  1. I talk about it the same way I talk about a coffee machine. Both are just labels. In that sense, no, I do not believe in chakras, kundalinies, coffee machines, etc. But is there an occurrence or appearance that you could label as 'kundalini' or 'chakra' or whatever the fuck else... yes. Probably. Especially if you want to talk about it to 'someone'. If you wanna relate n shit. None of it exists, actually. In actuality, it's all just consciousness. But we use all kinds of labels and pointers to... well, relate, I guess.
  2. That feeling right there is what drives the seeker at their core. Its unshakeable. Maddening. It can make you move mountains or lose your sanity. I am in this weird spot where I'm free from that seeking energy, but still come back to it, just because. I can step out at any moment, but while in it, there is total commitment and devotion. Which usually comes with struggle. Sacrifice. Etc. I would not say that what I seek is my true nature. I am very clear on what I am and what this is all about. What I seek, is to express that which I know myself to be, in a very specific, defined and unique way. I wish to fully unlock my creative potential. I want to create exactly what I wish to create, without a single thought of doubt, without any resistance, without any limits. That is what I seek now. In that sense, Self - realization was actually the very first step. The foundation. It becomes the new standard - so to speak. It's barely even worth mentioning. It would be the same as if people were walking around telling each other 'hey, did you know that I'm human? And you're human too! We're all human!' Right? How ridiculous would that be? Well, that's kind of how ridiculous it becomes to declare that you're self - realized. Or God, or whatever. I really like the way you're thinking. There's obviously lots of resonance here, and I did notice that already in our past interactions. We kind of sort of think in similar ways. We are excited about similar words, ideas, etc. That is why I feel like going a bit deeper here now. Opening up myself a bit too, etc. I do not do it often, and especially not with just any member here. But when it happens, I cherish the fuck out of that shit. I find it truly beautiful and meaningful. You know you got this. As do I. And yeah it can hurt, and yeah it can suck, but think about just how fucking amazing it is that anything at all is possible. Even the nastiness has its beauty, especially in contrast. Especially on the big picture. All the best to you. I'm not sure if I'm exactly familiar with what you're describing... Could you maybe share a link or two? It seems to me that you simply do not understand what this is about, so you demonize it and dismiss it as just some hippy dippy feel good little joke. The amount of pain and tension and discomfort one has to push through, in order to sustain a desired frequency at will, in a healthy way, without straining... is equal to the amount of bliss one finds on the other side. You think this is easy? You think this is pain free? You think it will not scare the living crap out of you - if you do it right? You think it will not bring up all your traumas and unresolved shit and make you see exactly which parts of your body are fucked up because of it? Think again. You are coming off incredibly ignorant. You also kinda sound like Leo. He likes to dismiss things with: 'cute feel good new age bullshit'. You're kind of doing exactly the same. Not a good look bro. I passed out twice just yesterday while doing this meditation + proper breathwork. I did quite some psychedelics in my life too. This... is equally as powerful, if not more. If done correctly, that is. It absolutely has the potential to take you 'all the way'. Ps. Sorry for the attacks. I only bite when I'm bitten.
  3. A wise one once said: 'From the how's point of view, it happens... backwards.'
  4. @Vibroverse I can relate to a lot of what you're describing. I would argue that feeling all those nasty emotions and thoughts, or more precisely, allowing them to pass through awareness... is evidence of your highest awakening yet. It does not mean that you are a loser or that you are not awake enough or whatever. It can be quite maddening though, I understand. My advice is, focus more on your worldly needs and desires. Try to fulfil those first. Try to find some sort of a peace and joy in everyday mundane life. It's probably going to come with struggle, but seeing some sort of a progress should calm you and centre you eventually. Don't drop your spiritual practices altogether, but focus more on down to earth stuff. Once that is kind of in place and you're kind of satisfied... spiritual stuff should be more or less effortles. I'm sorry you're in a rut. But remember, the highest consciousness beings often deal with the lowest and nastiest of vibrations. Because deep down they know they can overcome and transform it all. Light is always interested in 'darkness'. There is nothing for light to resolve in light.
  5. What I'm doing here has little to nothing to do with the modern day music that we listen to. There are all kinds of theories about that as well. It's a whole new topic on its own. I'm not so big on chakras either... What I did notice and can confirm though, is that matching various frequencies can alter your 'state of consciousness' drastically.
