  1. If a regular meditation is not enough maybe try psychedelics? Personally, I released a lot of 'misunderstanding' using LSD and a low dose of 5-MeO.

  4. @Raptorsin7 Psy is not for everyone. At some point psy's user should drop neediness to it. Enjoyment/fun/joy is the guidance to which tool is best for you now. Godspeed ?❤️

  8. @Raptorsin7 You don't need psy means there is no neediness to it. You can do it or not, whatever. You do it not because you want to fix something - just for celebration of the current moment. I do psy nowadays with the same feeling as I do cappuccino, Wim Hof breathing, morning meditation, cold shower, riding bike in the forest, etc ?
  9. @Raptorsin7 I cried few times during psy trips but not that much. Sometimes I just laugh spontaneously during the day: something like "What a dream, what a joke" ? Breakthrough is non-event. Nothing happens.
  10. @Raptorsin7 Small clarification on the previous post: by "I don't need psy" I mean there is a clear understanding that I don't need anything, including psy. Since anything is me, I am complete. By "collapse duality between psy state and normal state" I mean before I was chasing the psy state. Now, I do psy only for enjoyment of it, just for deepening the realization that this is all it is.
  11. @Raptorsin7 I started psy journey few months after I found Leo on internet. The first psy trip dated on 10 January 2019. It's not that long ago, but usually I progress 2-3X faster than anybody else if I am into something ? Now, I am in the point where I don't need psy at all, thanks to @Nahm, he helped a lot to collapse duality between trip state and normal state ? I did a low dose of 5-MeO just a few days ago. Just because it's so much fun, I enjoy it. The whole trip takes like 10 minutes and you can continue with the day, just amazing, so grateful ?

  13. @peanutspathtotruth Agree, nice pointer. Sometimes people think that they sleep at night, but they don't ? Everything is imaginary that's why we can call it 'real'. Nothing is everything, everything is nothing.

  16. @billiesimon These beliefs of lacking something stem from the belief "I am separate". Due to believing that you are just a human you think "you need XXX" or in other words you lack of something. This is a lie. Make sure you enjoy your meditation practice, fruits from meditating come when you are fully relaxed. Rather than complaining and putting your attention on the "lie" way more productive in creating life you really want would be putting focus on what you want. Start a dreamboard ?

  18. Do you see the wavy patterns in your post? good-bad-good-bad-not-sure-not-sure Let go the beliefs which don't serve you (bad and not-sure parts). Meditation is a good tool for that, dreamboard for being more clear on what you want.

  20. Sounds good ? If it's a regular shrooms... 1g is super safe dose, then you can do 1.5g, 2g... I find 1.5g of shrooms way smoother than 125ug of acid ? Have a good trip.
