Make short videos. You have valuable information, but for fuck sake make the god damned videos shorter. You could turn it on me and say I write this out of jealousy, but you're jealous of more intelligent and smarter people than you so you do all this ego shit... Do something for someone other than yourself and you'll realize one very important truth. OH and I already your ego can't handle this so it will try to censor me. At least I can sit comfortably in my chair because I know you will be judging yourself. Censoring isn't the answer and you know it...

You are doing well. If you actually can concentrate for 2 minutes that's insanely good. You are just noticing how bad your concentration is. The problem here comes when you compare yourself to others and you think others can concentrate for more than 2 minutes. They can't even concentrate for 1 minute. Try watching your clock for 2 minutes and see if a thought doesn't distract you before the 2 minutes are over. The goal you should have in mind when meditating is to be aware over your concentration without any judgment and then focusing your awareness to your breath (or whatever) again.

If I were to guesd what is happening I would think his ego has regured and hes having troubles deling with the true natur of his existence. In other words hes experiencing ego death when he's sleeping and he struggling against it.

You seem under the impression that there are only two choices. Free will or determinism. I may not have thought through this enough, but I intuitively believe in compatibilism. As long as you have the choice to choose different you have free will even if that choice is already determined. It might not be free will in absolute ways, but it's a useful concept to apply personal responsibility. I'm aware over situations where the individual didn't have a choice (aka free will), but still is responsible. What I'm more interested in is how consciousness/god/whatever influences what is already "determined". I'm probably misrepresenting Leo here, but if I recall correctly he said he became conscious over how he had chosen to grow every single hair on his arm. If God has free will then nothing is determined for what determines "his" will? Nothing.

Leo says that we don't have free will, which I disagree with, but does God have free will?
