Owen Cook is like the Leo of pick up so he goes deep into many aspects of pick up. Of course, he also has short videos for those who want to learn things faster. And he also has in-fields to teach people how to speak with women. Plus his courses have many other teachers such as Julien or Jeffy inside as well so you get to learn from different teachers in one program. However, sometimes I find that he and his team is not very systematic and structured. They don't even label their videos sometimes just calling it Lesson 1 to 10. Overall, there are many factors which may affect your decision on buying. The factors may be location of where you are, how much you earn or how old are you etc. I mean if you are not staying in America but let's say a conservative country, then some of the stuff he teaches may then be irrelvant or even detrimental for you. In the end, the choice is up to you.

Owen always gives the most in-depth explanation of cold approach or pick-up and stuff. He explains things deeply and comes out with examples and infields. He's like the Leo gura of pick up. His teachers Julien and Jeffy were great as well. Both teaches you very well especially in the area of being fun and relaxed. Definitely try our their program if you have a lot of free time and money.

Is it only one module or one program? Module doesn't matter. It will appear on the transcript but nobody cares really. I signed up for some weird history module and then I withdraw from it halfway during my uni. No one cares. If it's a program that is withdrawn, join another program!

Housing price will always keep rising unless there are severe news like mortgage crisis or global disaster which cause the sentiment for housing to become negative. But that's very unlikely to occur. You see even with the Tech jobs retrenchment, Ukraine war or trade war or covid-19, you can see that price still rises because many people want to own a home, rather than rent (unless they had to). People who already owned a home would only want to sell it higher. It's human nature to be greedy and ask for a profit so price will always keep rising. Govt policies also affect housing price a lot. If govt suddenly opens up and allows more foreigners to invest in local's home, price will increase. If you look at Hong Kong's housing price, price increased by about 3x since year 2000. So which country's housing price actually dropped from year 2000 to 2023? Pls enlighten me. It's gullible to wait for housing price to drop by much, you should be thankful if the price didn't increase further.

In my opinion, the opposite of love comes from pain. Take for example, you got Covid-19. You will obviously be in some sort of pain or disease. Don't tell me you are in a state of love with covid because your cells are in union together with covid virus. So anything that brings you pain will cause you to not have love. It can be anything like fire, AIDS or poison. So what does all these things do to you? They make you fearful, lazy and also you hate them.

Personal development isn't exponential. You are already divine to begin with. Say you complete a good project this month. You believe you only did it because of the personal development you did. Are you so sure about that? Are you sure that the you from 3 years ago cannot do the same project? You are getting older with each day. How can life gets exponentially better?

Don't quit. You will be surprised that most company don't actually sack people for not knowing enough. Company usually sack people due to attitude problem.

It's only worth it if you are a really old person with little knowledge of internet marketing. You literally need help signing in and stuff. But if you are old, you might as well just make some payment upfront and ask a marketing company to set up your ads and online shops first instead of joining a course. Also, instead of joining a course, it might be better to just hire a young person/student to do the ads and online sales for you. You can just pay the student $6 an hour and tell him/her to do this and that and you may be amazed at what they can do because they are of a different generation.
