  1. @Aakash They are two different states of conciousness occurring inside the dream (reality). One state of conciousness really believes the dream is real and the other see's it's just a dream.
  2. Hey I am going to be sharing my most powerful awakening exercises, which have stood the test of time in raising my awareness. 1. Left-Right Body Sync The body sync is the breakdown of the duality of the left and right body. You simply move symmetrically. 2. Walking Meditation Note: This works well with left-right sync exercises When you are walking realise you are not in control of your walking and rest as awareness or God. 3. Meditate on Actuality Just look at your hand or an object and see the intelligence of being. Let me know what works for you and what you think.
  3. @Aakash Right now I am in an egoic state of conciousness, but I am aware there is a watcher of the self, which I can become concious of.
  4. @Aakash If you change the lens, does the camera change?
  5. Hey guys, Let me go in the record for saying I have no intention to torture an enlightened yogi. I am just curious in knowing if they would experience suffering or peace. A lot of enlightenment teachers spend there time peacefully sitting and meditating.
  6. @cetus56 Omg that's amazing he didn't even flinch!
  7. Hey Guys, So I have had an awakening and understand being and what it really is pointing to. However I find that doing tasks or using my phone put me in a state of duality, because I no longer and seeing what is actual, I am in my mind identified state of consciousness. Should I try to always be in the non dual state or accept the dual state when doing tasks and go back into it afterwards. The reason this bothers me is because being gets in the way of learning and studying. I hope that makes sense.
  8. @Leo Gura But Leo are you saying that reality is just one massive dream and there is a dream inside this dream, like the movie inception?
  9. Hey, I am wondering if anyone might understand what is going on here. Sometimes when I go into a non-dual state, I get this experience of me no longer being in control of my body and then my left and right sides of my body syncs up. If I move me left arm my right arm will move perfectly. I also have this when walking, where there is an automatic walk without me being in control of it.
  10. I had a breakthrough in conciousness yesterday, where I experienced that there was no real me. Here are some advice and pointers, which I have personally used. Don't go looking inside, look outside. Look at the outside world as the only thing that is real. Realise that your body is part of the outside world. Firstly, see or realise the outside world is Actual. Secondly, see the Aliveness of it (Very Important!). You can do this by looking at objects or your hand, becoming extremely aware of them and then trying to see that they are alive. By doing this process, the inner world collapses because there is only the outer world and so the outer world becomes Alive as your new inner world. Are you living in a Dream or Actuality? P.S. Leave me thoughts and feedback.
  11. @Hellspeed I don't disagree with what you're saying, however I do believe that altered states of consciousness for periods of time can bring insights of your existential Truth.
  12. About 2-3 months ago I had an enlightenment/mystical experience. As I entered the house, I had this huge shift in awareness to where I was watching myself from a third person perspective. Everything around me became very much alive and I could feel this void. It also felt like the experience of raw reality. I remember my left and right side of my body being in synchronicity with each other and they mirrored also. Some deep insights were made into how the self is like a bubble or a Christmas tree ornament and how we are actually the whole Christmas tree or the void the bubble exists in. During this experience, I watched an Actualised.org video about enlightenment and I could grasp the in-between the lines of what he was talking about.
