  1. His mind is cleaver and sharp, his heart is wide open and warm, his body is strong and healthy.
  2. It's just misleading. Even though, in a sense, it could be seen through that lens, I just don't think it's a good word to use to describe it.
  3. What I kind of concluded, is that what I truly desire is not to talk about consciousness but rather be as conscious as possible while interacting with anybody. Be it, instead of trying to point towards it.
  4. @Breakingthewall I hear you. @SeaMonster I understand, and I did take that "risk" several times. It usually doesn't end up being "rewarding". But I was also pleasantly surprised a few times. This one time I was approached by a random girl while playing basketball by myself, and little by little we ended up having a full-blown conversation about nonduality. It was kind of surreal.
  5. I hear you. I might just give it a try Still, I think things could be simplified and brought down to earth. It could be more casual and less overblown.
  6. @StarStruck I'm not trying to do the work for them, or even inspire them to do the work. Just communicate stuff that's on my mind, without sounding crazy. "Proven methods" - yeah, that's kind of questionable too.
  7. @Vibroverse @Leo Gura Are you guys saying I should be selective about who I speak to about this stuff? Because that's what I was kind of going with so far, and I'm not sure if it's "the right thing" to do. Why couldn't I casually talk to the waiter about everything being One and infinite? Or my mechanic, or that girl I like, or my boss...? It feels like I'm kind of supressing my authenticity by "not going there" or thinking that "they're just not ready yet". It smells like judgment, too.
  8. Yeah, if I was to say this to a random stranger on the street, they would probably think I lost it.
  9. Btw, I'm not planning on becoming a teacher, a guru, a mentor or anything like that. I'm curious about this simply because I'd like to be able to speak openly and casually about this stuff, to pretty much anybody, without sounding ridiculous.
  10. Yeah, I like that. I agree. It can vary from situation to situation. You can arrive to the same "point" from many directions. True. I know that. The one I'm talking to probably does not. It's just off putting to them.
  11. @Vibroverse It just has to be relatable, imo. Like, I'd say that everyone can relate to having thoughts, feelings, perceiving things and being conscious now...Not everyone can relate to "infinity, God, unconditional Love", etc. Most of these words are off putting to most people. Because negative connotation and stuff. @integral Yeah, kind of... But no, not really. It's close, but still can be heard as woo woo nonsense easily.
  12. It could be said, that if there is change there is illusion. No matter how small or big. It's duality. It requires an observer and an object of observation. What you're saying is true on some level, I'd say, but ultimately, there is no change, no shifts, no timelines, etc. It's all just Stillness. It's all just now. It's not happening, it just is.
  13. The infinite One can only express itself through infinite change.
  14. It's a void that only Love can fill. Survive. Create meaning. Tell the most epic story you can imagine. It's a part of the story you're telling. There could be a purpose or there could not be a purpose. Up to you. Breathe consciously. Love yourself more not less.
  15. Primary 1.8 Secondary 1.9
  16. Going full circle is funny. What was once real was recognized as an illusion, which was then recognized as real. The real real
  17. I agree. I'm mainly focused on my own shit. Maybe even a bit too much. This thread is not separate from me working my stuff out. It goes hand in hand. Thanks. And yes, true, but also remember that your imagination is very real. If Consciousness is real, everything is. That there is an illusion, becomes an illusion itself that has to be let go of, eventually.
  18. True. You cannot force another to change. But you can inspire change. You can set an example. You can demonstrate. You can shed light onto certain things. Yes, it's all about me and there is no Leo and no community. But also no. That's not the full picture. At some point you realize that you must stand for something and speak (your) truth. It does not take away from your enlightenment to have an opinion, to have standards and values. In fact, it only compliments it. It's necessary.
  19. @NoSelfSelf I am well aware of my own bullshit and I already mentioned that in this thread. I also clarified just a few posts ago why I give a shit about this. I don't want to be a part of a toxic community. Some bullshit will always be there, I understand that. But there's quite a lot of bullshit going on here. It kinda ruins the good side of it. My feelings are not hurt by Leo being a dick. Far from it. Sometimes I find it quite entertaining. Doesn't mean it's right though. It's a bad look and a bad example, overall. It's immature and far from light.
  20. @NoSelfSelf How so? I'd say this thread is a rather masculine approach to things. I'm calling you all out on your bullshit, Leo included. But I am pointing towards the suppression and disrespect towards the feminine side - if you will. There is a general imbalance, evident on this forum and elsewhere. It's just a matter of observation.
  21. @NoSelfSelf It is about the integration of both the feminine and masculine - if you will. It's not one or the other. The masculine eliminates, transcends, overcomes, and rises to the challenge. The feminine includes, accepts, nurtures and holds space. Both must awaken in a single being.
  22. I get it. If you're numbed out and disconnected from your heart, you need to poke and be poked in order to feel a little something. A lot of you guys understand all this stuff intellectually, but are light years away from actually standing in that truth. You think saying every sick nonsense that comes to your mind is freedom? You are so lost it hurts to watch. Real freedom is knowing that you could be any which way, but still choosing the high road. Choosing integrity, respect, humility, etc. It could be argued that examples like this are equally as valuable and useful because they show us all precisely how not to be and what enlightenment and God-realization is not. Honestly, I care about all this stuff because I am a part of this community, and I often feel ashamed to say that out loud. I'm suggesting things should be improved so that the general image of this community could become of a higher quality. I don't want to be a part of the sickness. I know the door is always open, and I did take a few longer breaks from this place when it became a bit too fucked up. But I still see a lot of value in it and I'd really like to see improvement. I know it won't happen over night, but I truly hope things will get better and not worse.
  23. To free myself I make a choice Just to be heard I lose my voice Carry the weight of the world On my shoulders
