  2. There was never anything to fear! I did a baptism in a very specific way, very specific and I was reborn! You have to do it in a specific way! The body saves itself! You need to do it in a very, very specific way, so there is no fear involved.
  3. Not all our brothers and sisters are saved yet, let's focus on that, please.

  5. @njuufa I want to get back into health and fitness, but applying yogic nutrition. I also want to find work experience in an area of interest and alignment with my values.
  6. I am constantly in a state of samdhi, but I'm struggling to self-improve and self-actualize in the way I was able to work hard and grind before, where I was working 12 hours a day, studying, going gym, meal prepping, etc. I'm not trying to be a bitch, I genuinely want to build myself back up to that level, any advice?
  7. @FredFred Certification and Application are two different things. You can be a certified personal trainer, or you can be the buddha-builder.

  14. @Aakash Cold baths, open your eyes underwater and do that like a blinking contest.
  15. I will be showcasing a visual representation of the higher and the lower self. As you can see, the first picture is of a lizard man. Bare with me here, this imagery only serves as a Metaphor, to explain how you are Functioning from the Lizard/Bestiality nature of your Lower Self. This part of your mind is always operating out of Fear and Survival needs. You must assign the Lower-Self the Job role of Conscious Nostril Breathing, Stillness, Actuality Meditation (Sadhguru's Infinity Guided Meditation), Cold Baths, Lotus Yoga, Hara Centering Shiva Shambho Mantra and Pranayama activates Right Brain. This can be done in a Lotus Position (Bum Pillow) or an Islamic Prayer Position After the right brain is active, activate the left brain at the same time, whilst focusing on Actuality (Do the Guided Infinity Meditation without Blinking to build this up) Mind-FULL-ness (Left-Right Brain) The second image represents the Higher Self, and as you can see, Perception has raised so high, to the point of Heavenly Beauty.

  17. @The Don You develop outer portions of the brain (pre-frontal cortext) and you begin to open up your agna chakra, which is physical manifest as the pineal gland thus it's why it feels like you're entering the god-head, but really perception is no longer taking place from physical eyes. The lizard portion of your brain, literally only gets the job of breath.
  18. Don't be a present moment hippie, please.
  19. @The Don You would become a God. I am creating a path of 24/7 meditation. It's coming soon.
  20. @Matt8800 You can use marijuana a few times, and you will have amazing experiences, but if you become addicted to it you will become a lizard brain loser, and most of you don't have the discipline to handle it. If you did, you would know to just not take it anyways.
