  1. You have to see that you are not just a human being. If you can see that boredom is just thinking that happening inside you... if it's already inside you - there is no point to do anything with boredom. Say, if you hear a bird's song in the forest... I guess, you usually don't do anything about it, just listening and enjoying the bird's song... the thinking is the same... just enjoy the song so to speak. No, this is completely up to you. Be open to the idea that everything is one & start to live like that
  2. Direct. There is the belief that you are a separated person, so there is a tendency to put labels on everything, e.g. the experience is boring, existence is lame, what the point of all of this... otherwise, existence just is. Osho's quote comes to mind, something along the lines: There is no peace of mind - there is peace or mind.
  3. @Gabith Cool bro. That's the key, if the thinking resonates negatively there is choice to let it go by switching the focus (attention). Follow the best feeling thought and see where life takes you.
  4. Identification with "I"-thinking.
  5. @okulele I agree on what you shared... wouldn't call it state of Enlightenment though. The idea of states encourages an apparent separation so to speak. Once you are enlightened everything is, there are no states. May we call it just forgetting who you are (pretending what you are not) & remembering... the better pointer imho.
  6. Very well said bro ? Thank you for all the support during 5-MeO phase ♥️
  7. @iboughtleosbooklist Seems like the mind is too active so to speak, too active with a spiritual nonsense. Just seat every day alone in silence focusing on a deep breathing, so the thinking may calm down a little.
  8. @Mips If you fear something there is a higher chance that this will happen. If you don't want a radical experience simply don't do 5-MeO, even though I consider 5-MeO to be one of the best tools for a spiritual growth relatively speaking. If you don't want to leave her write on the wall and on the phone, and everywhere else something along the lines: "My wife and I live happily together... <describe what you want to experience together>". Then, every day read it and notice how good it feels to live together with her. If you want to notice your true nature you may start a daily meditation practice, perhaps.
  9. @roopepa Yeah, meditation practice is also a Maya, but what you can do ?‍♂️? You are the f*cking creator of everything. Just sitting and investigating the direct experience in meditation is the best you can do so to speak. Otherwise, you give your power to substances, gurus, and other stuff. Meditation practice is easier to let go since it involves only the body, silent place... Good luck, my friend ?
  10. Investigate the direct experience. Thinking arises... "What is the best way to find the source of "I"-thinking?" for example... notice that for thinking to arise there should be existence that switch on the thinking and everything else... notice that thinking arises in you in the same way as sound of bird singing for example... notice that it is you playing with yourself, pretending that you should find the source of "I"-thinking.
  11. @roopepa The key is in the "I'm sure" part, since as @Nahm mentioned "no mind is not conceptual", but "I'm sureness" is a concept.
  12. If there is a rope in a dark room and you think it's a snake, does it mean there is actually a snake? Find the source of "I"-thinking to see that it's just a rope.
  13. Yep, that's the idea. If you can notice the subject, then you just give all of your attention to it, but usually there is too many identification with thinking, so it's not feasible to notice the subject. So, the quote suggests trying to letting go the beliefs about apparent separation between male and female or inner and outer for example. How? I dunno, by a meditation practice for example. It is not really entering the kingdom though, it's more like noticing that kingdom is always here. I prefer Rumi's quote on this regard: "I have lived on the lip of insanity, wanting to know reasons, knocking on a door. It opens. I've been knocking from the inside."
  14. Yeah, "destroying" sounds too impressive though, since the subject and objects are one & it's already the case. "When you make the two into one, and when you make the inner like the outer and the outer like the inner, and the upper like the lower, and when you make male and female into a single one, so that the male will not be male nor the female be female, when you make eyes in place of an eye, a hand in place of a hand, a foot in place of a foot, an image in place of an image, then you will enter [the kingdom]." Jesus quote is always a good addition to any post
