@Nahm Beautiful. And very relevant. Thank you. It works very nice the other way around, too. I'd say it's how I prefer doing it. Whenever I notice discomfort; I focus on cultivating a positive feeling. Nothing too ecstatic.. Ease, peace, warmth... Those are what I'm generally shooting for. It's almost like a conscious response to unconscious activity. Once stabilized in a good feeling; thoughts naturally become more friendly. The breath can do wonders.

Can relate. I'd say that most of the times I feel feminine on the inside but look masculine on the outside - if you know what I mean. I achieved a certain level of balance. I like it. It is precisely because I am comfortable with all them girly feelings that I can appear as a confident, steady and strong individual. I do want to explore and deeper integrate my masculinity. I intend doing that by practicing random macho stuff. Maybe I'll buy a cool muscle car, or a Harley. Grow a nice beard. Pack some muscle. Drink fine whiskey and smoke expensive cigars. Listen to smooth jazz. Maybe even shoot from a gun.. You feel me.

@Zeroguy I agree. 'Life is no one's fault.' @Opo Could be, idk. By 'professional' I meant; someone who knows what they're doing and their intentions are pure.

I love you shin. Good idea because I'd love to hang out there and share insights. Bad idea because too many sections. Looks kinda forced in.

@Zeroguy I get you're pissed. I was there, too. But at some point it just doesn't matter anymore. Who cares what others are doing or how conscious they are... Be te best you can be, and let others do their thing. That's my friendly advice. That being said; I think you truly need professional help. For your own and everyone else's safety. Peace.

@LastThursday There is silence in both cases. And also; neither. One has to know how to listen to silence Personally; I'm much more focused upon the aliveness or loudness of the moment when in the crowds. And I can certainly enjoy it. But 7/10 times I'd rather stay home and enjoy my own company. Silence.

You're coming at knowledge from duality. Try looking at it from a nondual point of view - so to speak. What is 'knowledge' if there are not two but only one? Could it be infinite intelligence, perhaps? ?
