Love yourself and accept yourself fully. You are perfect just as you are in this present moment. Notice that there are elements of the ego that may cause you suffering as it strives for something to attain "behind the scenes" stemmed from survival instinct. As you grow, experience, and become more conscious, this suffering can in fact further elevate consciousness which will then level off your selfishness into honesty, Truth, and Love.. That is when awakening dawns. Leading to a liberation from all suffering.

Blah blah blah You are in duality right now. Its imaginary but you are in it. You are it actually. You are God dreaming you are a human in order to experience separation. The only way separation can be experienced is through illusion or imagination. So it never occurred and is occurring simultaneously.

@Sizeable Oof the ego can take the idea of seeking a "special mystical experience" and run with it - taking you farther away from Truth or actuality - pure actuality. "Attaining" a non-dual state of consciousness isn't really accurate because the one or small self that would attain is realized to be illusory and pure Consciousness becomes Conscious of itself. Or you can say God becomes conscious of itself. This state of consciousness is what we call a mystical state. In these states of elevated consciousness God experiences itself. That being said - and not coming from a place of ego but rather an open minded curiosity - simply begin self inquiry and listen to Leo's enlightenment videos from the first on as you do self inquiry. Ask questions such as what am i? Am i the body? What do i currently believe i am? Rotate between that and simply meditating by sitting and doing nothing. Stare at your hand or an object and become aware that it is directly actual. Keep doing that for a long long time. Day after day. Do the self inquiry as well until something "happens".

After going back through @Visionary post i realized there is much more wisdom in what he said. Ramaji speaks of a negation rather than a transcendence. A complete self-realized person abides in the Absolute, in the Self, all concepts, all notions of other and all ideas of world are annihilated. The No-Self person has not annihilated this as he needs the Self tot separate itself from.. It seems you are stuck in the no self Take a deeper look into yourself bud

I understand that from the Absolute perspective. @Arzack The key is that you can become conscious that you are God imagining you are a soul. That is the highest realization.
