Thank you so much for this!!! -
@deso You for sure are in a place of no return, but isn't it thrilling, like in a good way kinda? You can deeply sense that this is not all that there is to life, it would be too boring to be true. You will become a completely different person, you will certainly loose interest in many things, sometimes you might feel very lonely, crazy, or even mentally ill, all of that is most likely gonna happen to you on the path. But don't worry, you are still a perfect, beautiful and lovable I don't know how old you are, but ego games will come your way, have no doubts about that, I know you You are able to do whatever you want, experience life as it unfolds. Whatever happens, accept it, You Are Good. <3

Hello! I'd just like to tell you that I love you whoever you are, wherever you are. I hope that you can at least see the possibility of accepting what you are going through, you are not alone in this. <3 What does 'Enlightenment' mean for you? You say that by thinking, you cannot find any sense. Your mind can't help but to think about concepts and project thoughts, that don't have any meaning, onto things. Enlightenment for the mind is just a concept, nothing more. It's good that you are honest about not wanting this, as now you can really move forward to whatever it is you really want. You feel it deep inside your bones. What is it that comes up when you think of the word, Enlightenment?

Going to high consciousness events is a good idea, sometimes girls get interested in you just because of you being there, I know of multiple cases of this happening. What do you enjoy to do? What would you like your partner to do with you?

That's such a mndfuck question to ask someone

Man, this really hit me. It kind of ignited a desire in me to live a boundless life and it opened my eyes to the reality where I am blindly following others' decisions, which I am doing only a little, but still to quite a big extent feeling wise. -
I was at a concert of 3 of my friends today and it really got me thinking, because I have heard about this many times in the past, why do people say that there is a connection between seeking Love and doing art? What is that correlation there, do any of you have some experience with this? How does spirituality help your creativity?

@Prabhaker Nice! -
Hey guys, I am going to study in India for the next two years and my parents are worried about me. Could you please recommend me some resources like books, documentaries or videos on understanding India? More specifically, I am going to leave near Mumbai.

@rNOW Ok, I was just a bit uncertain. That's nice to hear though. The book, Shantaram, it's really great, thank you for the recommendation. Gosh these topics I guess I will have to start watching more movies, playing more sport (as watching it sucks for me, I won't tell them though lol) and... yeh I am 16 now, no way I am getting married. Do they talk about this with kids too, I mean marriages. -
@Serotoninluv What do you think of the New Agey critique of psychedelics „fucking up your energies“?

@Derek White LOL I think I know what you mean! I already noticed some of the things that my Indian friends who live here do -
@Calcifer Hello! I am so glad it helped. This really is a great opportunity for me, we would literally have to sell our family house in order to pay for that school. UWC is a pretty high consciousness organization, it was founded by Kurt Hahn after the world wars in order to connect people from all over the world with the intention to prevent war. You can watch this documentary to get a better idea about their values Also check their international website or your national committee's website to gather more information, as the selection procedure might be different from country to country. The reasons I do this are because I want to integrate my education with my extracurriculars, which is very troublesome here, as I have so little time if I want to do that. I spent the last few years doing the things I love and doing them well which really helped me to get in, as I was able to speak and act from experience - scout leader, art, leadership seminars, advanced classes, teaching Czech as a foreign language to immigrants, learning languages etc... Also the relationships with the teachers and other students there are significantly warmer and more open, which really resonates with me. Their education system is much more well rounded and focused on practical skills and work experience. There are just so many good reasons for anyone to do this. I recently told my grandma that I will be leaving, she is emotionally fucked, as well as her close family like her son (my uncle) and his wife (my aunt) etc... They are generally supportive but also very concerned, as I didn't end up going to Europe. (which would be much less of an adventure in my opinion, although still amazing) In order to get the scholarship I had to send them to essays with the topics You cant choose your family and Who am I? which were amazing. I think they really enjoyed my contemplative and even spiritual nature. The other rounds were mostly interviews and group activities, but for example in Brazil, they do a living experience, like a camp. Send me a DM for any info @Serotoninluv Thank you so much, it's really great to hear that from a good friend who also happens to be a teacher. Their mission really resonates with me and it was obvious from their facial expressions that they were enjoying getting to meet me, the people who were ranked above me were some hardcore fuckers, one of the people there even had news and internet paragraphs written about him and he wasn't even #1. I don't feel like an outsider there by any means but even going through the selection is a huge growth experience. The thing with IB is good to hear, gotta tell my family so that they are less scared. Everybody is always asking me about the education and the certificate I will get on the school. It feels so good that I will finally be able to choose what I want to study, I never got to do that here. My mum is very open and equally adventurous (may be defined as thoughtless or stubborn) as me, plus many of her colleagues had their children on UWC so she heard tons of positive feedback from them. Some of the kids get admitted to top schools before even finishing. My dad is a bit nervous and sad, but also very supportive. It's a bit harder with the extended family, but I will have 4 months of holidays so that's very nice and I will be able to fly home on a regular basis.

