Yes totally agree Different Strokes for different folks.. from what I've read about him he's a true master ❤ A glimpse or a mystical experience doesn't usually cut it though, the illusion(Maya) has to be completely seen through and embodied sort of speak. @LfcCharlie4 Thanks for sharing that with me ❤ and I understand you using going full circle term now. ? I've read similar books, their post Enlightenment guides. In this books case the Absolute is referring to THIS. I totally agree non-duality and duality that are just words pointing... their meanings are only as good as the understanding that THIS or the Absolute is all there is. It sounds like we are actually in very similar circumstances. What I find quite interesting is just within the last month I have basically been settling back into normal life. It's been a return home as the same person and at the same time completely new. ? The only concern I would have is for people reading this book who haven't completely seen through the illusion of Maya transitioning back into duality as a way to escape the difficult work of completely seeing through the illusion and untangling from social conditioning and snapping out of The Matrix. It is similar to what I was talking about with trying to bring the ego with you through enlightenment... it simply does not work that way. The ME can never become Enlightened, because Enlightenment is seeing the ME never existed. ❤

If you believe everything is the self or one that's describing non-duality not duality. It's difficult to fully grasp Oneness or non-duality from a dual perspective. It's kind of a mind f*** because people will be describing Oneness and trying to embrace it while still believing there a separate self. You can believe you're a separate Drop in the Ocean all you want but that doesn't make it true. The separation never occurred. ❤

okay I got you bro yes the limitations of language and typing out that language can confuse things easily... a lot of what we are saying is very similar. Where I think we differ is what you describe as the personality, I describe as the human bodies conditioning and Oneness. When I had my first Awakening I recognized the personal sense of "ME" I believed myself to be was an illusion. Not kind of an illusion... Not a partial illusion... not 50% me 50% conditioning. A 100% complete seeing through the illusory sense of self otherwise known as Maya. It was recognized that not only does Travis not exist currently, he never existed period. When this was completely seen through... the personal story of Travis dissolved... and just because I believed in the story of Travis does not make it ever true. There has never been a Travis or a Charlie looking out of these human bodies eyes. It was a mistaken identity. Oneness, God or the Absolute is experiencing itself through our bodies. Duality is an illusion because there was never a separation to begin with. It was just Maya ❤

Here are some takeaways from everything I said and the message that Jim Newman points to in bullet points: 1) There is no separate ME inside the body somewhere that is an illusion. 2) After Awakening occurs it is recognized the separate sense of me never existed. 3) Everything is real and unreal, it is everything and nothing appearing as the absolute. 4) You can play the character but that does not mean that's Duality...it is still Oneness pretending to be separate.( Duality is an illusion) 5) There's nothing experienced outside of THIS. If you've experienced something outside of THIS let me know. 6) Any experience outside of THIS is unknown. The experience of knowing is created by the separate sense of self. 7) The separate sense of self will never feel complete it will always seek something outside of itself to feel whole. Recognize its an illusion. 8) The conditioned body will still operate without the sense of ME present. Notice it will still turn its head when it's called, it will still jump out of the way if a snake is about to bite it, it will get food and water when it's thirsty or hungry. It can essentially run on autopilot and be observed doing so, it's quite interesting. 9) Nothing matters... there is no purpose or meaning to anything... only a mind creates matter, meaning and purpose. The personal ME lays down an overlay over reality and judges it and believes that it should be a certain way and sees it from its perspective. It believes that it all needs to mean something. 10) There is no free will or Choice things are just happening and the separate sense of me creates a story and makes it seem like it's in control of what's going on there is no control... but simultaneously is boundless freedom... Its THIS!! ❤ Fuckin nailed it...yeah right on oops that was my ego ?

The ego is licking its chops and smiling when it hears you say life just begins at 1000 and there's so much more to do... this is quite literally what the ego does and how it survives. It knows if the seeking ends it will be out of business... Separation, guilt, incompleteness and Lack are the ego's business partners. Okay I'm keeping this one short bud... There is no one way is better than the other it's all part of THIS!! And that's completely fine...❤

