Yes the west is more advanced from a SD perspective. More people read books and talks about integration. However, the gap between the rich and poor in western countries seem to be widening. And there are some who have fallen to the wayside. In other countries, they are mostly stage orange (still developing and gunning for money and power) or stage red (fighting for power and survival). Only a few countries like Japan, Singapore and UAE are really well developed physically. China has developed quite well and India is also rising. When these countries are more developed, their people will then start to develop more holistically.

Just remember that you are going to die one day. Then there would be no superiority or inferiority complex.

It's your life purpose that makes you work harder. But your health conditions still matter greatly.

I think Gary Vee or Alex H. already have so much wealth and they have been teaching and influencing the next generations for so many years. They should have known by now that it's not just about themselves but about helping the society they are in. So they would inch towards Stage Green now. Gary Vee definitely more green than Alex H at this point.

Different books work for different people at different learning stages. Books like Atmoic habits mainly only gives you the tools but do not really inspire you. So in some ways, some books like Hustle Smarter or 7 habits can inspire you more.

Don't be attached to external results. Focus on your inner self and what you can do.
