@bastih Take A3 paper and write something like: "My wrist is healthy. My body is healthy. I can play football or whatever I want. I feel free", something that feels good to you, hang it on the wall of your room. Every day for some period of time put palm of one hand on the 'problematic place' of the wrist on another hand and try to imagine how loving energy from the Source flows through your palm to the wrist. Imagine that healing is happening and the wrist is healthy. Whenever you feel pain, stop for a minute, do not push the pain away but try to experience it fully. Breath from you stomach and try to send the loving breathing energy to your wrist. Get well.

Spiritual sleep is when it seems there is a difference between spiritual sleep and awakening. Spiritual sleep is to close "the eyes" on what is. Spiritual sleep is to ignore feelings.

It may be very entertaining for the apparent ego to acquire new spiritual beliefs. It makes the apparent ego to be special, compare to others, who don't know. How entertaining this is: "I am right, I am special, this is my direct experience, my insights, me & me & me". When there are the pointers to investigate the nature of the direct experience, the apparent ego can't hear it: "Lol. I already know it! You know what, I am right.". Clinging to spiritual beliefs is still the clinging. Awakening is letting go, be water my friend.
