It’s a mystery to me, guess I will never know. Seems nobody can describe it either.  Not that it’s important for me to know, just a thought that comes to me sometimes. I do wish I was like an average person sometimes.

"Average" actually derives from the word age when people started wondering what's the age of the group many many years back.

Everyone of us is 'average' no matter what you accomplish in life. There's not a single human being I know that manages to live beyond 200 years old. Let me know if you know of any real examples.

  2. The mind always crave for something else. For example, if you are the CEO of a big company and you have lots of tasks to oversee daily or you have to talk to media daily, you may yearn to have a more laidback life.

And if you are laidback, you want to be in the middle of something important for the company.

If you are a famous actor, you want some quiet time. If you are a nobody, you want to be famous.

TechLead is the perfect example of a soulless rich guy who transcended survival through his talents in math/tech/programming, yet it's obvious it never was rewarding for him hence why he left, so now he's lost and makes these sort of "think piece" videos which don't apply to the vast majority of his audience, but still however his audience lives vicariously through him cause he's rich and more successful at tech than them. He's the type of guy that needs to go broke so he will shut the fuck up and refocus himself on a more meaningful intention in life. His videos have been like this for years now, amongst some terrible Elon Musk tier political takes.

He didn't transcend survival. He transcend the survival stage which is stage beige in SD. Big difference. No one can transcend survival unless he becomes God.

@hyruga The stages are clearly defined but it’s the application which tends to be messy. People are rarely at a single stage.

No. Different authors can give different definition for Stage Turquoise.

For example, Author A can say this and this. Author B says this and that and Author C says sometime else.

Whatever the definition of Turquoise is, it is up to your own perspective to decide, how open minded are you and what's your experience of life. Then you make your own judgement on what's stage turquoise is.

Of course I don't deny that there are some who will treat certain author's words as sacred and will trust their words 100%.

  5. All these stages are defined based on your preferred understanding and your own standards.

For example, some people consider Tony Robbins as a stage orange guy who is also successful and who also helps many people.

Others would consider his actions (feeding America) as Turquoise level since he fed more than a billion people to date: https://www.feedingamerica.org/partners/current-promotions/1-billion-meals#:~:text=The 1 Billion Meals Challenge,Join the challenge today! But then he's only feeding American, not the whole world, not animals. How many people have you fed to date?

Then some would consider him at yellow stage since they perceived that he has not reached higher levels of spiritual development. Everything is based on whatever you want to perceive.

  6. Haha the most important thing about film making is you need lots of money and good connection. Not your skills in film making.

Are you a famous actor or writer? Wealthy man? Why would anyone want to do film making with you?

Probably a more plausible path for him is to get a job in film making industry and then try to work his way up.
