  1. @MM1988 "monkey mind" and "conscious thinking" are both happening without free will. Notice that even if you're thinking consciously, you don't know the next thought. It always just pops up automatically.
  2. @Jack River You'll need enormous effort, when you're still living in the illusion of free will. Of course there's no-one-size-fits-all plan in this work, i can only speak from experience.
  3. @Telepresent Well, very few ppl are actually enlightened. The others have spiritual egos, and want to be seen as masters in this "enlightenment theory". It's just basic dogma, you can't escape it in the current world we're living.
  4. @SageModeAustin It takes alot of effort to get away from egos gravitational pull. It's far easier to fall back to safe and familiar life as an ego. Ego is sneaky and you'll probably develop a spiritual ego after few glimpses, thinking you know it all and are above all these "ignorant people" Can't say for sure that it'll happen, but i was so sure i was "enlightened" multiple times. But no worries, just keep at it. Psychedelics can help alot, if you feel like you're stuck.
  5. @How to be wise "God" given name... (: I don't think anyones real name is Geo Lura.
  6. @How to be wise It's my god given name @Leo Gura Yeap. I was the universe all along, or no-self, consciousness, emptiness, infinity, God or whatever label you want to give it. It's just mindboggling how i lived 22 years without seeing this. @martins name No, i really had no choice. It's just not what "i" imagined it to be, but of course ego needs to imagine it to be something that makes it better and happier somehow, to fuel it's own destruction.
  7. @Serotoninluv Yeah, maybe some yoga. I've done less meditation while sitting down, cause there's no force needed to be in meditation anymore.
  8. @Outer Hmm, maybe. There's alot of work to be done still, of course.
  9. @Outer "I" don't think that's how it goes. There's more like a feeling and contraction that dissapears. The i-thought is there, because it's how we think and talk.
  10. @Outer There are still thoughts, but they are more like sounds, belonging to no one. The mind tries to interpret, but can't grasp anything. It finds something scary and pulls the veil back, then it's seen as false and non-dual state comes back. It feels kind off schitzofrenic atm.
