When I do the "work" then arise lot of distraction to me. For the worst it is positive side effect: huge increase of creativity. You' ve just started "the work", I guess cause this is initial 'effect'.

We learn as much as possible in the smallest possible range to get to .. nothing.

General mind's visualitazion for 'I' should be that the duality is kinda gates for nonduality. Then spiritual work is required for further progress. That's why religions exist.

It can't functioning without direct expierence of what spiritual work brings in. The answer/s is/are nonverbal. So one should work for himself to know.
