  1. @Extreme Z7 yeah, ego game but talking this stuff is an act of freeing the mind which Leo wants to happen. This is very important to discuss, but you know what..as far as I know I have faith on Leo and we are on the right track, I'm very curious though..

  3. @Mariem Actually I also ask this question a lot , for me when you want to maintain mindfulness even lot of thoughts and thinking coming up is to be "gentle" while watching it. Sometimes when I observe my thoughts , let go about it in a careless manner and find out it's coming back. Be gentle about the thoughts like you are holding a baby, and I can say it's a very effective way because right now I improve my patience and I can meditate longer in a calm manner. So be gentle.
  4. It's my one year of meditation, and I meditate last night for 30 minutes. Uhm..my sensation was cool because it was raining outside, until all I can hear was just pouring rains. I also notice thoughts coming up but it was just only for 5-6 seconds because my awareness is on the zone. After I meditate woooh! I felt great inside, for me it was my best meditation experience so far. Come to share your nice meditation experience -jp

  6. @jes have a 'heart to heart' talk with your father..haha. I know it's hard, because your not get used to it, but watch Leo's video how to funny, it's a good technique to get rid the shyness and discomfort during your conversation.

  10. I remember when the time I have presentation , one of my effective technique is "emotionless focus". I'm not sure it's a good technique, but I used that technique when Im nervous in front of audience. It's simple, just focus of what you are doing with no emotion, and very mindful that whatever the result or happening during the presentation you are trying to be like quick, hard and just do it through a way.
  11. that's why I wondered before, Enlightened people do not take any position on this matter, because they know when they speak, at the back on their mind, "ooh gizzz..I making story again, and it's illusion"
  12. maybe when your Enlightened it's like building a sand castle on a beach and then destroy it, then build it again, then destroy and so on... You think and you know it's silly, but you simply enjoy it.
  13. woah this month blowed my mind. I see external reality like an optical illusion, but much more complex, atleast now I have a little awareness seeing every situation being a concept, and being as it is. Yes , I understand we are still using language, analogy , talking this stuff, but all this activity "observing how your ego destort reality" is a pseudo exercise that makes us understand what we actually mean=no need to label it
  14. if you want to share about Enlightenment, don't just tell them that "there is no self" set a simple example what you mean.
  15. I just straight my back when I felt sleepy during meditation, and be like more mindful when sleepiness strikes.
  16. for me it's more effective when you go out with your friends. It's more fun and just like 'chilling out', not too serious picking up girls makes it more clever.
  17. before I die I will tell my family "hey dont be sad, Im not gonna die, the "me" is just a concept!" and I will request to play Leo's Enlightenment video series during funeral, that's gonna be cool.
  18. I usually trying to find any sources of stimulation when I get bored, but after I've been meditating for almost a year now , I feel more comfortable and oh yeah my emotions -I am more calm:)
  19. paradox again, "who's gonna be enligthened?"- is a rational question because no matter what answers are cannot satisfy a much deeper realization. Just continue the journey and we can answer that at the top:)

  23. @WhatAmI good example there men..we are Awareness so we are everything in that level, yes in the sense that you have no free will ..the thought come and go itself, and you are just a watcher.
