Hi! I am not a native speaker. I never tried a public journaling. I don't think I am a good communicator. I am not sure I have something valuable to share with you dear reader. I even don't know what the main theme of this journal. So, why I decided to create it? I feel I spend to much time reading other people content, commenting or suggesting to people my opinion which is not really useful in most of the cases for them. I better put my thoughts here, I better be creator for myself rather than a victim for others. Ideally, I want to share something useful which will increase people consciousness; or just improve my writing English skills; or find what I really want, my life purpose; or become enlightened; or do a shadow work; or reduce usage of reading this forum and chatting on other online platforms; or cultivating healthy habits; or just throw the thoughts out of my head; or whatever. Expect super low quality content when I feel low, and high quality content when I high. Expect to be bored, expect unexpected things. Will see how it goes. I will try to be honest with myself. But feel free to point the flows in my thinking, ask any question, would be cool. But even if I am the only reader of this journal I am grateful for this community and for my life, I can contemplate something, use my time and enjoy it. Yeah, and I am not a perfectionist, I am not planning to spend hours on crafting my messages. Have a good day.

@StarStruck I am not denying the whole electric vaping, I am just sharing my findings that "Yocan Evolve Plus + donut ceramic coil" doesn't work. You can do it with little burning Yes, it's not super healthy like a raw orange juice, but I don't see this like "it's super unhealthy". You do it not so often usually and it's not that much of smoke actually. Just imagine how much people smoke on daily basis for years who smoke cigarettes. Whatever works for you my friend ?

I used exactly this coil But I haven't used dry herbs... I dunno, if oil pipe works for me, like 10mg I have breakthrough, why bother

Nope, I used ceramic donut and just put 5-MeO on it, as somebody suggested on the reddit. Efficiency was so small compare to torch lighter + oil pipe...

@CVKBT the thing is, if you are conscious enough you most probably won't heal yourself because you wanted it to be like that What I am trying to convey is: more conscious you are, more acceptance you have in place - you understand that it's perfect as it is.

@Itsokimok psychedelics is the best tool for overcoming 'painful childhood experiences' IMHO.

@Itsokimok your suffering has own purpose. That's the call for you if you wish. Do you meditate? Healthy diet? Fitness? I would suggest to start letting go of limited beliefs and start listening to your intuition. You can live your life happily because you are the creator of your own reality.

tl;dr you can't escape love I want to become a 'life coach' in around 5 years, similar to Nahm. I was thinking: 'Okay, what can be better than helping yourself to realize yourself? It's amazing. It's not like I do wood working as a hobby now.' After a while the new realization came: there is literally only one thing you can do, and this thing is 'to help yourself to realize yourself'. You can call it 'to love'. 'If you are not looking for Truth, Truth are looking for you.' So, for a lot of people the way of 'help yourself to realize yourself' is through suffering. For others, it can be through art. Like, I can build beautiful wood box for 5-MeO ? And this is also the way of 'helping yourself to realize yourself'. You create beauty which helps you to remember your true nature. For others, it can be through teachings, like sessions with Nahm. So, there is only one thing to do here - to love. You can love more implicitly (through suffering) or more explicitly (through compassion), but you're gonna to love anyway ? Q: Why I call 'suffering' love? A: Imagine you choose to suffer in order to realize your true nature. So, you do it to yourself because you love yourself, you want to help yourself. That's the only thing you belief works for you, you want it 'hard' way. Q: Why I call 'help yourself to realize yourself' to love? A: How it can be otherwise? If your true nature is Love and you want to help to remember it - it's only possible through love.

@James123 I haven't done large doses of shrooms or acid, only large dose of 5-MeO, once. I find value in doing low/standard doses. High doses pushes you to think that there is a difference between psychedelic experience and your normal experience, that's the trap. The whole idea of psychedelics as a tool to Awakening is to realize that there is no difference between psychedelic experience and 'normal' experience, that the psychedelic itself is you, that everything and everyone is you, and it's Love.

@wordsforliving it's preferably to have a sitter for the first full dose of acid or shrooms, other than that this is a solo journey, that's the beauty of it. Don't hesitate to ask questions about psychedelic experiences in this forum. You know, shrooms are legal in Netherlands