  6. @UnbornTao Oh... I thought you actually had a valid point... There are no states, in actuality. Feeling blissful is just a side effect of getting closer to your true nature.
  7. Expansion. Trance. Joy. Wakefulness. A feeling of pure bliss and unity - when I really nail it down and fully merge with the frequency. In this particular audio, I struggle quite a bit to maintain the frequency. But it was still incredibly beautiful and fulfilling. Feels like merging with your true nature.
  8. Care to give an example? I understand you see limitations within yourself. So do I. I think it's only natural. But why do you think you cannot move past them, through them? That "something" is a belief. One belief says you have to do nothing, and the other one says you are not doing enough. I can relate to this AF, of course - as I'm sure can many. If you ask me, these opposing beliefs are formed by listening a bit too much, a bit too intensely to two or more gurus or teachers, who are preaching two or more different paths. It just creates a lot of distortion and dissonance in your mind. Confusion. Another way to look at it is... Stillness and movement need each other in order to know of themselves. What drives you, is the question...? Based on what do you decide whether to be still and do nothing or to act and do more? Based on a thought? Based on how you feel at that moment? Your circumstances? Perhaps a mix of a lot of "things". The idea is, to "make decisions", act or do not act, based on consciousness. What expands and what contracts "your" consciousness, at that precise moment? Others can nudge you, give you a pointer or two... but the one who can really, truly, actually know what to do or not to do about anything and nothing at all... is you
  9. Definitely feeling you on that one lol. Kind of in the same boat myself, perhaps just stuck on a different wavelength lol. In theory, its all rather simple and straightforward, in my eyes. There is no external world, right? Everything I see, hear, taste, touch, smell... is generated within "my mind". Within "my consciousness". And what is all that? Even if you think of it from a classic scientific perspective... You see colors, right? That's wavelengths. Frequency. You hear sound. Again, wavelengths. Even when you touch something or someone... all you feel is this fuzzy vibration and different densities of it. You feel either resonance or dissonance. Touch a loved one, you will feel resonance. Touch a hot stove, you will feel dissonance. When you speak... its wavelengths too. And it goes beyond that, of course. No matter what you do or do not do, take in or put out, it's going to be a specific wave frequency.
  10. @Vibroverse It is only woo woo until you understand what's actually going on. Which I do not yet, entirely. But I'm getting there. It is actually as real and un - woo woo as it gets. Your heart is a wave generator. Wave frequency is the number of waves that pass a fixed point in a given amount of time. The SI unit for wave frequency is the hertz (Hz), where 1 hertz equals 1 wave passing a fixed point in 1 second. That is why it's usually said that increasing your frequency = expanding consciousness. And decreasing it is lowering or contracting consciousness. What I'm doin here, is just trying to match a desired frequency. Not just with my vocals, rather with my entire being. If you do it right, you should feel 'every cell of your body' resonating at that frequency. There is no radio stations, no radio, no God up in the heavens playing a divine symphony. That's all woo woo, indeed. What there is, is consciousness, and it can increase or decrease its frequency at will. Anytime you catch a glimpse, an insight or even a full blown realization... you have effectively increased your frequency. Knowingly or unknowingly. Anytime you do psychedelics... you are increasing your frequency. Meditation is the same. And it is not only about increasing or decreasing frequency... but also how healthy and strong of a resonance can you maintain. Thoughts are frequency too. So generally speaking, the higher the quality of your thoughts, the higher the frequency. Same goes for emotions and perception. You literally start feeling and perceiving more of reality. That's kind of the whole science of awakening.
  11. Good stuff. Thanks.
  12. If you are well (very, very well) familiar with both of these guys, or more precisely, their teachings and methods of teaching... it should be quite obvious to you that one represents the awakening of the cosmic heart, and the other one represents the awakening of the universal mind. The integration of both is where it's at. To the point where you cannot tell the two apart. The heart is the mind and the mind is the heart. That is where I strive to be, at least. I wanna have the heart of Matt Kahn and the intellect of Leo Gura. And not literally, of course. They only represent that which is possible. Also, I'm not saying Leo has no heart. Or that Matt is not sharp or cleaver or smart... I'm just saying, they're both kind of leaning more to one or the other side. Quite heavily, actually. Might as well be perceived as a lack, imbalance, or even suppression, yes... Both guys are rockstars in my eyes... but imagining an integrated superbeing, that's a perfectly balanced blend of the two... gives me a special kind of boner.
