@Swagala It is, so try to go with it without thought for as long as possible and try to be conscious without thought that you are awareness itself. Sounds like you said it yourself, monkey mind is coming in there and messing you up. It's quite a common trap. Just have to keep meditating. Lock on awareness and keep it there without thoughts for as long as you can.

Well i take that back. I can listen to your stuff over and over and learn something new everytime. So if you ever decide to go live in a cave please let me know so i continue your greatness. But don't let that go to your ego remember non duality and you have a gift of teaching really well.

Literally in between your stuff i found the Teaching Company aka The Great Courses which is great in between the deep stuff But your the best. Wish there was more to he honest.

@SQAAD if you study chaos theory you will realise that that is actually a feature of reality. But yeah absolutely its just God living out every possibility. Its the content within that learns from it. It just goes on forever exploring itself.

@SQAAD Sqaad i can tell you are on the right path because this very question BROKE my entire mind for so long... But let's look deeply. The thought is why can't an autistic guy get enlightened? It's not fair and its not whole or perfect! But now remember Oneness. Non duality. If everything is all one then we are all enlightened. This is hard to see from the perspective of the ego. But the autistic guy is a finite piece of infinity. Its the same thing in the big picture. Relative to the autistic guy yeah he isn't perfect but that he is a possibility in infinity which as a whole is perfectly infinite. He doesn't know that he is a God and he never will. But neither will a rock and both are conscious because the universe is conscious..its one field of consciousness. Its every possiblity remember? I wish i was smarter and taller. You wish whatever you wish. So its imperfect and perfect at the same time depending on perspective... It's ONE.

@whoareyou lots of wisdom there friend. You are right you can become more conscious through experience. That's what happened to me. No spirituality (or so i thought) So as the decades moved on and i gained consciousness i stumbled upon Spirituality and the Idealist paradigm. Within a few weeks of meditation something clicked and enlightenment happened. It was a piece in the puzzle. Spirituality is not the only thing that brings consciousness. Experience brings consciousness. But transcend to incorporate both...and you will truly be liberated.

I noticed that there is a lot of humor on this forum which i think is great as long as there is a balance between humor and the serious dedication to doing the work. This stuff is very radical and its easy to get lost in the humor of it. I think that humor may actually be a facet of God. At the same time it would be a shame if we applied so much humor to the idealist paradigm and non-duality that it started to nevatively inpact our work. And this goes for enlightened folks as well. There has to be a point where we get deathly serious about this work if want to grow. I'm sure most of you have this balance but i would just caution you younger guys to watch that the balance doesn't tip and you stop taking the work seriously because the rewards cannot be captured with language. Humor is great and has its place but so does seriousness about this work and everything in life. In fact I'm starting to integrate more humor into my posts here because there is so much of it but I'm able to turn it off. Now i know the first response to this post is going to be a joke so bring it on! LOL. And Shin i hope you aren't online Just thought its an interesting topic.

@Tony 845 yes do you notice that sometimes the kundalini energy is really alive in you and moving through you entire body from head to toe...and then other times it's like a valve that gets shut off? i think this energy is a key to mystical experiences because when I had mine i was completely open and the energy got so Total that it actually wasn't me anymore and then I was Being (language breaks down here because there really isn't an a small "i" at this point" But yes the more open you are to this energy the closer you are to enlightenment. If you can really feal it when staring at your hand for example, actuality/no mind, and that energy comes up that's Being itself. It's when it literally takes over and the ego is surrendered that is mysticsm.

@Robi Steel well put. I guess its a duality and I'm not sure it was one mentioned in Leos 250. But to transcend it you have to incorporate both and be hyper conscious of both. Some people are totally stuck in one or the other.

@Lister language can't capture it and ultimately collapses. Its just pointing to it but it isn't it. It is IS. Pure isness is a good description but a description and concept nevertheless. I think thats what you guys are saying. So its not wrong for him to say his God that's true. But as he says it he has to realize that that is just pointing to something. I think he does. I'm not sure if he has had an awakening but if not he seems to have a good understanding of it from a conceptual perspective. Which is as close as you can get with language and concept.

@Pouya are you kind of asking the question that when you enter a non dual state - lets say in this case by your physical death, which is actually a physical death within a conceptual death because the physicality is happening within a Mind...are you wondering how long You as God/Being would remain in this state before you respawn as something finite? If that's the question that bothered me too until i realized that its happening outside of time and space. Its infinity so its all happening all at once, it already happened, and it never happened. How's that for a Mind fuck? So to God this question has no meaning. To the small you whether you are a tree or a person you'll just be there.

@Leo Gura and so it must be! @andyjohnsonman remember relative to your ego whose sole focus is on your survival..nothingness is gonna seem the oppositie of everything that it actually is! Keep in mind that You with a capital Y made it that way so that the small you can even exist!
