It is not what the finite mind calls a thought but it is Absolute Mind. You must quiet the monkey mind to reach such a state because it is merging with the present moment.

Exactly right. The relative exists for the relative which is exactly why it's relative The concept of death does not exist without birth. It is a duality. I think you guys are just talking about two sides of the same coin. he is expressing non duality while you are stating that duality exists - which it does - for its own sake. It's a debate that has gone on here for years where some have said duality is an illusion. But notice - it IS an illusion hehe. You cannot get under existence. I don't think @James123 is disputing this here but speaking of pure non-duality. But I could be wrong....actually to despute it would just be a finite perspective. Absolute Infinity or Absolute Nothingness or Absolute Love cannot be spoken.

This. Once you become the Absolute there is nothing else to do but divide yourself into different perspectives to experience yourself and someday realize your own Infinity again. So God goes back into its dream to be a player character in the dream but this time to try and awaken all of its other parts that have fragmented off from the whole. From that finite POV there are others. From God's POV all is held within One Mind.

@SpiritualAwakening the guy may have had other drugs in his system. She said he was drinking and doing ketamine the night before then took two more drugs - including -went to bed for a few hrs then took DMT. I mean.....doesn't sound like enough time to get all of that out of your system. Not smart to mix any of that stuff either.

@Javfly33 ? i had some pretty bad ego backlash myself.... It took me weeks before i could even function properly. Of course i could have also just went and lived in a cave and meditated 24/7 and bliss out rather than going back to my job and society....;)

I think he meant that some teachers may portray awakening as always and only a happy and calm process. Awakening can in some cases really destabilize someone (because of course the "someone" is completely removed or seen to never have been there in the first place haha) so its not all roses. I'm not saying these teachers do portray it that way, i have not really listened to any of them much.

@Javfly33 he doesn't know shit. He calls out these teachings and Leo as delusional BS at the 13 minute mark...for someone who claims to have experience with psychedelics its surprising to me. The guy is still in realism obviously. As for Connor he has probably had some legit awakenings from what I can tell.

Indeed and for those trying to awaken quieting the egoic mind into pure Actuality may ignite such mystical states.

Remember you are warned repeatedly not to take these teachings as ideology. So yes you must watch out for self deception. The ego will want to co-opt these teachings for itself. That is true in life and in this work. Yes the Truth is found in a deeper place or a place prior to language and thought. Then when you come back to a finite state of consciousness you can say you are God. Leo gives you deep Truths as if they are no big deal. That's his style. He doesn't beat around the bush - rather he tells you the fastest path to enlightenment...aka psychedelics, while providing the conceptual framework. He is not gonna wipe your ass though - that's up to you.

Here's the a high level look...Suffering is a direct result of selfishness. God is selfless and formless and thus cannot suffer. That which is finite or form can suffer. Because it ultimately has to give up all it's attachments and form. God limits itself so it can actually suffer as a finite being and therefore wake up to total Selflessness. The key is to learn from your suffering and become more selfless! This will happen naturally as well but you can edge it along quicker knowing this

You are not grasping it yet. Asking others are more stories. Look at your hand and become conscious of what is actual. At some point if you wish to awaken it must be alone.

@communitybuilder you can really simplify all of this. There is only THIS. Look at your hand and acknowledge the ACTUALITY. Thats it. That is all there is. That is GOD and you are IT. We can go on and on with stories. Which we do. But that's all there is. You're getting lost in stories that you are a human and that there are other humans because that's what the mind does.

@Mulky yeah i think he was already mentally off a tad prior to any blows haha - yet the dude is a survivor and experienced God it seems. Good for him. Not sure what additional blows to the head could do at this point if he made it this far.

If he did become aware of Love when his consciousness came back down his baseline may have increased but he is still then in a different state of consciousness - one that would be susceptible to the ego.

@abrakamowse yes the nature of Infinity collapses all dualities - namely everything and nothing. So when that duality collapses there is only Mind. But Infinity is also Oneness. So Oneness can only shift states. A state where it can conceive of duality by dividing itself and states where it is completely One. But all the while it is just Consciousness shifting and morphing states. Even the state in which it realizes it is a state-shifter is itself a state. That is Oneness.

That's correct and one can hit such super human levels of consciousness that they realize that all other POVs are actually being held within their consciousness. The Godhead. This realization of Oneness is absolutely wonderful and terrifying simultaneously. Cuz you realize this entire thing is Yours - but then holy fuck it hits you. As God I am Absolutely fucking Alone. That one hits like a mofo and you will spend a lot of your days (the ego will when you come back) trying to forget it. The ego needs others. One can also have a direct realization of Infinity in which they realize Infinity. And they will experience every possibility there is onto Infinity. So you will be your mother - and you will be your father. You will be Lebron James haha - which i found to be petty neat.

If you guys liked this you should go back to Leo's original enlightenment videos where he has some really good guided exercises for self inquiry. Throw away the notion of them being old its some of his best stuff.
