  1. Sure there is some anthropomorphism here because we are talking about God. God doesn't express itself so we must and with language we of course strip away the totality of God. But ultimately that's what's going on here.
  2. If you stopped believing you were human right now you wouldn't be. The problem is that the human has it's claws in deep.
  3. Nobody intentially deceives..but the only way you can have reality the way you are experiencing it now is through illusion. God is the ultimate wizard. An illusionist beyond all other. It must be this way and illusion is a feature of reality not a bug. You looking at it as a bug is your own bias.
  4. The proof is in the pudding. Are you here right now subject to the limits of time and space? Yes..so there are the benefits. If God is One, it has to manufacture a way to separate itself into finite parts. For the sake of the dream. God is an Infinite Mind left with nothing else to do but to explore itself from every finite angle. And so it does. But to be each angle it must fully become it. It has to fully be it. It doesn't delve into layer two stuff. It only plays in layer one which is Being. There really isn't a detriment. This is God just exploring itself infinitely forever. It doesn't limit the potential for growth. Because ultimately what God can do is break out of this state into a state of complete understanding or omniscience and yes post awakening it is very possibile to live fully lucid. Although personally it's more fun to fully immerse
  5. You don't have to realize the Absolute for the Absolute itself to enjoy finitude. The easist way for God..which is Infinite, to enjoy finitude is just to forget it's infinite. And that's precisely what God does. After awakening you can talk all about how to be lucid and how to integrate this. But ultimately. What God does is simply forget. It's easy and it's simple.
  6. It has to fool itself into being finite. Then it can live as a finite being, subject to time and space. And that's how reality is created. Via deception.
  7. A stage turquoise President could not emerge in this particular society. Because politics is theater in the US today. Crooked, charismatic filled individuals whose ego is driving them are the ones that rise to the top in the polls. So those are the ones elected. A true turquoise or mystical being could never make it in politics because of the very politics that would bind them. So unfortunately turquoise or mystics just dwell in the background behind the scenes. They pay attention but they don't really take action simply because the society is too far behind them for them ever to get elected. And if they did their views would be too advanced for the society.
  8. Maybe that's sadder then. If it ever gets that bad for me I'm going out with a bang. DMT and whisky.
  9. We're tainted by bias. That starts very early on. The struggle is to rise above this. It's not that we don't have free will it's that in most cases things are beyond our control. So we have just accept that and do what we can with the control we have. Often times this comes with emotions.
  10. Yeah. That's the saddest aspect of suicide. The mind is clouded.
  11. Indeed. It's quite odd actually I'm a very logical dude. I want things to run as they seem. Exactly as they seem. Yet they do not do that. So now it's for us to dig and figure out why. It shouldn't have to be like that in a perfect world. But a perfect world would mean everyone could be taken at face value. But then deception creeps in and makes this impossibile. The possibility of deception cannot be excluded unfortunately. So here we are.
  12. God can't dissallow anything. He's trapped. But being trapped is just our egos looking at it through a finite perspective.
  13. It's all just theater. Have you not gotten that yet? The guys in the back room will be the ones actually making the decisions and pulling the strings. Guys like you. With actual brains.
  14. Smokin' 😀 but seriously...this time around a woman has a real shot. But yeah I think ultimately she will be a puppet. Which is sad. I hope she will add value to her Presidency in some way with her mind. For a change.
  15. Well its not that simple. I agree with Leo that Trump's life and wealth is all built on a house of cards. So I don't want him in a position of power. Let's give a woman a chance 😀
  16. I think all that @Joshi was saying is that without concrete facts, you stating that his ideas are expressed throughout the videos could easily be your own projection. And that you can't state he is coming from a state of peace and love. But I say that you can based on your own perception. This of course is your own ideas based on what you have taken in on the topic. Nothing was said explicitly by Lex one way or another.
  17. @Joshe the direct questions i posed will most likely go unanswered. Often one who dictates when pressed for actual facts to back their claims will quickly shy away. Oh wow. A name like Trump eerily comes to mind
  18. No I get you. Everyone here can only react by what they have seen of the person. Leo's quote "Lex's worldview is that having these soft neutral civil conversations will help mankind come together, build bridges, and understand each other. That seems to be his life purpose. It's a nobel purpose, regardless of whether it will pan out or not. The only valid criticism I see here is that you can call him naive or overly idealistic. It's sad though to see Lex get shit on online by partisans when he talks about love" I guess I would ask Leo: @Leo Gura are you intuiting this worldview or has he actually stated this? If so can you post where he expressed a worldview? And can you quote where he talks about Love? Is this in a spiritual context?
  19. That's easy. It just means his heart is in the right place. I haven't followed his work enough to say one way or another. But hopefully it was. Even if it wasn't- as i said his impact on society with this particular interview is probably not much if anything.
  20. Yes..it's both a blessing and a curse..mostly a blessing. Enjoy it.
  21. Well....It's something you would have to die to believe...so no..keep it out of the dialogue 😀 Start with basic self inquiry and no-self meditation.
  22. And perhaps there is no driver at all other than that individual's own ego trying to be "involved" but also at the same time getting ahead for themselves. In other words - interviewing Trump certainly keeps them in the spotlight. Good for them. But what is this potential impact on society by interviewing a potentially bad President that could potentially negatively impact the country if elected? Honestly it probably barely moves the needle. The Trump supporters are already going to vote for Trump. This isn't going to move the needle. There may be a few who are teetering between the two, but this interview certainly won't be the difference. And the Biden/Harris supporters are still going to vote their way. Trump thinks it makes a difference by actually appearing on every possible platform. It's probably actually hurtng him.
  23. The one trying to get in by making it obvious i'd actually like more than the one who is sneakier.
