  1. Your experience with Tummo , benefits etc
  2. Soo in the end self inquiry is enough to break free from that illusion if i can say it like that
  3. After long self inquiry why is it so hard to stay at that place of relaxation lets say , why identifying with thoughts, emotions takes over ... I keep going back and forth
  4. @Shiva Thank you I am looking for meditations that will improve my healt
  5. @Cocolove I am not winterknight but inquire who is afraid its false “I”
  6. @Hellspeed You talk about breath a lot are you familiar with watching gaps between two breaths Osho said that is effective
  7. @Hellspeed How is focusing on breath diffrent from mantra meditation or watching thoughts?
  8. @Vipassana yeah he is poetic as fuck , you are amazing too for sharing this site
  9. @Hellspeed So what do you recommend that is more direct than self inquiry ...
  10. @winterknight Watcher is empty space by my experience so far empty but detached , calm when i was looking for “I” and realised its impossible to hold it everything changed ... Just want to know that i am not delusional about my experience.
  11. When i do self inquiry after some time that detached looking “staying as aware presence” is same to me as witnessing like Osho talks about . Am i wrong ?
  12. I would like to read some books about self inquiry , what do you recommend?
  13. @Leo Gura Really your thread practical enlightenment.... is more than enough with hard work
  14. @Preetom yeah effort is the key. There is a lot of Neo Advaita stuff that preaches you dont need practice we are already enlightened gods
  15. Thank you doing same thing again and again is frustrating when you know what are you i will try to add inquiry when identification with something arises
  16. As i told you there was some glimpses of self Realization few days ago and i am doing same questions , self inquiry trying to find that I , who is aware etc. Then i saw a video where Rupert Spira talks about i think he said second step to self inquiry , Self abidance Do you think that is correct practice to go directly, knowingly stay as that pure I -awarness of person(thoughts, sensations etc) Or i have to do same contemplation even if i know where it will lead me . Hope that makes sense
  17. Heavily use of Mdma... I knew there is something more and that i can naturally feel that love , awarness. After this video i am doing Self inquiry all day long ... Couple days ago awakening happend only nothingness awareness was there no monkey mind no beliefs just wow. Now i am trying to go to that place until it’s permanent.
  18. @phllip103 Self inquiry in a nutshell without mystical shit
  19. @phllip103 Try 1 Giant Mind app its free mantra meditation . Its guided and you will feel calm good luck ?
  20. So doing the same inquiry and finding that knowing spaciousness over and over again until indentifications with person break. Thank you for guidance
  21. @winterknight His inquiry Can the perceiver be perceived is pointing to the same place as What am I or your simple finding the I ... body cant be aware , mind and feelings cant only pure consciousness that is not person by my experience. Now biggest problem for me is staying in that space.
