There was no goal to begin with. You flow with Karma. The rest is illusion. Find out which layer of your ego came up with that and annihilate it. There's nothing you should do. Or sleep and be lazy. These were all serious answers btw. I said the same thing to Leo: If you realize your existence as Sat Cit Ananda, the rest is illusion. You don't have to be a saint. You don't have to be moral. You don't have to be productive. You don't have to be anything. Who am I talking to? The ego? You are helpless. Deal with it. Shiva is sitting within you, idly looking at me. It is not touched by concepts. It is eternally in bliss. It has by its unknowable power, manifested ALL THIS. It certainly doesn't need the ego to tell it what it should or should not do. -

All expectations about enlightenment are a waste of time. -

@Ingit Simply because the mind is a constriction of the truth. The mind will never be able to see the truth. That is not its purpose anyways. YOU are separate from the mind however. The reason you are not enlightened is because you haven't realized this. Although you do use very good language which i can use to demonstrate a point: It's the mind that is getting anxious over its OWN negative thinking habits, not YOU. You are simply a witness to all this. Realize that. -
Misagh replied to xbcc's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@xbcc You are pure unmanifest being and dynamic creative potential. You are free will. Coming from the enlightened point of view, these are all concepts that can barely transmit the truth, but nevertheless they are helpful to illustrate the point. When an enlightened being says "I don't believe in free will." what they mean is that there is no "I" who believe in free will. There is no Ego who BELIEVES in anything. From that perspective, the truth begins to dislodge itself from the concepts, which makes the latter redundant. -

@Joseph Maynor I'm not quite clear about how you guys define these stages. I might be talking about stage Coral, I don't know. That picture I posted (somewhat) captures the stage I most relate to (in a very artistic way). Is that Turquoise or Coral? -

Here's my two cents: having your tongue touch the fleshy mound behind your upper teeth helps completing the head's energy circuit. I also have my thumbs touch my index finger, with the palms out. Although interlacing the fingers while having the thumbs touch seems to produce the same effect. -

"Is there a way to acess subconcious mind and how do you know if thats your subconcious?" You already have access to 100% of reality. What you asking is how can I, ego, find some external esoteric secret (that is logically crunch-able btw) to enrich myself. Let go of this paradigm and ironically, you will regain the world. -

He has a recent video in which he teaches a bit of quantum-physics as a theory of consciousness. Now that is fascinating. -
Misagh replied to Flow With Life's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Flow With Life The mind is a manifestation out of the unmanifest. It's a restriction of awareness. For enlightenment to dawn on you, you have to "release" the mind's grip. Asking yourself "Who am I" is one way to do that. Philosophizing and naming doesn't serve any purpose. -

@Tistepiste Animals are conscious beings with souls. Every animals is different with respect to the development and sophistication of their minds. Not sure. Also you can still be enlightened and have a miserable ego/mind. -

Whatever you do, you do to yourself. That is the ultimate insight. There is no other. -

This sounds like a Kundalini symptom to me. Don't try to paint the energy as a demon, it really is not. Just continue your meditation and eventually this sexual energy will merge with kunalini shakti, and strengthens it. I personally recommend you NOT spending this sexual energy and instead storing it. -
Misagh replied to Tistepiste's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Tistepiste Shiva and Shakti. Absolute unmanifest potential and dynamic creative energy. These two are really the same thing. If you are interested to understand what I say logically, try studying some Quantum-physics (which is more a theory of consciousness than physics). The world (consciousness, or YOU) is a wave function (Shiva). It becomes matter when consciousness intends to know itself (Shakti). A simpler answer is that all that there is, is blissful consciousness (Sat, Cit, Permananda), and any material manifestation is an attempt for this consciousness to know itself. -
Misagh replied to Manjushri's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Gligorije The meaning is two-fold: 1. The "past life" is referring to a previous incarnation of ego in the current life cycle. Once you witness the comings and goings of the ego, you realize that its not a permanent thing during the day. So each time it is manifested and identified with, that is considered a life. So by past life they are simply referring to one of those instances. 2. The past life is referring to an entirely different life cycle. For example I was an Italian priest in a past life. That sort of thing. It's quite useless, this siddhi. -
Misagh replied to Salvijus's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Salvijus Sadhguru is the real deal (enlightened etc.) and has done wonderful work creating a fascinating community, but not very practical when it comes to self-realization (at least not if you are there with him). Yoga is not for everyone. If you are a gyani you are much better of with Sadhana and Self-inquiry. -

Not surprised. All the awkward stuff he had to endure during his youtube career must've crushed his ego. GJ. -

@Flow With Life It's a good question because it has the power to return the mind back its unmanifest form. There is no logical answer to that question, so the mind comes up blank, opening the window for realization in that instant. So yeah, it's a very good question to ask.
