@Keyhole If there are still "others"; the pain you feel is not nearly as big and intense as you think. When there is nothing at all - not even you - but only excruciating pain...Then the healing process can actually begin. And it begins by allowing pain to burn down everything you ever thought you knew about yourself or the world around you. In your darkest hour; no one hears your screams. No one really cares. For a very good reason. I think @Maximus is getting onto this fact, too. And that's great. It is the first step in reclaiming your power. Taking ownership of your own shit. To anyone who's hurting; If what you're going through can be resolved by reaching out to others - great. Do that. But if you already tried reaching out a thousand times and it never worked; something else must be done. Something no one will ever be able to do for you. But you most certainly can and will. No matter how dark is the night. When you cry out loud and no voice of another is there to soothe you...The Silence all around you, that you once assumed to be dumb and deaf, will be recognized as pure, unconditional Love. You will never, ever be alone again. Better yet; you will realize Love was here all along. You were just too busy looking for it "elsewhere". @Maximus No. The teaching is to love the one who's in pain. Which is salvation, ultimately. You think I loved going through hell? Not at all. It was worse than anything I could've ever imagined. I burned and burned...until there was nothing left to burn down. Only Light remains.

Thought: Somewhat cloudy and polarized. Not too loud or distracting though. Overall; positively charged. Several good ideas. Minor downloads. Some echo and delay. Awareness over thought; rather effortless. Prolonged periods of complete silence. Sensation: Woke up with a smile, falling asleep at peace. Minor turbulence. Release of stored tension. Very satisfying resistance exercise. Some drag and some rush. Love showers. - quite a few. Floating. Bliss. Joy. Excitemen. Peace. Contractions; one or two. Overall; nicely balanced and pleasant. Perspective: Mainly clear. Beautiful moments of crystal definition. Cartoon lucidity. Light admiration. Unification of seemingly opposite points of views. Several shifts and minor collapses. Frequent jumping. Bird's eye view. Seeing the mirror. Seeing nothing. Loking back at what is. Transparency. Detachment; rather effortless. *************************************** Overview: Great Day. Nice conscious breathing. - Can be even less disturbed and more grounded. The body is opening up and becoming stronger, firmer. Decent mental and emotional balance. An invitation for improvement: patience, discipline, absolute respect and understanding. Big picture, long game. More inspired action. Less hibernation. More being - less imagination, seeking gratification, pleasure and resonance. Purify senses more. Watch out for awkward body posture. Zoom out more often.

@Eren Eeager It's opening, alright Let it do its thing. It does not require much from you to do. Breathe through it. Gaining knowledge is good. But that's not what opens it really. It comes with the awakening package.

@Jacobsrw Of course consciousness is fundamental. I thought that was obvious. What else could contemplate "history"? History is thought. He who does not understand thought is bound to keep getting lost in thought. That's the simplest way I can put it. It has nothing to do with the Roman Empire or whatnot. Tho it sure can seem like it does. Such is thought.
