  1. The 'body' is smarter than the 'mind'(I put those terms in quotes because they are relative & complementary). The body is a reflection of all our actions-thoughts, feelings, nutrition, toxins, lineage, etc. It's always 100% truthful in its feedback. On the other hand, the mind is often influenced by previous experiences (individually & collectively) and filters preception thru that lens. We are made in the image of God-literally a hologram of the universe. The body is a temple for the mind that we are gifted from the mattix of mother Earth. It is this Terra Cotta, this mud, that is infused with energy (the spirit of God), that we get to play with for a short while.
  2. Consider cooked milk vs. raw... it's a different food. Traditional people often had raw milk as a staple of their diet.
  3. Hello don't know if topic is still being viewed but here's my input- an injury like this is best resolved by doing multiple approaches at the same time or in sequence. Body work, nutrition, & exercise/yoga are the key components. Most valuable (that I've found) (1)nutrition for soft tissue/discs- collagen, minerals (high in manganese), oils ( cod liver oil, coconut oil, etc.), perna plus (davinci labs), & ligaplex 1/2(standard process labs). (2) body work- Cox decompression traction, percussive manipulation instruments, radial shockwave therapy, deep tissue laser, iastm, avazzer microcurrent units, vibration platform exercises, massage, cranial sacral therapy, acupuncture, and home traction devices that reestablish cervical curve. (3) exercises- yoga, swimming, walking, bands, pilates, etc. Hope this helps...