@rNOW Wow, that's a long reply, thanks a lot! Preety suggested that I shouldn't accept food that someone offers me just like that, you saying they will offer it to me because I am a student means the same thing or something different? Yeh... I am used to being careful, although Czechia is super safe. Are Hindi and Marathi related? Festivals sound fun, we dont have so many of them here Ok, understood. But I think there will be enough hot students in the campus so I dont have to worry about romance. (kinda kidding, not really, you never know lol, but there wont be only Indians) Yeh my grandma would die of a heart attack if I get drugged/sick so yeah... I dont want that to happen... -

@Derek White Thank you very much I am used to being very warm and agreeable with foreigners here, this should be really useful to know. Other than that, I don't think my standards are so bad. I am a male. -

@Preety_India Thank you so much Most of the things sound clear, I'm just adding a few comments: I will live at a modern campus inside a national park, so I will be save, I think that we arent allowed to walk outside the campus alone, we need to have a minimum of 2 people and maybe even an adult local with us. I will have hygiene stuff, food and bed on the campus, but I will surely want to try a true Indian dish in the city, so thank you for all the information about the scams, prices, drugs etc... Bargaining sounds stupid but so funny Feels like some sort of fairy tale-ish stuff. In the end, they no longer offer Hindi as a part of their education programme, but everyone needs to take it as an extracurricular activity. -
@flowboy Thank you so much for sharing your story, sounds super exciting. Maybe we can meet on day in Amsterdam, planning to go to the Netherlands for Ayahuasca

Oh, I didn't know that, but I want to learn Hindi because it is a subject at school that I would like to study, but I don't know whether they have beginner courses as well, so I am trying to learn a conversational level Hindi in 5 months so they could take me to the intermediate course maybe... idk. I think we have to go out in groups and under the supervision of a local. I cry everytime man, my Indian friends laugh at me how will I survive without food I think they do trips to places like Nepal, I just dont know how often Thank you very much! -

Ok I will be more specific. Are there any things that foreigners often do in India that are considered rude? What should I not do, what are the safety rules for travelling? I would also like to learn the Hindi language there and before I go, do you have any tips/materials for learning? @rNOW Thank you for the book recommendation -
Yes, definitely. Once we were at a birthday party and there was a game in which we had to use a dozen of plastic strokes to fill a cup with water, while standing 2 meters away from it. Everyone tried to build a pipe, but I built a rope and pulled the cope closer to me and then spilled the water directly from the bottle. That's the way I think. I recognize that when I am the most experienced in a team and the team is listening to my ideas, it can be very beneficial, but not so much in other scenarios @flowboy What were the decisions you applied to just do it mindset to? What were the results maybe a few moths/years after? Are you surprised looking back?

I am going to India in the end. I was the 4th best of the 8 candidates, so my choice was slightly limited and Singapore is too expensive for my family anyways... I am happy for India though, looking forward to going there
