  1. Y'all should read some Ken Wilber to be aware of the traps in this work. It's easy to get stuck in a realization never wanting to progress further. If you think you've reached the highest awakening, then you haven't. Not directed at anyone.
  2. Nothing like a psychedelic humbling Also, I'd think that this mahasamadhi thing I've seen countless people talk about, that they "could have", but didn't. It's just a fear stopping you from complete ego death, fear of losing that point of perceiver, or "awareness" of consciousness. Personally, I think you'll never achieve Mahasamadhi on a psychedelic no matter how convinced you are of it, you need a real spiritual gift such as Sadhguru, Ramana, Yogananda, or Mahavatar Babaji possessed.
  3. I've recently been rewatching Star Trek: The Next Generation, and I've noticed just how good of a show this is to deepen your understanding of how SD works in "real-world" situations. You might think, well it's just a show in the end, can't be that accurate of how civilizations and societies would act in real life. But as @Forestluv brought to my attention recently, the producer of the show Gene Roddenberry was rumored to be aware of Clair Graves' work. So if you've studied the model or something like Integral Theory, then this can be a fun way to keep exploring and thinking about how different stages behave and how they resolve all kinds of interesting dilemmas. Of course, it's not perfect so go into it with your own authority and knowledge to try and notice how complicated it can be to live in a universe with all these different world-view species. And notice how similar it is to how the world operates today, these different species could be looked at as if they were nations in today's world. The federation is prime time yellow in their approach to most conflicts, yet have an orange view of exploration for science, hence, "To boldly go where no man has gone before". They solve problems with an "above" judgmental tier 2 approach and follow the so-called Prime Directive wherever they go, in which states they're not to intervene with an alien civilization below a certain threshold of cultural, scientific, and technological development; a very yellow approach. This is done so they're not to impose their own values and ideals on them, as this can severely mess up the development of their society. In the episode "Who watches the watchers" it is seen how severe of a consequence it can be for a civilization to come in contact with a stage Purple society. After witnessing their medical powers and beaming technology, they were convinced that captain Picard was their god. And so they started to worship him and it took a great deal of effort to convince them that he bled just as they did. Some of my favorite episodes are where the character Q appears. A stage Coral being who could be seen as god (with god-like powers) in human form. The Q member which is most often presented, one of many, has what could be seen as extreme trickster archetype characteristics seen from stages lesser than Coral. Yellow still does not understand that "death" and the wiping out of a whole civilization could be seen as god's highest form of love. Yet it is not known if Q does this out of amusement, which seems to be the case, or if he's doing it out of love but unknowingly, which would be weird because apparently he's omniscient. Despite if he does this out of amusement or love, it's still nonetheless done out of love because all of reality is love-driven. The most evil and vile things are pure perfection and beauty. Here's the list of species/planets ranked by their stage: Purple: Mintaka III Red: Klingons(Red/Purple), The Borg (Red/Blue/Beige) Blue: Cardassians, Romulans. Orange: The Ferengi, Vulcans(orange/blue) Green: Rubiicun lll (Extreme green/blue) Yellow: The Federation Turquoise/Coral: The Q Continuum, Betazoid, El-Aurian. Please correct me if you feel otherwise.
  4. Do you get paid for promoting this movie?
  5. From what I saw, he claimed he doesn't lift weights, which is true. He only uses resistance type machines, and basically trains like an Olympic sprinter, which is why he looks like one. The pace on that dude is out of this world. I'd say the most vital thing for him would be to work on his left leg, he's so one dimensional but still very young and has great potential.
  6. This would be like a conversation between Leonard Susskind and Bill Nye, lol.
  7. Well, it's too late now. The devil will be anticipating you.
  8. Resistance bands! and explosive movements. Most underrated way to build muscle. Just ask Adama Traoré.
  9. @Michael569 I'm always careful about including enough fiber, so I guess I'm good then. Thanks.
  10. @Muhammad Jawad Putting them into Lemon Juice for 20 minutes should get rid of any nausea. But it will make the trip a lot stronger, and about an hour shorter, so tread carefully with larger doses and lemon, maybe try a 3.5 one first.
  11. Why would you plug LSD? There's no need to do so.
  12. Do I have the product for you guys...
  13. You're describing here the 4th major state of consciousness in Buddhism. Yet it is not total non-duality, however, it is a stepping stone towards that. After you've reached total nonduality, you can claim to be god as much as you like.
  14. As Leo mentioned in some other thread, it can be necessary to gain some capital with "normal business" so you can move on to more meaningful fulfilling work, because those businesses tend to grow at a more slow pace, yet deliver better and more loyal customers. So I'd say it's a wise approach to keep at this until you feel ready to move into something more fulfilling.
  15. That's great if you really enjoy it. Keep at it! ?
  16. @Average Investor Have you ever thought about getting into Shopify dropshipping or Amazon affiliate marketing? I feel like it would be less of a hassle, and you can scale way faster because you don't have to touch the inventory.
  17. I'm eating 3-4 eggs daily, is this something I should be rethinking? I feel great so far.
  18. Yeah I'll agree with @DocWatts You can't really pin them to a stage, that's why I stated it as (red, blue, beige). Red because of their habit to destroy other cultures and blue because of their queen, which her main purpose was to bring order to chaos.
  19. I personally always include some amount of protein with every meal. From eggs to protein bread, or peanut butter. But I don't count the amount, can't be bothered with taking it that seriously.
  20. Played some football (soccer) last night with my friend. We sprinted pretty much non stop, so I awoke to soreness that rivaled that of a spartan warrior. Realized how important it is to play sports from time to time, and not just strict autistic exercise. This really worked on all the small balancing muscles that can be quite hard to train without specific exercises, such as with a balancing board and resistance bands. I've been doing a bit of both, so my legs are completely dead from the larger muscles to the smallest ones. I'll definitely be playing some more football soon, it was extra fun in the snow and freezing cold. I'm going to do some calf stretches today to loosen them up, alongside whole-body stretches. Trying to do it every other day ideally.
  21. @Everyday Hope you get well soon!
  22. @PurpleTree Then it's fear of getting injured. Is it just temporary neck pain while exposed to the cold? Or is it permanent? I also get a stabbing sensation in the neck but it goes away afterward.
  23. Did a flow workout today. Felt great after not having done it for about 5 days, been lifting pretty heavily alongside explosive plyo exercises this week. I'm seeing a lot of micro-injuries here and there after I started to lift a little heavier, in the shoulder, back, and hip. I have no idea why or how this happened, my form is pretty much perfect and I'm not doing weights that I can't control. It's probably from how fast I went into the weights, should've eased more into it, but it's nothing much so I'll just continue. I've not tried running yet, I'm still stretching my calf out, did a fantastic session the other day and will do another one tonight. I feel like I should be stretching my body a lot more, alongside some active recovery maybe. Did a cold shower after the workout. The water has never been as cold as it was today due to the extreme cold that's going around here. It's been predicted to reach -20C tomorrow, was about -13 today. This has made the water unbelievably cold, and it's already been extremely cold anyway. I had to do some rapid breathing and short micro squats to keep myself from freezing in place, lol. Felt amazing afterwards, was under for about 10 min.
