@Javfly33 Yes, there is only God, but it's called a little bit different, rather than Solipsism. It's called Non-Duality. I understand that it may be confusing at the beginning. You have to have a strong theoretical foundation, do regular spiritual practices like meditation. You have to have a breakthrough, perhaps even not one, then it all will make sense. The goal is to investigate the direct experience with open eyes when you are on the peak. Good luck.

@Javfly33 Finite mind is an illusion. Infinite mind appears as infinite amount of finite minds. But there are no finite minds, everything is infinite mind. You can become conscious of it on the peak of 5-MeO-DMT experience for example.

@dvdas I agree with Charlotte, this is a great insight. Isolation is not a solution. You want to experience the world in all its beauty, you don't want to live in a cave, I guess. Just simple meditation every morning as life-long practice would help enormously, to bring clarity.

Cool, I didn't know: I'm glad that Leo brought other tools which may speed up the process, so we don't need to spend all the spare time for twelve years with a teacher.

I resonate with this teacher at the same level as with Abraham Hicks or Rupert Spira. So, I recommend to check his YT channel out. Below just a few videos I watched recently: He is good at explaining that consciousness is one, what is happiness, and has really good jokes from time to time. ?

Imagine you have a dream. You are the creator of the whole dream. To have the joy of the experience you play via forms, say a human body. You, as a human in your dream, may experience fear since you forgot who you truly are. Then, the dream may give you the hints on how to overcome this fear, so you can come closer to self-realization. At some point, you may become so self-aware that any fear disappears. It becomes a cosmic joke. You look and everywhere you see yourself. You realize that you are the creation. You don't know what is going to happen next since you still look from the eyes of the dream character. You know though for sure that everything is going to be alright. Since the whole dream is you. Any rule in the dream created by you for you to have fun. So, we may say you let go of the control of anything, you just listen to yourself and feel gratitude for the experience. You know that you are not only a character in the dream but you are everything. And what is best for the whole dream is the best for your character. Since the only reason for the character is to experience the wholeness of the dream. Life becomes so simple. You have full power over it. It doesn't make sense to do anything except giving love to everything. SINCE YOU KNOW THAT THIS IS YOUR DREAM ?

Any appearance is a change. The body will change to something else. Human civilization will change to something else. The Earth will change to something else. Any content of Consciousness is a constant change. Time exists only in the dimension of content. There is only a screen but no content since the content is the screen. You are the screen. You are here and now. You appear as content to have an experience of yourself. There is no goal except to realize this, that you are the divine screen. Every content is you. Accept any content as it is since it's you. See the beauty in any content. The only tool here is love. The only way you can help is to love content with the understanding that it's the screen. You can write a non-dual book about the screen. You can write a poem, a novel about the screen. You can sing a song about the screen. You can draw a picture of the screen. You can create a YT video about the screen. You can dance for the sake of the screen. If you have a clear knowing that you are screen and there is nothing else, it doesn't matter what you do. Then it's all about the screen. If you are not identifying with any content then you know that you are the screen by being the screen, by giving love to any content. In this case, you are free. Free to be happy. Free to play your favorite movie, again and again, and again...

@khalifa friend of mine from time to time also had difficulties at night after 5-MeO rectal. As far as I remember he was waking up in the middle of the night with the inability to breathe, like he is dying or something similar. I know that he did a lot of 5-MeO smoking afterward, with 2 years break after rectal usage. I am not sure whether it helped him or not. If you want I can PM to you his nickname on this forum. What about Wim Hof breathing? I am considering it as a light version of shamanic breathing. If done consistently, may bring a lot of positive results

@gswva seems like you've got it placebo = Leo = you To prove anything you always have to assume something for the truth without proving Proving is useful when you want to prove if you have N apples and you eat one apple you have N-1 apples, but not for metaphysical stuff. A proof is the second order, being is the first order. In simple words, you have a sand and a castle from the sand. You can build a castle from the sand, but can you build the sand from the castle keeping the castle structure? Doesn't make sense, right? The spiritual journey is about letting go of the desire to prove anything. It's about focusing on the investigation of direct experience, just by being, meditation ?

@gswva yes, everything is consciousness :))) You can become conscious that everything is a placebo. That any tool you have used in your spiritual path was just a play for you, there is no difference between the strongest psychedelic and chocolate. That's not to say that psychedelics are not useful, the best tool for spiritual growth IMHO.
