  1. Very well said bro ? Thank you for all the support during 5-MeO phase ♥️
  2. @iboughtleosbooklist Seems like the mind is too active so to speak, too active with a spiritual nonsense. Just seat every day alone in silence focusing on a deep breathing, so the thinking may calm down a little.
  3. @Mips If you fear something there is a higher chance that this will happen. If you don't want a radical experience simply don't do 5-MeO, even though I consider 5-MeO to be one of the best tools for a spiritual growth relatively speaking. If you don't want to leave her write on the wall and on the phone, and everywhere else something along the lines: "My wife and I live happily together... <describe what you want to experience together>". Then, every day read it and notice how good it feels to live together with her. If you want to notice your true nature you may start a daily meditation practice, perhaps.
  4. @roopepa Yeah, meditation practice is also a Maya, but what you can do ?‍♂️? You are the f*cking creator of everything. Just sitting and investigating the direct experience in meditation is the best you can do so to speak. Otherwise, you give your power to substances, gurus, and other stuff. Meditation practice is easier to let go since it involves only the body, silent place... Good luck, my friend ?
  5. Investigate the direct experience. Thinking arises... "What is the best way to find the source of "I"-thinking?" for example... notice that for thinking to arise there should be existence that switch on the thinking and everything else... notice that thinking arises in you in the same way as sound of bird singing for example... notice that it is you playing with yourself, pretending that you should find the source of "I"-thinking.
  6. @roopepa The key is in the "I'm sure" part, since as @Nahm mentioned "no mind is not conceptual", but "I'm sureness" is a concept.
  7. If there is a rope in a dark room and you think it's a snake, does it mean there is actually a snake? Find the source of "I"-thinking to see that it's just a rope.
  8. Yep, that's the idea. If you can notice the subject, then you just give all of your attention to it, but usually there is too many identification with thinking, so it's not feasible to notice the subject. So, the quote suggests trying to letting go the beliefs about apparent separation between male and female or inner and outer for example. How? I dunno, by a meditation practice for example. It is not really entering the kingdom though, it's more like noticing that kingdom is always here. I prefer Rumi's quote on this regard: "I have lived on the lip of insanity, wanting to know reasons, knocking on a door. It opens. I've been knocking from the inside."
  9. Yeah, "destroying" sounds too impressive though, since the subject and objects are one & it's already the case. "When you make the two into one, and when you make the inner like the outer and the outer like the inner, and the upper like the lower, and when you make male and female into a single one, so that the male will not be male nor the female be female, when you make eyes in place of an eye, a hand in place of a hand, a foot in place of a foot, an image in place of an image, then you will enter [the kingdom]." Jesus quote is always a good addition to any post
  10. Subject and object exist together: if there is no object, there is no subject and vice versa. In the deep sleep (or when you knocked out) there are no objects, so there is no subject, but you still are. The trick is to shift the focus from any object to the subject that contains every object. Once the thinking arises, see who is observing it, see that the thinking arises simultaneously with everything else (e.g. a bird singing). See that for thinking to arise there should be existence that turn on all of this. Just continue spiritual practices and shift the attention to the source of "I"-thinking, that's all. Enlightenment is like a knocking out but without actually knocking out.
  11. Sober or not sober is going to merge, yes, congrats!
  12. I like the contemplation ??? Yeah, with lessening expectations - how things should go - the suffering drops significantly. Imagine, that everything you see around is inside a bubble. The movie inside the bubble plays anyway, with or without commenting & expecting something inside the bubble. Once the attention switched from the character inside a bubble to the bubble itself - the playing plays in the same way but there is no expectations, since there is no identification as a separated character. The fact that there is a bubble with a movie inside is already enough - pure miracle.
  13. Today is the day of analogies from me, hope you don't mind You can read something on the forum, you can think: "Reality is like this or that.". All the thinking is happening on the plane... So, the best what you can see from the plane is a circle. A circle represents that there is an authentic openness to the ideas like "there is only one source", "everything is you", "all is love", etc. The concepts like "solipsism" is also happening on the plane, but it's completely off from the circle shape. How to know what is closer to the circle and what is not? By listening to your feelings. If the spiritual idea feels terrible to you, makes you afraid - it's "safe" to forget about it - to switch the attention on something else. The goal of the game is to see the sphere, for that we need to find out what the source of thinking - "who are you". Any thinking that happens on the plane doesn't really help to see the sphere. Once the circle is seen, so you are open for the idea of oneness, you may try living like that, also the spiritual practices like deep-breath meditation may help. Good luck.
  14. Yes. They are not separated though. "not separated" in the same way as the fingers on your hand are not separated - it's just a hand, even though there are different fingers. Whatever is looking through my eyes and yours literally one. There is no "looking through the eyes" though, the eyes is inside it so to speak.
  15. Let's say "Flim" is the toy on the left hand and "allislove" is the toy on the right hand. The question then transforms to: does "allislove" that "Flim" is interacting with have a "pov" with "thoughts"? The answer is no (even though it looks like that). You are the source of thinking, you are literally everything ("allislove", "Flim", etc), not just a frog toy.
  16. @Javfly33 Cool bro. Your mother is imaginary in the same way as Javfly33. "I imagined" is saying too much.. it assume "I" entity and "imagine" action, there is only "imaginING":
