As I told Leo. Whether we all want to acknowledge it or not...the ultimate goal is Absolute Truth. You can lie to.me but that is what it's all about. So we can fiddle around all we want with meditation but if it won't bring about enlightenment then seek other measures. Just saying.

Not sure how to respond. Don't tell me the goal is to meditate better. It's to awaken.

Im going to save you all the riff raff and the turmoil. Honestly, if a full on kundalini awakening hasn't happened yet..the chances are it won't. I would look towards a psychedelic approach to enlightenment. Because with meditation it happens fast.

This is very overcomplicated about meditation. The energy you are feeling coming on is Being. When you awaken you will have a rush of Being that fills your entire body. Others have eluded it to being Kundalini. I just call it Being. But do not fear this. Rather Just let it wash over you.

That's your ego fighting back. It is an uphill battle. That's why psychedelics are usually superior. Because they can blow through the ego. When you do meditation you have to hope the ego will die by surprise.

Just sit without thought. Try it sometime. It's quite challenging.

When you brought this to my attention I realized something. Self inquiry is the form of deconstruction that you are talking about. When you self inquire you are deconstructing. But the other forms are just sit and do nothing types of meditation. You aren't supposed to deconstruct here. You're suppose to do nothing and think nothing. This will actually raise your consciousness dial. If you are spending too much time in thought you can't raise the Consciouness dial. Don't ask me why it's like this but if I had to answer I would say its because Consciousness in its raw form is much more pure- and its moving away from the egoic state.

There is none of that when sitting in meditation. If meditation brings up your past trauma then so be it. Correct it and move on. But meditation does not carry baggage in with it. You carry the baggage . The goal of meditation is to quiet the Mind.

I think people get lost in the protocol of meditation and thus miss the boat of meditation. It's meant to stop all thought. But it ends up creating more thought when you build a science around it. Just keep it simple. No need to deconstruct because meditation will do that for you. Sit. And sit without thought. If you want to have thoughts which you ultimately will, be meta aware of them and then let them go. It's about self reflection and turning Consciousness back onto itself.

The biggest mindfuck is that it's you! There isn't some secret somewhere about it. Yet we want to make it "other". It is self!

The way i see it is it, as Infinity always does..it finds a way to do it, via illusion. Hence, unconsciousness. We think it "exists" right?

I know it just seems wrong to put this limit on Infinity. It has no limits so it must be capable of cessation, even if we can't see it.

There is complete understanding in its totality. This is omniscience. You will also be omnipotent and you will be able to spawn multiple universes should this be your goal. For me Omniscience was sufficient and fulfilling. I now know the secrets of God. And I do not give them up easiliy.

Thats not correct because enlightenment is where you become reality itself. You are the whole thing so who better to understand it. When you become it in its totality you have a complete understanding. That is enlightenment.

At some point you will have to bring in science and logic. You cannot avoid this. You can't just hand wave everything away as the openess to totality. This isnt going to fly. There are definitive answers. If you want to believe that it's just Infinity unfolding that's fine. But the questions still remain. You can't handwave those off.

What i mean is enlightenment will shatter the illusion of where you thought there was a physical universe. There isn't. Right now you truly believe because of the dream created for you that your mother is out there. That anything you can't see outside your door is out there. It's essential to note, in my opinion, that its not. Not for any other reason but for an understanding of reality. This is purely metaphysics. And your interest within. If you don't care- then it means nothing.

There is an element to enlightenment that will show you that the physical world doesn't exist. It is an illusion of the mind. It's one of the greatest mindfucks that there are. But you can realize it.

Good stuff. But if you are Inifnity you should also be able to cease to exist. What is that though.
