  1. @Barna I like it...thanks for sharing ?
  2. Yes exactly you got it.... here's a quick video by one of my favorite plant-based doctors describing it. That's cool you're reading how not to die it's a great book... If you haven't already ...I also recommend "The healthiest diet on the planet" by Dr. John McDougall The China Study by Dr. T Colin Campbell The cheese Trap by Dr.Neal Bernard Also if you get a chance to check out the movie 'Food Choices' it used to be on Netflix but I believe they removed it. ? Take care my friend good stuff!
  3. Yes I agree he is a great teacher and explains things very well. I used to believe it was important that I helped people wake up... like it was the destiny of the human race to all become awakened. I no longer hold these beliefs... if Awakening occurs it occurs if it doesn't it doesn't either way it does not matter whatsoever, there's no meaning purpose or value in it at all, but simultaneously if someone wants to help make the world a better place or help awaken people that's what is happening...why not. The neo-advaitist's as everyone else is calling them, are saying that you cannot awaken the separate individual because the separate individual is an illusion and any attempt to awaken it is futile and ridiculous. Awakening is the disidentification with the illusion. In my experience once I turned my seeking energy 180 degrees within I recognized the ME that I thought I was was the illusion itself. When this energy and illusion fell away, it was simultaneously recognized it never existed, the line dividing duality and non-duality, subject and object was completely recognized to have been simply an illusion all along. The oneness that's always been the case was clearly revealed. "The separation never occurred" - A Course in Miracles Have a good day my friend take care talk to you soon ?
  4. Hehe...nice. In your opinion is it referring to staying in the present moment or does it mean this life is all there is, or both? And could I ask what led to that belief?
  5. Wow that's a lot of fractal action... I like this quote: "Nothing happens next. This is it." ❤
  6. I almost forgot ...have you ever heard of the fasting mimicking diet for Health and Longevity. Some very interesting research going on there ...they believe they will already be able to get people to live to be a 120's on this diet... look for Dr. Valter Longo...
  7. https://nutritionfacts.org/video/what-is-the-optimal-diet/ I didn't know you were into all this stuff bud...have you ever heard of nutritionfacts.org Michael Greger is an amazing plant-based doctor who started this nonprofit website... he also wrote the book "how not to die" He talks a lot about the blue zones... I also love the Forks Over Knives website... that's all kinds of amazing plant-based vegan recipes. ?
  8. I remember what caused the most suffering during seeking is the feeling of incompleteness or lack of some kind. Like I wasn't whole and needed to find something that would complete this 'ME' character finally and I would understand everything perfectly. To seek It is to move away from It. You are already enlightened spirit. There is nowhere you need to go and nothing to you need to do in order to be that which you already are. The only issue is that you believe the thoughts that say you have to do something to get “there,” and that’s why you suffer and have “problems.” The mind says you’re lacking something, you’re inadequate in some way, that “there” is better than “here,” and the second we buy into the mind’s story, is the moment when peace ends and suffering begins. In a sense, seeking kicks us out of heaven and plants us squarely in hell. The only difference between Tolle, Kiloby, or any other master, is they don’t believe in, pay attention to, or identify with the endless mind-chatter. They, instead, pay attention to the empty space in between the thoughts and rest as THAT. Like watching trains coming in and out of the station, so they watch thoughts come and go in awareness. They don’t get on the train; they don’t try to put the train on different tracks, they don’t even try to stop the trains from coming. They just don’t care about the trains. Thoughts are empty. They pop in and out of awareness. Who knows where they come from and where they go. Therefore, why care? They’re as unstable and unpredictable as the weather. Why take them seriously? If the spiritual masters believed their thoughts, their identity would change from moment to moment. (Pssst: That’s what’s happening in the lives of us seekers. Who we are is our latest thought. “I’m unlovable…I’m a nice guy…I’m not good enough…I’m the best…I’m enlightened…I’m sick with cancer…I’m right…I’ll never get “there,” blah, blah, blah. Endless. Pointless. Useless.) Spiritual masters rest in and AS the peace, joy, bliss and completeness of the present moment—no matter what the thought-stream is saying. And we can too. We just did it for a few brief seconds and notice how contented you were! For that brief moment, everything was perfect even though nothing about life changed. In that moment you experienced your definition of awakening and enlightenment. Nothing to seek. It’s Here. Now. Completely. The only thing that stands between you and enlightenment is seeking. If there’s an enemy (and there’s not), it’s seeking. Enlightenment is not a place to reach, it’s not a thing to “get,” it’s frankly not even an experience. It’s the nature of the moment. Always. Only mind-chatter obscures it.