You are being run by your egoic self agenda bud....I keep telling you...you need to recognize it. Listen to yourself, you are saying you are at a 1000 already but requiring additional integration work. (the ego says seek but do not find) These models, resources and books and such are to be used as stepping stones and should be understood and dropped. As long as your ego is running the show you will never be complete... once you reach 1001 or whatever you're doing, your mind will just move on to the next thing. Trust me!! You will see!! You're on the hamster wheel and until you recognize you're already complete and always have been... you will just keep perpetuating the illusion of separation and lack of wholeness. It will keep you running and searching for completion your whole life. There is nothing outside of yourself that will complete you... all the true Masters knew this...Eckhart knows this. Integration into what ...you never left home. It kind of sounds like you have the knowledge down packed, but lack the actual experience of completely seeing-through Maya. If that's not the case then great... just be aware! Just make sure you're not being dragged around by your egoic self agenda always thinking it needs to attain one more thing or gain some more knowledge before it's complete... the NeverEnding hamster wheel where you never get anywhere but only perpetuate the illusion of lack and separateness. It just sounds like you're saying one thing and doing another that's all ❤ There's nothing wrong with staying in Maya or Awakening they're both equal and THIS!! I just mentioned the above because it sounds like you're trying to awaken. I don't think you were being harsh, you were being honest and firm in your truths. ❤ I just recently had the realization that there is no purpose or meaning to life whatsoever... "nothing matters". And it doesn't need to have meaning, it is complete boundless freedom that cannot be held to any meaning or purpose. It is whole... it is complete... it is absolute perfection without needing anything else... there isn't anything else... it's Paradise. I recognized only the mind creates the need for meaning or purpose or for things to be a certain way. After seeing through the illusion of meaning and purpose there is nothing else needed to to be understood or continue seeking. I'm completely free to just enjoy life and be spontaneous and do things out of the sheer enjoyment instead of needing meaning or purpose in the background or forefront for that matter. In my opinion the constant need to seek to find something outside of oneself is hell... Recognizing Perfection is already the case is the Kingdom of Heaven is Paradise is enlightenment. But seeking ends because we are what we were seeking... it just wasn't recognized ❤... And once you reach LOC 1000 your egoic self agenda will convince you there's something else you need to do... and on and on and on the hamster wheel you go. The more you seek the more it perpetuates the belief of the separate sense of self and keeps the illusion going. My advice to you is get off the hamster wheel as soon as possible. There is no end and you are not going anywhere. THIS is all there is... There is nothing outside of THIS... There's no negation or subtly rejecting anything here you misunderstood something that I wrote. I'm completely free and no longer a prisoner of my own mind. Enlightenment is not a gaining of knowledge, it's a falling away process. You are speaking about Enlightenment as something that happens in the future that is acquired or gained. Like a badge of honor. It honestly sounds like you are falling for the biggest trap around enlightenment which is: "Believing that the separate self can become enlightened". There is "no ME" that becomes enlightened. The separate sense of self is completely seen through and falls away under the weight of Truth. All the great Masters understood this. ... it's an Unknowing The message of Enlightenment has nothing to offer the individual. It's a complete shattering of the belief of a separate ME. When the separate sense of ME falls away, you can untangle yourself from social conditioning which is sometimes referred to as The Matrix... it's simultaneously recognized there never was a separate ME.... the only thing left to recognize is that you are a part of everything that remains. And what is remaining... THIS!!...There is nothing outside of THIS. If you can find something outside of THIS let me know!! This is 1000... Notice the separate sense of ME does not want to dissolve, it will do anything It can to survive whether it's tricking you, and sneaking in the back door and becoming the spiritual ego... it's essentially trying to tag along with you because it wants Enlightenment as well... it's actually quite funny how crafty this little ego bugger is. Once it recognizes Enlightenment is the destruction of itself, it immediately goes into: "THIS IS NOT IT" mode... The separate sense of self can never tag along during Enlightenment because Enlightenment is quite literally seeing through the illusion of the separate sense of self...❤ it's recognizing it never existed in the first place. That's why it's described by some Masters as a destructive process. Yes the separate self is never happy with where it currently is...it's always looking to attain something else... More understanding, more beautiful aspects to experience, more absolute perspective to obtain, more I know something that somebody else doesn't... more more more but you can always recognize it because its never satisfied. I agree with a lot of stuff you shared here...❤ There is simply nothing left here requiring any kind of personal development goals to be accomplished or learned. There is no one here to have a need to attain anything. There is no goal, there is no purpose, there is no meaning... nothing really matters that's not a bad thing it's complete boundless freedom... I can quite literally sit on the couch and eat cookies for the rest of my life and feel whole and complete the entire time while I'm doing it. The illusory egoic self agenda has been completely seen through here... Nowhere to go...nothing to do and no one to be...its paradise it's the Kingdom of Heaven it's Enlightenment. There's nothing wrong with the way you're doing it either it's all perfect and it's all within THIS... everything happens within THIS... there's no escaping it nor denying it.. ❤ Pure unconditional love for THIS is what remains...❤

