  1. @Hafiz it's not useful i think AA is a detriment. They put their power into a belief in God which is all concepts. If you want an actual experience of God you won't get their via AA or anything of the like.
  2. Then stay away from the substances but increase meditation to an hour a day. What is your meditation practice? 10 minutes is not enough. Stare at your hand or find something in the room to stare at for at least an hour. The consciousness dial will slowly ramp up. Until a shift occurs. But you should also be doing self inquiry. I'm not preaching these things from a place of conforming all I am claiming is that God exists but you won't know if you don't explore.
  3. @r0ckyreed yes there is another kind of atheism. It means if you exist show yourself otherwise to me you don't exist. But the true open minded atheist in this regard would be willing to do spiritial practices for God to be revealed. He cannot be stuck to one paradigm. He cannot be paradigm locked. As long as you aren't paradigm locked you can change world views as it becomes apparent to you. Flexibility is key.
  4. In a sense he is abiding by your teachings because your teachings emphasize direct experience. God is a direct experience. So until he experiences GOD defaulting to atheism is the best position. You and I were both that prior. Where he does falter by saying he didn't understand or resonate with your teachings is that he isn't taking up spiritual practice such as meditation or psychedelics. @Daniel Balan have you? Is conforming doing spiritual practices? I don't think so. Because you can be curious as to whether God exists so exploring all avenues isn't conforming.
  5. I'll check it out. Refreshing. But I can tell you for most Christians they are not open minded enough to discover Absolute Truth because they are too stuck in the concepts and beliefs of religion.
  6. You made all the arguments that guys on the right like Kirk would make as to why this is a problem in this country. The question is - is it a problem? Or is it just evolution.
  7. Nice costume thanks for continuing the tradition but this one is the best. 2018 forever baby!
  8. The alternative is nothing. Which you also have lived. Forever. So now there is existence. It has to be some way. And this is it.
  9. @theoneandnone But to be fair you would lose your sanity completely if other isn't real on a regular basis. It's only when you want to go meta that you know it's imaginary and that you are God. But those times can save you days of suffering when times get tough. Thats what the liberation of enlightenment brings.
  10. Precisely..imagination literally is reality. The collapse of this duality is perhaps the most beautiful of them all if you can collapse it and also undo it on the fly. That is what being lucid in the dream is.
  11. Think of it as it's not your mind it's Infinite Mind. Infinite Mind has nothing else to do but dream stuff constantly. What else would it do. So it creates elaborate dreams with infinite depth. Alone means AL-One. ALONE.
  12. Well then you misunderstood the teachings. Alone doesn't mean loneliness. Utter shock and terror to realize other was an illusion yes - but suffering thereafter no. You integrate it. It's not an egoic thing although it seems like that. It's an awakening as God or Consciousness Also remember God and ego are also a duality. There really isn't. difference between anything including that.
  13. Good if you're serious than let's have a dialogue.
  14. What he means by that is you as the ego doesn't exist. Leo says the same. Ramana calls it Consciousness and Leo calls it God but something exists. But it's virtually the same. Ramana doesn't talk about the realization of aloneness perhaps but it does exist whether Ramana mentioned it or not is irrelevant. When you wake up to realizing it's all in your mind and self and other collapse there will be a drop or a sense of loss in realizing there never was other. Just because Ramana doesn't address this doesn't make their views different.
  15. @Carl-Richard more Solpsism clickbait and I bit....
  16. So what's the difference then? Please specify because I don't see it. By the way he doesn't say it's out of infinite Loneliness or that it is unbearable..that's silly. Stop spreading misinformation.
  17. I stopped 5 seconds in..he says yes it can change states but you're not going to be become more conscious..ummm ok. But enlightenment is a shift in consciousness which drastically expands consciousness so yes..it can. Why couldn't it? He's hung up on being against drugs because he didn't need them. Hooray. Neither did I. But who is to say they don't expand consciousness? Him? Ok. Guess he's the authority. Look i promote meditation but ultimately is it going to enlighten everyone? Obviously not or he wouldn't have all these followers they would all be awakened. It's not the tool anyway that's just the catalyst.
  18. Haha I wish I could of recruited you years ago to fight against these neo-advaitans. But @James123 is a lot more.reformed nowadays you should have seen him a few years ago.
  19. Think about it. When you take a psychedelic you just take it and it invokes a shift in consciousness. Meditation is.no different. The point with meditation is to not know. To surrender is to know. So the ironic thing is the very thing he fights against is what can stop you. I know what you.mean in a sense you are surrendering the ego but that is after the ego is gone you can't think that going in. They are merely tools or a means to an end.
