@Shakazulu sorry to hear that but yeah this is the Divine Will at work here. Still doesn't make it feel any better to the Ego. -

@Pouya even if you are awakened you really cant force it on people. Many people are too close minded and grounded in their own dogma to be open to it and you really can't change that. You just have to focus on your own work and be raise your consciousness so high that it doesn't matter if others around you are not as conscious. My wife is that way. One day hopefully she will just come to me on her own and want to explore spirituality. -

Inliytened1 replied to Shaun's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Shaun You would be pure consciousness/GOD/Being at some point you would emerge as a new form - a new finite idea/possibliity. As God you would be all of existence which includes everyone else, but just in a formless state not in each of their individual formed states. Everything is happening and it's NOT at the same time. So they exist and they don't simultaneously. -

@sausagehead have you watched Leo's video what is perception? That is very profound and will explain a lot. But think about this..how can an object exist if there is no one "perceiving" it? In other words remove the perceiver or in other words extract yourself out of when looking at the coffee table and what are you left with? The object has been universalized so to speak. It's Being. You are touching on the essence of all of reality here. You ARE Being...therefore in a sense you ARE the coffee table...but this only becomes apparent with awakening. So yeah to answer your question for now see what is being pointed too and focus on your spiritual work. if you practice long and hard enough you will become directly conscious of this. Being is infinitely intelligent and infinitely loving..it's what you are..you true self with a capital S. -
I've been giving this a lot of contemplation. This is in reference to post eniightenment in which a new duality is created. The spiritual realm, or formlessness (Being) and the form. The 2nd part of the journey, as Leo has pointed out in his Self inquiry episode as well as his most recent episode on dualities Is to achieve a permanent non-dual state by embodying both the dual and the non-dual simultaneously. In other words being fully conscious all the time in your everyday mundane life of Absolute Truth (Non-duality) and that you are God. That everything is Divine and that you are everything. Achieving this state however is easier said than done. You can be fully woke but easily fall back into your dualistic perspective as you go about your everyday life. As was the case for me recently. This takes work to fix. And it is more nuanced than that. When i first awoke the spiritual realm was Total. As that began to fade over the next few weeks i was walking around with one foot in the spiritual realm and one foot in the ego, metaphorically speaking. I was me, but everyone and everything i saw i was completely conscious that was God itself looking out and experiencing itself. And that i was in the mind of God which i created. It was pure bliss because a part of me was still in the spiritual realm..it wasn't just me consciously telling myself this as a concept. And yet i was still me. That state was IT! That state of fusion! That's where one needs to be permanently! For a combination of Ego backlash and time eventually brought this state to an end and over the past few months i have beek kind of wandering around..doing the work but not enough to get me back to this state. So this is where i am in my journey and I'm going to be doubling down on my work to get back there. I just wanted to get Leo's and anyone else who is at this stage's input on this if you can share if this is the state you are referring to. You see there has to be a fusion - not one or the other. Because with just the spiritual realm that is death itself - your ego is totally dissolved at that point. Cannot be in this state alone permanently without death. Amd when you come back your back in the ego and then you have a duality. You have to be in both simultaneously.

Inliytened1 replied to GroovyGuru's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Leo Gura that is a huge point. Think of pyschedelics as a boost to awakening they won't bring it about by itself For that you need to be embodying Truth in your everyday life. And by that i mean in your actions. Message me for more as i can't fit a lifetime of preparation into a single post. -