  13. Yes, alien delusion, too. He's far from fully opening and integrating the heart. His mind might be a bit overactive though. Sometimes it comes of as neurotic behaviour, even.
  14. Hmm... I don't know if I can trust a @Squeekytoy But thanks!
  15. I only know I fucking struggle with it, that's what it is lol. But, hey, good question. What the heck is trust, actually? Is there such a thing at all, in actuality? My guess is not, absolutely speaking. But in relative terms, it seems to be a rather fucking important thing... that I struggle with. Is it faith? That it's all fine no matter what? Is it a form of surrender, to some higher, unknown goodness, that is not guaranteed, but is still kind of pretty likely to be? What is trust and who am I trusting with what? Is trust yet another attempt to negotiate with the unavoidable, oncoming pain? Why is trust needed? Is it some kind of an insurance? Safety net? I have no fucking clue. But I don't trust most of you fuckers. Or any, to be precise.
  16. Become familiar and comfortable with both extreme isolation as well as fearless exploration and connection. Stillness and movement. You should feel a nudge on the inside, telling you what's relevant for you to go through at this time. The cycle can last for whatever amount of time. You will know when it's time to break out of it. ...did I mention... time? How many times? There's no time going to waste. No matter where you are or are not, no matter what you are or are not doing. Then again, you don't actually have to decide anything. Life tends to do a great job of getting you where you need to be, right on time.
  17. There are no 5 senses. There is one, if anything. Consciousness.
  18. The body and the mind might be asleep, resting... but consciousness never sleeps.
  19. That there are positive or negative thoughts is a belief. That there are good or bad feelings is a belief. That there are right or wrong views is a belief. It's either a thought about another thought, a thought about a feeling or a thought about what's being perceived. To think and to label is duality, by default. Quite obviously so, but maybe not to everyone. Language is duality. You cannot speak without automatically implying duality. Next time you catch yourself thinking about how negative your thoughts are... stop, take a step back and realize that it's all just one thought. Never positive or negative. Just a thought. Same goes for feeling. Whatever you feel, it's never good or bad. It can be intense or overwhelming... but it's always just a feeling. Sadness, despair, hopelessness, devastation, anger, boredom... all just one feeling. Excitement, joy, bliss, peace, love... all just one feeling. Instead of thinking of it as separate feelings that arise periodically and unpredictably... think of it as just one big ass spectrum. One feeling. One emotion. One energy in motion - quite literally. And it can feel like anything. Even if it's a 'physical sensation'... it's always just one sensation. Not good or bad. Just a sensation. Next time you accidentally hit your toe, or hurt yourself a bit in any way, take a step back and try to locate the pain within your awareness. Really try to find the source of it. If you 'zoom in' enough, you will find nothing. But on the surface, at first glance - so to speak... it's all just fuzz. Vibration. Nothing else. Not good or bad, right or wrong... it just vibrates. That's what feeling is. As everything else in direct experience. Vibration. Still... Just because there is ultimately no good or bad, positive or negative, right or wrong... it does not mean that you should neglect or harm yourself or others. It's not that you can't, or you shouldn't, or that it's wrong... no. You don't do it because you are conscious, wise and mature enough. Because you know better. The idea is not to declare that it's all meaningless and illusory and create chaos... but simply to see through illusion and meaning and learn how to optimize your 'state of being' and your life experience.
  20. Real purpose allows you to change and grow alongside with it. Better yet, within it.
  21. Yes, but make no mistakes. When I say 'musicians', I am not referring to your phat ass shaking, mumble raping clowns that all chew and spit out the same garbage over and over again. Those are entertainers, at best. Real musicians are an entirely different breed. They know the struggle, trust me. Often nothing but the struggle. The struggle of having something real and unstained and uncorrupted and divine... and giving it your all to bring forth that gift, that light... into a dark, cold world that never appreciated shit. That's a real musician. That's a real artist. And that motherfucker... Can out - enlighten your everyday fake - ass spiritual guru lunatics, anytime, anywhere.
  22. No, they just pretend to be I am doing my version of the whole awakened rockstar journey Yes, the world is nasty and it's arguably the most challenging thing to pull off, especially if you really want to stay authentic... but that's just how it is. It comes with the package. Haha! Precisely. It's even more awesome when you do create something unique and true and even revolutionary... but then no body can relate to it. Gotta love the game.
