Got my first actual coaching client for social dynamics and confidence for tonight . Looking to get around 2k€ once I deliver the results. Initially it's a 12 week program which is pretty insane . Most I've seen is 4 week natural for 3k . TNL does 10k for 7 days and RSD does a weekend for 3k
I'm thinking about 2-3 days infield training and one/ two online calls per week to talk about his call to action missions ( solo approaches during his week )
We can start with some social challenge drills to warm him up and start chipping away at social conditioning.
What is social conditioning? It's a survival mechanism that your mind posesses. It looks out for your social safety, your reputation. For you to not draw too much attention, not be loud , not be charismatic, attractive and a leader. It's absolutely needed for your survival in one sense, but on the other hand it's a parasite of the mind. It's not something others do to you. It's yourself doing it to yourself.
Socal conditioning IS why we feel social anxiety and approach anxiety
You can't talk yourself out of it. Sole theory to reframe is nice , but ultimately the mind wants proof not promise.
It wants proof that you will not die if you are loud , disapproved of and draw attention to yourself.
Therefore exercises are done deliberately to provide that proof, slowly dissolving that dense protective layer of social conditioning . You get out what you put into it.
Gonna take him to local meetup venues as an easy start to have a look at his skillset and rizz
Later we'll go to a latin dance bar with lessons to let loose, then probably hit some bars / street game
Bro owns two apartments in the city center lol I always struggle with logistics because I live far away but pulling is very real like this
Of the top of my head, some social drills ( of the top of my head ), for feeling SOCIAL PRESSURE
Speaking to yourself loudly at the supermarket
Bad singing at karaoke
Singing at supermarket
Talking to strangers for directions or whatever and stutter a lot and go blank : emmmm....
Improvised speech to selfie cámara in public
Improvised personal speech to a random group of people ( at an exterior bar for example)
Improvised speech on camara as I record him ( walking backwards)
Speaking loudly to me across the sidewalk ( 4-5 meters apart ) and I act like I don't know him
Go to a girl and give her a compliment and gtfo. And return in a moment and hit on her
Normal daytime cold approach for a single girl with an opener line : hey, I just saw you and though you were cute - improvise from there on
Absolutely blank mind cold approach for a single girl.
Same for groups of 2 girls. Mixed ( man + woman ), larger groups , families, girls sitting at tables at venues etc
Same for girls and groups of girls surrounded by even more strangers : supermarket ques, bus stops , public transport . . .
Night game , physical openers. Looking for rejection on purpose. Making a fool out of yourself on purpose.
essentialy these are catalysts to hammer specific nuances of social skills and eventually internalize them .
Concepts to plant as seeds in him so they can grow over the next few months and start snowballing that upwards spyral :
Congruence ( alignment between thoughts, words and actions ) . What is Intent. Having undivided intent. Moving towards intent and away from intent ( aka smashing gas and brake at once ) . The power of acting and absolutely ignoring your mind / thoughts/ beliefs. Techniques vs principles. Be at the cause and not the effect . Homeostasis, not rocking the boat. Female psychology vs male psychology. Women react to leading , emotions, validation and status ( it's situational). The trap of seeking validation, aprooval and self-qualifying. The skill of influencing others, what are frames, frame battles, unshakable confidence Teach million dollar mouthpiece: free association, improvised humor, voice projection, breaking rapport tonality, add passion / emotion in of logical incoherence. How to manage your energy : draw state from within, persona ( façade ) fatigue, decision making fatigue, judgement fatigue . How to be present but non- self conscious in social interactions. Pinging, calibration. Screening, Logistics. Buying temperature , Cheecky banter , push pull, disqualifiers, teasing. Seeding the pull.
