new metaphor darted across my mind as how the world works. I think in the past we use to exploit animals to survive, now we have extended that to humans. Think of business owners and mangers using their clients and the employees to make survive. It seems in the brave new world you need to exploit/work with other humans to survive. Extract survival value from other humans. Everything we do, all the jobs and businesses, are to do with humans now, instead of plants or animals. Any thoughts of this infant idea? Would love if any of you wants to expand on it.
  18. I'm a young guy and have a lot to learn, but I think I would prefer a marriage if you ask me right now. I just grew up in a different culture and have different background from most people on the forum. I think the forum is a little skewed toward western culture. Most of the members are probably westerners since the channel is in English and Leo leans pretty heavily on American values. So idk how people will take my opinion on this, because sometimes they don't like it when you disagree with the majority, but I think disagreements make a meaningful conversation. If all you do is talk to people you agree than what is the point really? Except ego fulfillment of course. In my personal experience from what I have seen, I think marriages work well. There is no "special" someone, you have to work with imperfect people. It need commitment from both people. You have arguments but at the end of the day you both love each other and are together. There is a special bond you form with a lifelong partner, it's not simply biological, you share your secrets with them, you tell them everything. I think it's a need. You can't do that if you're changing partners every six months.
  19. It’s not that black and white. Look at the asian immigrant community. They are so successful in the west. It’s because they value relationships and education. They have better careers, relationships and stable lives. Why shouldn’t we do what they do? They are not sleeping around. Only thing they are missing is spirituality. You can find couples who are not judged. They just value commitment. And I think those are great values that lead to success and happiness.
  20. Then how come the relationship situation is getting worse? People are sleeping around more, but their marriages don't last, their relationships are shallower, and they are lonely and anxious than ever. People now don't even have a solid friend group. This is your cultural bias, but you say it so confidently like it's objective truth.
  21. You could have looked at her body language to know she will make out with you. You didn’t need to actually make out with her. You don’t need actually do this to know women cheat, like that’s common knowledge and you could have just observed your PUA friends who probably do things like this a lot.
  22. What does it say about your own integrity and character, that you’re willing to make out with a married woman? You tell others to not do it but do these things yourself.
  23. I thought I would share this video of Sadhguru supporting the religious extremist ideology Hindutva. This video really shows his cultural and religious bias, and more importantly his ignorance of history and politics. Look at the word he uses, "They have been trying to dismantle Hinduism for 1000s of years...", "What you call Hindu is the future of the world." The 'us' versus 'them' dynamic. It seems he thinks everyone is conspiring to overthrow his religion. Such paranoia, which will eventually spread among his followers. He is ignorant of so much outside of the narrow field of spirituality. It is not that surprising because in order for him to run his Yoga organization at such a big scale he has to be on the good side of the pro-Hindutva government. For some context: What is Hindutva? Hindutva is NOT Hinduism. In short, you can think of it as Hinduism's version of Islamism. Hindutva is a political ideology which is literally inspired by Nazism and Italian Fascism. The term was popularized by a man named Savarkar who was also involved in Gandhi's assassination. It also wants to turn India into a Hindu-Nation run by Hindu laws (sounds familiar right). Hindutva is not 1000s of years old as Sadhguru claims, it is barely 100 years old. This ideology is used to intimidate and spread hate against religious minorities, and is often espoused by politicians giving hate speeches against Muslims. It is inherently undemocratic and it a thread to not only religious minorities but to people's civil liberties, women's rights, religious freedoms, intellectuals, universities, free press and journalism, and much more. Hindu extremism has been a problem in India for a long time, leading to pogroms, riots, lynching, and discrimination; it has lead to the deaths of thousands of people in the past. I don't think Sadhguru knows any of this. What is "Dismantling Of Global Hinduism"? It is a name of a conference on Twitter by some American Academics who wish to put a stop to this hateful ideology and differentiate it from Hinduism. It seems Sadhguru knows nothing about them either, he heard "Dismantling... Hindutva" and immediately became defensive. Check out their website if you are interested: https://dismantlinghindutva.com/
