@yangmilun depression lack of purpose in life looking for meaning in life. Accidently happened to read a book by osho which triggered my interest towards enlightenment.

@David Hammond what do you mean by thoughts and he and grasping is empty no thing?, ?

@FoxFoxFox what it means becoming aware if awareness? The observer or witness or awareness seems to be out of the field of perception. What ever thoughts feelings emotions i sense the awareness or in otherwords (it appears its me or ego experiencing them as of now). Beyond the field of perception how can one become aware of awareness? ?

@David Hammond enlightenment means end of the inner resistances of conflcts of mind? A sense of constant inner peace irresoective of external situation. Non identification with thoughts emotions feelings. Or equanimity in seeing the them irrespective of good or bad. Constantly in the now or flow. Stopping the thoughts and enter the non dualistic conciousness at will. Accepting life as it comes. Living with out desires (less desires) less thoughts. The above are some of my imagination about enlightenment. Pls let us know if that's correct.

In the absence of sense of me there seems to be no seperate perciever or in complete absorption there seems to be no seperate perciever. But that cannot be the case. Any how i am not awakened self realized. Will do the practice as suggested. Thank you. ?

@Truth Addict a thought cannot know another thought like wise a sensation cannot know another sensation feeling etc. So something which is unchanging is knowing other objects. The perceiver cannot be the percieved.

@Truth Addict awareness is the knower. The objcets thoughts sensations feelings body etc are different from the subject isnt it? ?

@noselfnofun The problem with monk hood in an organised organisation is you will have to adhere follow what they say.So live like a monk in home.

@How to be wise Interesting.But you said you all ready don't have the sense of me for several months. But you are saying you are experiencing nothingness for the first time. So nothingness is not you ? Or nothingness is an experience ? So who are you now ?

@Dumb Enlightened what is spiritual autolysis? How to do that? Which is better autolysis or self enquiry?

@Neorez I don't know who jed is but Learn only the method techniques if any offered by the masters. In general traditional masters are safe. They won't mislead or give wrong advises.
