We humans can go without sex but cannot go without food. So one thing to focus on would be food. Besides food, you can also focus on earning income and carving out your life purpose. Next is providing food and shelter for others etc.

Of course you do. Some people took lsd and thought they can fly. They jump out of building. Some even died jumping out of 3rd storey high building because they are still hallucinating and not protecting themselves. -
10 years is just a poverty narrative he created to get you to sign up for his course.

How to get paid for living?
-
Whether it's rare or not depends on societal pressure and own willpower. If you are living in a caveman village where every man can only choose one woman and anyone who strays away from that one woman will be killed and stoned alive, you can expect many guys to stay faithfully to one woman. In conservative countries like China, it is still expected for one man to stick with one woman.

Yes it's all about identity. If you want to be known as being loyal and stable and loving towards one person, then that's what you want others to see you. That's where your pleasure will come from.

In life, is it good to conserve energy or go all out? Because I see people have two different approaches to life. Some people conserve energy and don't go for marathons and do the most basic stuff at work without being sacked. Some also seldom travel and just want to stay home and conserve energy. They tend to be youthful looking. Then there's another group that wants to go all in. Run marathons, join this join that and everyday pack their schedules to the fullest. They tend to achieve more in life. So which is a better approach to life?

There are two types of pain: physical pain and mental pain. For physical, we can only do something to reduce or prolong our existence. But we will all die eventually. For mental, the pain is created in the mind. We can choose to focus on some other things. Mental suffering is not compulsory. -

Sadhguru likes to exaggerate stuff sometimes. Like for example he will say 'Nobody believes in heaven now' Oh really? Zero person? And sometimes he says factually wrong stuff. "70% are depending on pharamaceutical drugs while the other 30% turn to the streets for drugs" meant as a joke but factually wrong. -
China is too busy building infrastructure. No time for warfare. And not stupid like the Russians. Personally I don't think China will attack. The people there are concerned mostly with money making. The Chinese don't hate the Taiwanese and vice versa.

@Ramanujan The easy way out is to find an easy job and sustain yourself. The higher difficulty is to find a quality job or to start your own business.

Everything has opportunity costs. By indulging in porn or paid sex, you are losing the chance to have quality time with your spouse and building a family. Also, you can spend the time working on your business, health or spirituality etc. -
You simply need to be assertive with others and yourself. So if you find yourself beating yourself up, you need to asserting that your other self to shut up or embrace self whatever the shadow.

There will always be conflict unless you can make a decision and transcend yourself to another level. For example, you may have a goal to earn let's say 10 million. However, a girl you like came along said she wants to travel widely or do spirituality. Or you have another goal which is to build more schools and help more people etc. Then you have to decide whether you want to do your first goal or second goal or to continue things with her or continue your own path. Suppose you have already 4 million to date, you may made the decision that this is enough. You can enjoy the world with her. But even after making the decision, you may find yourself having inner conflicts again so you have to ask yourself again and again. Is it about caring less for self and caring more for her or others? There's no right or wrong. It's your personal choice in the end.

To change your karma and maybe your personality, you have to break out of old habits and you should try out something new and even things you supposedly do not like to do.

Why would you seek the end of seeking? Like what Razard86 said, you will still seek regardless. That's the end of what I want to say. -
But you grow older faster if you expends out too much energy.
