If you turn on " no distraccion mode" on Android settings then YT will first you get a warning before allowing to open the YT and then it's automatically turned off in 5 minutes

Ofc we all enjoy YT shorts. It's crazy entertaining. That's the problem. If you want to quit cigarettes it's better for you not to have any around rather than only " deciding not to smoke" and using your willpower consistently Also if you turn the YouTube app on your smartphone phone sometimes you literally are hit with a YT short out of nowhere in a pop-up fashion. Very sneaky. So that's pretty intrusive to me Imagine the tip of an ice cone being shoved in your mouth every time you pick up a dumbbell Or the crazy frog theme shortly playing every time you close your times to meditate Or having a spurt of ranch sauce squirted on your veggies every time you have them Feel free to come up with your own analogies

feel free to share here if it's legit There was an a called YouTube Vanced before that allowed you to play videos with your screen off. i'm about to turn 26. It doesnt look that I have baldness in my genetics. I have not cut my hair since 2020. Now it's long, but ever since my first time having COVID my hair has been falling out. I've had It maybe 15/20 times by now. i usted to never get sick. ( that's medically undiagnosed, but the symptoms end up being pretty much exactly the same. Call me biased but I feel its most likely accurrate) It did get better for some months after not catching the CovD for half a year, but I've been consistently clogging the shower and pulling full hairbrushes of dead hair DAILY My hairline is intact for now. Aparently the hair just snaps 2 cm from the base and leaves me with this wild look when I tie my hair unless i use a microdrop of some styling gel to flatten It all smooth together ( no the gel is not the cause) . I've usted a minimal ammount of random shampoos only once a week and nothing in between. So that's not the problem either. I still have a full head of hair for now though somehow. I've heard some ammount of loss is normal with long hair ( my first time I've grown It out ever) but this is definitely not normal. Diet wise I could be doing better ATM. I've supplemented vit A and iodine for the last year on and off, and spent a ridículous ammount on DAILY ( 300g) highest quality grass fed grass finished ground beef avaliable in my country . I've mostly had rice, beans, eggs with It. It's true I've had close to none vegetables since 2020. perhaps Frozen or as an accidental side ingredient but pretty much never "fresh" and I crave It a bit by now so ill give It a try. I could get more sun exposure as I tested very low on vit D which i supplemented for 4 months last year. Consistently suplementing vit C, hydration and electrolytes doing good. I doubt its a side effect of heavy metal Chelation but Who knows. I'm pretty sedentary overall but I work out. maybe 3 times per week. That being said my individual hair in itself has allways been super thin. and I confess the tight bun i tie It into may contribuye to It snapping but that's not the cause either. Whats am I missing? thoughts? is this the side effect of watching Actualized.org for half a decade+ ?

I don't want to jinx it but it actually stopped about a month ago. Most likely it's a coincidence but I was taking that zeolite powder during that time so maybe give it a try if you're desperate

It just may be perceived as weird if someone may happen to hear you. It actually works as a conversation starter. People hear you and comment on what you say. Actually field tested. Wear an Bluetooth earpiece if you want it to be more socially acceptable

I also did try the zeolite powder for a week. You're supposed to take it for two months but it makes you thirsty AF. I was drinking up to 5 liters per day! And peeing that much consequently. So I couldn't keep up and stopped it for now. Hard to claim any mental gains for now but I will use it in between acc rounds ( to test if it eases redistribution symptoms) or when I'm having a naughty meal Overdose on zeolite powder is supposed not to be a thing. It does not cross blood brain barrier apparently but is supposed to chelate the blood at an ion exchange level ( their answer to my question) Edit : I also read the 60 page zeolite book they emailed while answering my questions . Thing is the half life is "4-6 hours " and they recommend to dose twice per day... So the lack of science makes this process pretty sloppy and I can't tell if the negative symptoms I was having for the entire week were detox side effects, lack of enough support in the form of supplements, redistribution because of improper redosing schedule or simply dehydration as it makes you comically thirsty and you don't drink for 6+ hours while you sleep... So that's that redneck science I was pretty miserable for that week mostly in the mornings

Bruh I've been knocked out for the last 5 days. I've been taking Zeolite for ammost 2 weeks, anywhere from x1 to x4 heapong scoops ( they recommend 2) . Initially I could feel the zeolite powder working but it makes you so thirsty ... And you pee every half hour if not more. It gets exhausting. They recommend 2-3 liters per day but I've drank maybe 4 if not more . Yesterday morning was the last time I took a scoop. Finally today I feel like have a little energy again in spite of having had terrible sleep. Perhaps I need to let the body recover. Gotta say that I also don't support much as with ACC chelation. Over the few next days I'll share if I feel any actual difference. I do plan on using it morel but only in between real ALA chelation rounds for now.

Comparing yourself to others is a form of self judgement. Judgement by nature is mostly involuntary, which means it will just happen naturally, so entirely stopping it is unlikely , not to say imposible. What you can do is increase your mindfulness. Notice when the judgement happens and instead of judging yourself for judging, embrace the feeling and don't label it good or bad. Just let it be. That is one part of dealing with envy. Understanding it's nature. On the other hand, you must have certain beliefs, perhaps unconscious , that trigger these feelings . Perhaps a feeling or belief of having wasted your life, time, potential, not being good enough and wanting to compensate by amazing skills, not having decided who you want to be / who you want to become, etc. You may have to do some work on releasing these beliefs. Or maybe the feeling is exactly right , because you're seeing something you authentically desire but you chronically procrastinate on taking action towards it. In that case, take the hint and roll up your sleeves Envy means " I feel unsatisfied because I lack something someone else has " Realize that everyone is on a different journey. Realize that it literally is impossible to be great at everything for the simple reason that since our time on this planet is limited , we can only choose a handful of domain to be great at. There will allways be someone better than you at something. That's why you should work on defining who do you want to be and become, so that you can feel inspired by others greatness to fuel yourself on your own path, rather than allways wanting something else. Have some healthy limiting beliefs. It you spend 20 years on guitar, programing, learning multiple languages, becoming a master juggler, learning public speaking , etc you can't put that time into other areas. You literally CAN NOT. Realize that. It's a form of FOMO really. A sort of OCD always obsessing on what you're lacking. Always looking at the other side of the fence and allways regretting your decision of where spending your time. Define yourself. Set your own trayectory and know where you going.