We have actually discussed this topic before...❤ When your name is called the body turns because of its conditioning... the same way you can drive all the way to the store and not even realize you did it...its conditioning... it runs on autopilot... the sense of personality remaining is also still just the conditioning. Duality is an illusion.... no matter how much you imagine separation to be real, it is an illusion, and just because something appears as separate does not mean it is... Its all One appearing as many. It's not that humanity is denied or anything like that, its completely recognized there is no true ME inside the body. There was never a small self and there isn't a large self either that makes no sense... even the big self or true self is an illusion there isn't a ME inside the body period... I completely understand what you're talking about with the zen ox heading pictures and returning back to the marketplace. Before Enlightenment chop wood and carry water after Enlightenment chop wood and carry water. The difference is the resistance to what is is dropped...totally got it. The path to freedom is not self improvement, or somehow satisfying the self’s agenda, but it’s a dropping of the self’s agenda altogether. Some people fear that awakening their true nature will mean that they lose their individuality and enjoyment of life. Actually, the opposite is true; the unique individuation of the soul can only be expressed when the conditioned self is overcome. Because we remain asleep in the matrix most of us never find out what the soul actually wants to express. Maya or the illusion has to have been completely seen through for True Enlightenment to have taken place. I am not in any way accusing you of not having a full Enlightenment experience I'm just saying that it seems there are some fairly large differences between my experience and yours.. Going full circle does not seem to match or describe this experience here. For this unit here there was a radical transformation, shift and expanse of Consciousness if you will. I'm not interested in the same things I used to be and almost all of my future goals have completely changed or just dissolved. Again I'm not trying to compare experiences or say one was better than the other. Instead of calling it going for Circle... I would describe it as "Full self transformation and Liberation from the egoic self agenda and social conditioning which I call The Matrix". ❤ Merry Christmas brother!! ? The conditioned mind interprets things from the subject/object perspective: I'm here, and I'm important, and everything else is out there. Our mind creates right and wrongs, good and bad's, should and should not's. It also creates the illusory belief that we are separate, and have Free Will and Choice. When the mechanism that creates pain and suffering is completely seen through, and ignorance is dispelled, a deep understanding for why things are the way they are, and why people behave the way they behave...arises. This dispelling of ignorance and arising of true wisdom seems to take the sting out of life's so-called negative events(everything is seen as neutral and there not taken personal any longer). The resistance to what arises out of life is dropped and allows for true unconditional love to shine through. After all the only thing that creates a negative outlook on an event is our own minds perceiving it to be that way. Awareness alone is Curative!! 2 things that create more pain and suffering: 1) Constantly seeking to find something outside of oneself to make itself Feel Complete (this seeking perpetuates the illusion/belief that the self is incomplete or lacking on some way). 2) Resisting what is... (resistance to the current situation that life is presenting... this is actually a form of insanity). You don't see gazelles holding grudges on the lion that just ate their brother in the wild... they Shake It Off and move on. They don't have an ego to start over-thinking and creating a bunch of Illusions around what happened to this important personal ME... When the fear of death is no longer an issue... When life is simply experienced with an optimistic open arms approach....when with filters,veils and judgements are removed... life's happenings appear much differently ❤ Its recognized that: Happiness is a choice!! ?

I guess it depends on your definition of intelligence. It may not have the intelligence to understand itself like you said but when the egoic self agenda is recognized to be an illusion, and stops being identified with, the mind can be used in great service to humanity. Of course if existence turns out to Simply Be a dream I guess nothing really matters lol. If it wasn't for the mind your ancestors may have got eaten by a saber tooth tiger. Everything has its purpose some things just need to be adjusted or tamed down a bit ❤

The solution or the end of the seeking isn't a finding. That need to find something is never satisfied; it never happens. If it does, it's very temporary. I find something and I'm afraid of losing it; I find something and I'm trying to hold onto it; I'm trying something and I'm trying to maintain it. It's never satisfied. The end of the seeking is the end of the seeker, is the end of the experience, that 'this' is real. What's left is what's already obviously everything: THIS. This doesn't need anything else, this is already all there is. Whatever is happening—whatever feelings, thoughts, experiences are happening—that is the wholeness that is looked for. It's not the wholeness the individual's looking for. It's not the wholeness that the "I am" is looking for. It will always be dissatisfied with this. It's a wholeness that's beyond the personal seeking, beyond the personal need for something more or something else". - Jim Newman
