  1. Knowledge is always good too. The paradox here.
  2. Poetic, profoundly spiritual, prophetic, and pointers for science.
  3. I've listened to this anxiously about four or five times in total.
  4. I enjoyed reading this post! It's definitely a top priority to visit many spots in India. I'm fascinated with so many aspects of the culture. I dated a girl from India for a while and was immersed in the food and culture to an extent here in Atlanta GA. I started visiting Hindu temples with other Indian friends, and picked up a copy of the Gita and other texts. Heck, I almost threw it all alway to go sit Zazen for many many years as a traveler and a beggar(was practicing zazen at the time). I'm so happy you had a heart opening experience and learned some original yoga!
  5. Always take it a step further. The dudes got a website. Research, dig, examine, contemplate.
  6. There's over three billion females on planet earth. Surely you can catch a few and interact. Good luck:) Do what you can now. There's always bars later with a friend. Maybe meet a bouncer that will let you into the bar at an earlier age. Malls, don't discard dating apps...you just have to get good through trial and error, school, friends of friends.
  7. I keep on fading in and out of existence, having a pair of lips like that would really ground me.

  9. @Live Life Liam If you were to do that you would already have seriously contemplated on it before or have done it already. I say stick to where you're at right now and do it from that perspective. My old zen teacher says the future of spirituality is not in monasteries, and I think we could agree with that one perspective. Good luck, hope all is well.
  10. @Leo Gura I've of course always been fascinated with Jesus. H'ed be one of the top dudes to meet, but he might try to fucking drown you so you can die before you die. Kind of scary, but awesome. When's he coming back :)??????
  11. @Bob84 hahaha. Going through a lot of posts and saw this. Kudos. Battlefield or COD? or neither?
  12. @Tancrede Pouyat When you make it a priority to grow and live up to self mastery you are growing when you're around him. Checked out your youtube videos, good luck with everything!:)
  13. @Leo Gura That'd be great. I'm looking at ways of doing this right now.
  14. I've really pondered that question as well, and recently too. I had a zen teacher who had this down. Whoever would come, he would be there...but not attached AT ALL, and just kept on moving. After all, if all humans disapeared, the boddhisatva's job would be done...Unless some freakish shit happened after that...
  15. "Stays in your nuts"...shit's hilarious. Finding a girl who does that to you on a regular just for the purpose of maintaining minor regular sexual release, as opposed to you jacking yourself off, reminds me of some roman sex orgy stuff. . . and is ideal!
  16. Although a magician... David Blaine seems to show real mastery over some of this FOR REAL. I know blah blah blah he's a magician it's fake...but anyone who says that hasn't taken a look at him in depth. He's IS the modern day Jesus from what I've studied.
  17. Wait...Bigfoot was the only thing I believed!!! . . . ; )
  18. Leo, can you share two or three tips for organizing research effectively?
  19. Ra sure does like to say “I am Ra” over and over again. Seems slightly fabricated, although it, of course, could not be. Ra also loves to use slash marks…if that was Ra who was actually communicating in that exact way. Martin Ball denies the existence of a soul, but Ra insists. The instrument of communication seems sketchy in how technical it supposedly is…especially with Ra’s instructions. Did we ever get what Rah sounds like, or is it entirely through the women’s voice? What did she sound like when speaking? Rah mentioned the opening up of infinity can be caused by taken LSD. This was written when LSD was big and available. A guess is that one of the authors had experimented with this, had an opening of non duality, and used that opening to create this story/set up. I’d like Richard Dawkins humor to get ahold of this…while realizing he doesn’t transmute the most accurate truth of what God and religion actually are. Leo says the absulute can’t be a result of chemicals in the brain…but 5MEO alters neurotransmitters in the brain. The alteration of the neurotransmitters reveals non dual awareness. So it does seem these mystical experiences are a result of brain oriented phenomenon FOR SURE. Could be wrong…but that’s the great part! Could be right…that’s the great part too! Also, sorry if I misquoted you Leo. Ra and the questioner also start talking about bigfoot at one point. That’s interesting. Maybe Ra can help us find that son of a gun so we can have lunch with the Bigfoot tribe. It doesn’t matter what I think or what anyone thinks…we have to commit to truth. Reality is reality regardless of opinion. Hopefully science will help us out with this process of discovery. On a practical level Ra mentions Meditation, contemplation, and prayer. Ra mentions Rasputin. Cool. It seems like the questioner and and the answerer are the same person. If these were voice recorded that would be more convincing if the author really wanted it to kind of seem real. But it’s written…Perfectly. Introduced me to the Urantia Book. Looks like it’s worth checking out at least. There are lots of historical mentions which is awesome. It had me doing extra research. This is worth checking out for anyone interested in mysticism. I’ll probably read the rest of the books. This is definitely seems like it’s coming from an experienced perspective(possibly LSD). Cool shit. Good find. Reminds me of Martin Ball’s book The Solandarian Game. @Leo Gura
  20. It's strange that this may be inside our own head. Because 5meo does react inside our heads. Zen trained brains are far different from the average brain without meditation/zazen. Evolution has been proven in labs, so we are creatures ever evolving. Perhaps mystical insight has been what people have discovered by tinkering with reality inside their brain/minds, so they have discovered similar phenomenon all across the globe. Enlightenment/God may be the emptying of junk inside our heads, to the point where it's blank sort of like a new hard drive. That may not make it more real, only another phenomenon. This "reality" word...a change of the brain is reality? It may just be a change in the brain/body/mind...both are realities. It seems like past masters, perhaps unknowingly, have given hints to modern science. Jesus, obviously, said "The Kingdom of God is Within You." We say God is everywhere and everything...Let's not forget what we are perceiving is inside our skull. It may be outside of our mind and boundary maps in our brain...but still may be inside our skull. Leo stated there may be a genetic component, and that certainly seems like the case with surveying past "masters". We say you can discover that you are eternal and live forever...but in the end every master has died...and hasn't had the honest chance to come back and tell us what happened to tell us if the insight they discovered held though. I am by no means "going against" enlightenment, only pondering.
