@Nak Khid Magic is neither an illusion nor is it a program. Magic is magical. Mysterious. Amazing. Unbelievable. It is sheer perfection, and even beyond. Magic is everywhere, yet it's nowhere to be found. Now what does all of this have to do with the topic? And why is improvisation key?

The improvisation I'm speaking of is flawless. Pure perfection. A masterpiece, even. Isn't your body an instrument, too? What would you say, why do thoughts arise?

Magic happening to itself.

You have no reason to believe me, either. Love does not require you to believe in it. Nor does it stop being because of you disbelieving it. It's always here, blessing you with each and every breath throughout your life. You breathe because there is Love. Quite literally. And if you think what I'm saying is crazy...You're right. Love is crazy good. And crazy powerful. And crazy intelligent. Downright gorgeous. Divine. My story is just that. A story. Anyone can make out of it anything. What's for sure though, is if I share - I share out of Love. I'm not telling you you're wrong. I'm telling you there is Light. You can be whole. Apologies if I made you feel like your pain was unacknowledged. Your feelings matter. Your thoughts matter. You matter. ...You matter to Love.

@Member @An young being Ok...But... What is improvisation? At its core...In actuality - not in theory. What is it? How does it feel? ...Anyone? Can you improvise your way to the kitchen? How does that differ from you walking into the kitchen the same way you always do? You can make a tea. Or you can improvise a tea. What...the heck...is...improvisation? And why is it so freaking important?

YES! What is...improvisation?

@Member Not bad. But...deeper. @Nak Khid Deeper - meaning there is something much more profound to be "discovered". Something "purer". Truth has a lot of facets to it. An infinite amount, to be precise. There is always deeper, for those who are yearning to explore. Here's another famous quote to emphasize what I'm not telling you directly. Why? Because there's nothing to be told. Thought ends here. The "You" here⬆️...is a thought.

True, but that is very surface level. It goes much, much deeper.

Nothing has better odds than Love, ever. No matter how mumbo-jumbo it seems to you. And if you don't think depression is actually solitude...Perhaps you have never truly been solitary. There is pain...that cannot be summed up into a diagnosis. I'm not saying all therapy is bad. I'm saying Love is what ultimately heals you. Not therapy or prescribed medication. Love glues all the broken pieces back together.

@kag101 No I have not been diagnosed with clinical depression. I had no money for insurance. Was too busy being homeless and hungry. What I have been...is clinically dead. Due to overdose. Point is; I know pain very well. IDK, which one is it? Is there Love or is there not? The choice is yours. I'm only singing you a song.

It's not "real" Love if you need to be "loved back". Love is enough. Love is not anywhere. In no teacher, in no teaching. But as all. You can't find Love...because that would mean you've found yourself. And a part of you resist that possibility. Fears it, even.

Does "just don't do it again" really work tho? Have you ever done the exact and precise thing you said yourself you would never do "again"?

Great observation skills. Good for you. Also very nicely expressed. You obviously know flow. It's not alien to you. Perhaps you just need to surrender yourself to it more often and think about infinite possibilities less often. Either way; crossroads are typical in those years. You're fine. Young, healthy and passionate about life. Relax. Breathe. Let life give you hints and nudges. Follow the signs. Confusion, doubt and indecisiveness are all signs of overthinking. And overthinking is a sign of a "shut-down" heart. Open it! Get out of your head for a while. Come back to it all clear-minded. Refreshed. Reborn, even. You have got all the time in the world. Even if the complete opposite seems to be true. It only seems that way. It's temporary. Get in touch with your passion NOW. May your every move be filled with passion for life. And then passion will surely lead you to the most passion-filled (right) choice. At the crossroads; The Heart says: "YES!" Best of luck.

Completely different, I agree. But I'd invite you to leave some space for the possibility, that that might not always, or at all be the case. Then we're on the same page. I too think traditional therapy more often than not sucks and is ineffective. I know you know Love. Maybe you just need to remember. It may be buried deep under, but it's there for sure. In you. Love can be nowhere else, ever. Are you willing to give Love a chance? How fed up are you with all the bullshit? How badly do you want to feel good and be happy and at peace and stable and confident and cohesive and sharp and clear-minded and passionate and excited and alive and engaged and wise and loving and loved and heard and expressed and whole and...at Home? Is Love worth a try?

I understand there is no past... Oh, but there is

Everyone feels this way when they're in pain. You are not literally insane. You are just going through insanity. Only Love can truly heal you. As cheesy as it may sound to you now. Therapy can be helpful, too. But ultimately; Love is what brings you back to life.

@Maximus No one has "the same problem". But we all feel the same pain. No one will ever understand you truly. No one will ever know what you've been through. Only you. But I see your point, too. If it's not coming from the "right place" it can be damaging, indeed. I am not qualified, really. But I am experienced.

I had similar feelings in the past. At times it seemed totally amazing; other times it seemed utterly shocking. But all of it was passing through, only. Actual awakening is far, far beyond any Sci-Fi movie or show. It cannot be framed. It cannot be imagined. Yet it does not exclude imagination. But yes, some folks do come extremely close to communicating the unspeakable through their creative endeavors.