  9. I thought this was a great interview worth sharing... the communication seems to be explained quite clear compared to other interviews.
  10. As a prior hardcore Seeker I understand a lot of it. Constantly seeking takes a huge amount of energy and then it can be very frustrating when we do not seem to be getting the results we want. This constant seeking can cause huge amounts of suffering because not only does the individual feel incomplete, can start feeling like a hopeless Quest that may not bear the promised fruits being sought after. What is being sought after starts subconsciously turning into the enemy without it being that noticeable. Basically it can stop becoming fun after a certain point and turns into a vicious taskmaster. What makes it even more difficult is most don't even know what they're looking for. See Enlightenment or Liberation is the cessation of the self. Everyone tries to bring the separate self with them. They believe there is going to be a ME that experiences Enlightenment one day.(hey everyone look what 'I' attained) Liberation is quite literally the falling away of this seeking energy and the belief that there is a separate individual that can somehow attain something called enlightenment. Just like Leo states quite often this stuff can be very tricky. It's hard enough just getting a solid grasp of what Liberation actually is and even then those are just words pointing to it. The validity of the whole enlightenment paradigm starts being questioned as even being a real thing. And then you go onto a forum and there's some arrogant sounding asshole(me) that sounds like he thinks he knows everything leaving closed ended blanket statements about the very thing that I'm struggling like hell to even grasp. This jerk doesn't understand the struggle that's happening over here, he lacks compassion and could not be liberated... he's probably just making the whole thing up anyways. When the very mechanism that creates suffering is exposed its easy to understand Behavior. Awareness alone is Curative... Jesus and Buddha were both true Masters in this area.
  11. It's difficult when it's trying to be perceived through a subject object perception. Subject(I am here and I know I'm real) Object(everything else is out there and I know it's real) Duality won't collapse because it's constantly being perpetuated by the belief that there is a separate self here experiencing everything out there. Any attempt by the separate self to rid itself of itself is futile because it simply doesn't exist. Sometimes what can happen is something other than the separate self hears this message and the illusion can Fall Away. This is what Liberation is ?
  12. There isn't anything right or wrong and there isn't a 'ME' that's saying anything. You can't pin down or turn Non-duality into a teaching because it's literally everything. Yes I take care to contradict everything said, so it can't turn into a belief system.
  13. @Anna1 thank you for breaking it down and explaining it so well...❤ It definitely feels like it's real and unreal. Real in the sense that it's as real as anything known... and unreal in the sense that it feels like random Boundless Energy with no meaning purpose or value whatsoever. Form and formlessness.. but not separate. Sandcastles appear on the beach they are still just sand.... waves can appear on the ocean it's still just ocean... knots appear in a rope it's still just rope. After the self fell away at a certain point here the line separating duality and non-duality dissolved and it was recognized the line was actually never there... it was just a crazy mad idea in my own mind...? Hope you have a good rest of your weekend!! ❤
  14. @Anna1 I am honestly really starting to believe we are just evolved smart Apes from The Big Bang with runaway big brains that create all kinds of issues.... It doesn't mean we are all not still Divine energy... I'm just throwing this out there... I like how Deepak Chopra says it: Pure Potentiality It's not here or there it's not something that needs to be found it literally is everything....its THIS ❤
  15. Sounds like dualistic perception... That was a joke... I'm joking everyone don't freak out...jk, jk, jk.... So basically you just don't believe that it could all be coming from the same source?
  16. In this case then Prana is all that is real... Everything else is simply hope created by an individual that doesn't exist. So essentially life force energy(prana) experiencing itself, and thinking it's an individual in control of its destiny. There is no meaning there is no purpose there is no control there is no hope there is no Destiny that's the illusion of the individual. All that is real is life force energy experiencing itself. Everything else is unknown!!
  17. No... THIS is all there is... There is no self, that's the illusion.. The you is the illusion.. All there is is THIS
  18. The Atman is the energy itself... We are touching the same elephant my friend..❤
  19. Freedom is not part of the illusion.... Freedom is what is left when the Illusion falls away... big difference. Check this out.. ? It's a deep message take some time...
  20. Yeah there's no secret Vision you need to obtain or anything like that... It is simply energy looking at itself but believing it is a separate 'ME' character... apparently this Infinite energy has created a story about itself and it takes itself very seriously, in fact it thinks it's the most important 'ME' that ever existed...? but this game is known All Too Well by no one...
  21. @traveler You got it ? Yeah totally, when you try to grasp it with the mind it's gone... it's like a chameleon but it's always there. This oscillation back and forth seems to run its course... You can message me if you ever want to chat... good stuff!!