@Nahm All is definitely well I am still working on my humility so i apologize if i came on strong. I gotta say the most humble guy on this entire forum is Serotoninluv. Props to you man - you are truly an example for everyone on this forum and i mean that sincerely. Nahm your'e pretty cool too Haha. But i respect all your opinions and let us all find deep Wisdom and happiness in our journey. On that note i will also add that this is a very special place to be and I'm honored to be here among all you guys. -
Inliytened1 replied to Inliytened1's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Nahm i don't think you are grasping what i am saying here. Yes we can replace the word Death with God. God is more appropriate...that's why i said i used it loosely. What i am saying is that after enlightenment...after the mystical experience of awakening...you ultimately fall back at some point to the Ego. Are you disputing that? Furthermore have you had a mystical experience? Do you consider yourself awakened? Now once back in the Ego the duality of form and formlessness is then created. So you see i am not stating that i believe in duality. I am saying that a duality is created. This is what Leo is referring to in his self inquiry Christmas edition episode.. Are we on the same page now? He then states that you can bring the two together into One. This is the fusing of the form and the formlessness and then you walk around like the Zen master at the end of the Ox journey that just roams around in town laughing.. But what is that? is that the Ego with just super fucking high levels of consciousness (thats what i believe, for the record) where you are not in some mystical state (a formless state) but you are just super aware of Truth. You are not Being Truth but you are fully conscious of Truth. You may become Being during meditation again at some point but formless is not permanent for you. Being super conscious is, though. That was all i was asking. its really simple if you think about it. -
Inliytened1 replied to Inliytened1's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Nahm i use the term death loosely. Don't mistake me for a materialist here. I mean a lack of the ego..but the absence of the ego eternally means you - that which is a concept in itself - is gone forever. -
Inliytened1 replied to Inliytened1's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Nahm thats what i thought too but if that's the case then when enlightenment happens you are awakened. Period. This concept of permanent awakening doesnt exist..that's death. I agreed with you initially but thats not what Leo is saying unless he is saying what i mentioned earlier..to walk around post enlightenment conscious of what you are and what reality is as concept and not being Being it itself. -
Inliytened1 replied to Inliytened1's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Nahm @zeroISinfinity right but telling yourself that and being it are two different things. How can you be both at the same time. I really don't know if there is a human being who has done that yet at least not alive today. Just the fact that you are typing a response to my post puts you in a formed state. Unless somehow a part of you is being Being simultaneously. I know when i am one with Being im not doing anything formed. Therefore when you are walking around conscious of it after the fact that's form. I believe there can be a state of both Being and form fused but i haven't achieved it. Have you? Really think about that. Leo has not either. -
Inliytened1 replied to Inliytened1's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Do you concur that permanent awakening has to be some type of hybrid of the two. In other words its something different altogether. Its no longer the ego and its not pure formlessness. It can't be pure formlessness...not permanently. A permanent state of that is death. And it can't be back in the ego unless your definition of enlightenment is having a total experience of Being one time. And if that's the case that's fine. It's what i believed but am starting to question after a discussion with Leo where he does not consider himself awake..what??? That's my reaction. So according to Leo it has to be a hybrid of the two. Which is something different together..so after deep contemplation perhaps Leo is right..there was kind of an in between state i did experience which was mystical and yet still me - a hybrid of the two if you will - for a few days after my awakening. -

Leo mentioned that it can feel like that in his How to do self inquiry Chrismas edition. Have you watched that episode? Its good stuff. I never thought of it like that but i can see how one could think that. I like that we are an idea instead. I like the sand castle analogy in a infinite sand too. We are so fragile that we can be gone as this form so easily. But you as the infinite sand remains. -

@Leo Gura just went back thru your How to do Self Inquiry Christmas edition and realized that you are referring to the second half of the journey and perhaps for you even beyond.. Really brilliant stuff. I'm now more conscious that for me there is more work to be done in this area. Thanks for the input Leo. -
This is going to open a can of worms. But of course, as with ANYTHING it is completely relative. When i had my mystical experiences and Being took me over..meaning the ego completely dissolved and i became pure consciousness, this came on in waves for about a week. The first time it happened while meditating and after that well hell it fucking came on at will. Not my will. Weeks later as ego backlash kicked in i felt myself closing down to it. I was not on pyschedelics and i only bring that up because Leo's mystical experiences happened on psychedelics. Now Leo claims he is not awakened so here is my question to him. Leo if you truly had a mystical experience where you literally fucking became Being itself how can you say you are not awake? Unless you're definition of awake is different than mine and you are referring to facets of awakening and you haven't become conscious of all the facets. If that's the case then relative to your definition I'm not enlightened either. But damn i fucking became God and felt Infinite intelligence and Infinite Love. I felt like i uunderstood EVERYTHING during the experience. Guess what? As far as facets to become conscious of It's infinite so you never will get to the end. That's not by accident. That's a feature. Therefore why do you say you are not awake or enlightened? For many i think this may only happen once in a lifetime. I believe for me in my own direct experience there was no such thing as a glimpse. This was utterly TOTAL. The facets are a bonus. And if you say oh yeah you just haven't experienced all the facets that's fine but it doesn't mean you are not enlightened. I just think its misleading when you say you do not consider yourself awake unless it's out of humility. Thoughts?

@Preetom relative to my ego it is for me the ultimate life purpose ...to fully align with Truth and embody it completely. That is happiness to me. So yes to the Ego it is a want but to embody Truth itself is a whole different thing. In fact it's completely formless. These words i write can only point to it So if you guys are insinuating that i am somehow fake or do not grasp awakening that is simply not the case. @tecladocasio that's right..in the stateless state there is infinite intelligence. I did understand the entire universe during the experience. But i wasn't me at the time. Something mystical happened. You guys should stop trying to school other people and focus on your own work. -
Inliytened1 replied to Inliytened1's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Leo Gura You are right there is nothing you could want more as a human being. It's why we are doing this work. And its why we continue to do this work. I do really commend those who have done and stuck to this work for decades and have not had a mystical experience yet. If it had not happened to me so quickly coming from the Materialist Paradigm i dont know if i would have dedicated my life to this work. As a materialist i needed to see scientific proof. So i really do commend those of you who have been on this path for a long time and feel that they haven't seen results yet. You are the true hero on the hero's journey. But fear not it is VERY real. You will get all the rewards and bliss just be patient. Or per Leo take some 5-Meo lol. -

From my experience I believe to truly be in that state is to not be you (Leo) anymore.
