In my experience of Awakening what is recognized is: -You are not the separate individual ME inside the human body... that entire belief falls away. - What is experienced is THIS... anything else is unknown. If you've experienced something outside of THIS let me know... The belief that you are the all powerful Absolute God and its infancy is what I call knowing and is created by the illusion of the separate self. Unknowing and recognizing we are not the doer of any of this is what I consider a truly awakened individual. ❤

It's not that the ego ever dies it's just deflated and completely seen through rendering it almost harmless. What you said about the ego also being god is a very interesting topic..❤ Be aware that this way of thinking can be riddled with tricks by the ego and easily turned into spiritual narcissism, and spiritual bypassing. But then again nothing really matters so at the end of the day it's just something to note. Osho actually discusses this exact Topic in one of his books... it was very interesting to hear him talk about it. ❤ Here's a video I love discussing the ego tricks:

There is no right or wrong whether you stay in the dream or not. Awakening or Enlightenment isn't a requirement it's just something that happens.. Only the human mind creates judgment on the way something should be or should not be. When the veils are removed everything is perfect which has always been the case. And how could it have been otherwise it is THIS! ❤

The ego desires more love more money more power more success more more more there's no end.( it's running on the hamster wheel forever) When it's recognized that the separate sense of ME is an illusion and the mechanism that creates the misunderstanding is understood, all that is left is Unconditional Love for WHAT IS ❤ The constant seeking to make yourself complete ends... It doesn't go deep at all, it simply requires awareness. Unconditional love is a natural occurrence when ignorance is dispelled ❤ Suffering has nothing to do with it!!

I would say that to someone who's trying to kill me. I also told my wife the other day, that if someone killed one of our kids I would instantly forgive them. This understanding is not hard when you recognize the mechanism that creates the pain suffering and feelings of separation. "Forgive them for they know not what they do" Rings true in every sense! Duality is an illusion created by the mind. I didnt need to escape or trendsend anything, I just dispelled the ignorance surrounding it, and saw it for what it was, Unreal. Again it's not an escaping, it's a dispelling of ignorance that is recognized during Awakening. If the ignorance isn't completely dispelled and seen through, it wasn't true Awakening it was just a glimpse or a mystical experience which about 99.9% of everyone has. ❤

A lot of you guys think there is a path...there is no path and that's why its called the pathless path or the gateless gate. All that's required is recognizing there is no "ME" inside the human body. Turn within and ask yourself: Who am I. Where is this "I" in this body. Keep asking yourself Who Am I... Enlightenment is not a gaining of knowledge... it's a crumbling away of the self that never existed ❤ Good luck!!

The very feeling of needing to seek something to feel complete is hell. (Running on the hamster wheel). To recognize you are already perfection and have always been is Paradise is Freedom is Enlightenment...❤ When you are free to act and behave spontaneously just out of the sheer Joy of doing it without attachment. There are no should or should not's, there is no purpose or meaning to anything... if there were it wouldn't be complete freedom... see it's Freer than free it's Absolute Freedom ❤ Unconditional love ❤ This has always been the case it's just whether it's recognized or not...❤

@Visionary This is off of his website and is the part of his work that I don't agree with at all and it's a pretty big part: "but you cannot resolve the oscillating seasons of ego until each pattern is wholeheartedly embraced, honored, and nurtured as never before". See his whole message falls apart right here.... You don't want to embrace honor and nurture something that literally creates separation. It's essentially like feeding the cancer that harms your body protein shakes. From what I can tell it's a complete misunderstanding of how the ego functions and works within the human organism. I don't need to follow or read all of his material in depth...his whole message falls apart right here... and I can tell it's a lack of understanding and true experience. It doesn't mean I don't have unconditional love for the guy.❤..I just don't think he really knows what he's talking about especially when it comes to Enlightenment work. Please watch this video and understand why it doesn't make any sense to love, embrace and nurture the ego... ❤

I like the way Jim Newman describes THIS, he says: Its real and its unreal... Its everything and nothing... He describes the separate ME believed to be inside the body as an illusion within the dream. He says there is nothing outside of THIS but he says ultimately THIS is also an illusion.❤ I believe it's almost exactly what stated in "A Course in Miracles" which I found very interesting!!

It could be a trick by ourselves... we don't know for sure this is unknown. What is absolutely known is there is no ME inside the body that is Maya or the illusion. This illusion ties one to social conditioning which is known as the Matrix.... I refer to the Matrix as the illusory belief in the need to seek outside of yourself to feel complete. An example would be allowing your family and friends to convince you that you need a good career a nice car and a beautiful wife to feel complete. Also excessively seeking wealth and having hope that the future will be better than THIS!! It's the belief that something outside of yourself will make you complete...its The Matrix.... Time to take a red pill ❤

Haha right...❤ No it's not a typo, Maya is real until it becomes unreal. After Awakening occurs you realize the identification as a separate lacking self was an illusion. Prior to Awakening its feels as real as real can be. Hence why earlier in thread I posted: Illusions are Illusions until they aren't any more ❤

Illusions are 100% real and anyone that has direct experience with True Awakening will tell you the same thing. If you can please take the time to watch this video it walks you through how Maya the illusion of the self, will keep you tied to social conditioning and keep you locked in The Matrix your whole life if you're not aware. I watched a few of Matt Kahn's basic videos on the ego. In my observation he appears to lack direct first hand experience and understanding of what is involved with a True Awakening experience and how the ego ties you to social conditioning and keeps you locked in The Matrix. His message of Love sounds great, but he completely underestimates the cleverness of the ego and how it can become a spiritual ego if you attempt to nurture or rehabilitate or love the ego to death.... it's simply doesn't work that way it's a misunderstanding that's becoming very noticeable with the New Age movement.
