  1. Get off these forums and go meditate
  2. That's the exact same dream I have, not with the same values although. More so Truth,Excellence and Strength
  3. @Draconis Chaser I know you're trying to help, but the idea of "it's all going to work out for the best" is complete fcking bullshit, "Many people I know who are very well versed in self-development are the worst little paraders of this bullsh*t that everything will work out for the best and they have forgotten the component of taking action , they have forgotten the component of rationale paranoia that you will will f*cking fail if you do not take action, you will f*cking fail, failure is the default if you do not have rational paranoia, failure is the f*cking default" The solution? "It's called being a f*cking executor, no excuses, there's no f*cking excuse, execute. Just do it, do it b*tch DO IT. you realize that once you do start working regularly, and you enjoy what you're doing regularly, it's really not that hard to work hard, it's actually pretty easy. The hardest part of beating laziness is just the initial shift in gears. It's like a diet, the only hard part of diet is just that first month, really once you're done the first month you're just eating healthy food." PS - I wish I were in a fcked up situation so I could dig myself out and build unshakable strength/willpower, so consider yourself lucky because the amount of growth you will experience, holy hell you'll become a monster.
  4. How deep is the enlightenment field, to acquire full mastery as a yogi, as in how long. 10-20 Years?
  5. In this video: What ratio would be best to a rigidness/flexibility scale of 100? Would it best to predict and plan to adapt a ratio? Or to be totally flexible, or develop it in a rigid sense? Or to have a sort of volume knob on both flexibility and rigidity that can be turned up or down that has an inverse relation, where one goes up the other goes down and vice versa. I'm thinking a 50:50 Perfect balance split would be ideal. Also, how can you apply this to micro:macro ratios of big-picture:small picture? As you turn up the volume for big picture, small goes down. Thoughts?
  6. @charlie2dogs What is enlightenment if not a state of no-mind?
  7. You'll have to work extremely hard, but smart, very very smart. Don't just grab a hammer and start smashing a tree thinking it will fall, you need a axe for that. You are being lied to by your brain, your ego is deceiving you, it wants immediate satisfaction. Meditate in the morning, this will set the pace for the day, also jump out of bed if you have an alarm to train your subconscious to think that you are energized and ready to take on the day. I do this I lot, deceiving the mind and training it like a dog, ruling it with an iron fist. Eliminate all distractions and do positive affirmations when in the mirror such as self-talk, and tell yourself you will work hard, and put yourself through ruthless self-discipline. The ego will lead to all miseries, it must be destroyed. Master routines, everything in life is a routine, and re-wire your subconscious to your liking. If you want to be a hard worker, tell yourself you already are a hard-worker, brain wash yourself, say things like "I love working so damn hard, it makes me feel so good", milk that subconscious for every drop of sustenance it has. It takes 21 days to instill a habit. Discipline is the mother of all achievement, so master it A simple video: Practical, no theory bullshit and gets straight to the point with application
  8. This is my biggest flaw, an obsession with power. How do you deal with this?
  9. @charlie2dogs Why would an enlightened person pick fights? Also can you explain what enlightenment is?
  10. Pertains to the hero's journey, life purpose (Not the ego lyrics) : "Oh, it's just me, myself and I Solo ride until I die Cause I, got me for life yeah Oh I don't need a hand to hold Even when the night is cold I got that fire in my soul" X 4 "I don't need anything to get me through the night Except the beat that's in my heart And it's keeping me alive (Keeps me alive) I don't need anything to make me satisfied (you know) Cause the music passion fills me good and it gets me every time"
  11. Must maximize sexual energy
  12. @charlie2dogs But that's all enlightenment is, is that state of no mind/stillness . The main goal in life purpose is contribution.
  13. I've been struggling with negative thoughts and "what-ifs" for quite some time. I have become aware of the negative thoughts, writing 5 minutes a day on a piece of paper to realize what the thoughts are about, but it hasn't really ripped out the vicious plant that is negativity. How do I excavate this fker? Also not so much worry, but more so the thought of "what-if,what-if,what-if" Pops up a lot. At first it was negative, now I can stop it at the "what-if" stage and redirect and finish the sentence. For example, before when I were doing some task such as peeling an onion, a negative thought of "what-if I cut off my finger'? Now I know that sounds stupid, but that's just what my stupid mind is doing. Then it calmed down, and went to "What if I fail" or something along those lines, clearly indicating fear of failure. I've gotten the what-ifs to the point where they just yell-out "what-if,what-if?" and then I have to complete the sentence, like peeling an orange and the thoughts say "what-if" and then I think what-if I peel this orange successfully, or the orange is going to taste great or...you get the picture, I have some control now, but it still hasn't gone away, and it's annoying and interferes with day to day thinking, worrying about worrying, and me having to repeat "Negative worry is fkin useless" x100 everyday or so. Now on the other hand, the negativity and all the negative thoughts? Good god, these fkers don't stop, just parading along there little macarena line at random times and saying the random-est stupidest sht possible, like "HEY, why don't go steal that old ladies purse, she sure is giving you dirty look" Like What in the fck? And just other negative crap about myself, self-depreciating sht really. From most of the self-help things I've read so far, thoughts really are the core foundation for a lot of beliefs, and other parts of the psyche and what not, but hell how do I get rid of this crap? tl;dr - Negative thoughts + Negative Worry, how to kill negativity?
  14. @Argue I believe it is possible to get rid of negativity, this "can't" mind-set is failing at first step, if you don't believe you can do something you will never be able to accomplish any goal, ever. Scientifically speaking, yes the reptilian brain ought to be calmed, and the mammalian controlled with the neocortex. I'm thinking positive affirmations and positivity, also to build the 6 pillars of self-esteem. Once a rock-solid foundation has been set, then it will be easier to get into psychology mastery. Everything you listed in that pentagon is just ego, the source of most, if not all suffering, just emotions that can be subconsciously programmed to the users liking. Also your username is literally "Argue", so are you looking to pick a fight?
  15. For social anxiety, start small. If you kill this demon, the rest will be a piece of cake, you're pretty much going up against the final boss. This may sound crazy, but go outside and say Hi to a person, or wave or smile or something along those lines. If that is too much, tone it down, if that is not enough, ramp it up. Then go talk to a person and introduce yourself and say something lie " Hi, I just wanted to wish you a good day, or compliment them and say "Hey man/girl/person, that's an awesome shirt, where did you get it?". From this point, you will slowly reduce the anxiety, as this flow-chart indicates: The key is to make up some kind of challenge that is not to hard or easy. After time, you will become bored and will need more challenge, ramping it up to talking to hint-hint ... a Girl?! Oh yes, approach a girl and use the same tactics. You could purchase something and try to talk to the person, or if you need lower difficulty, go outside or maybe just sit look out the window, the key is to match anxiety with skills to meet the challenge. Socializing is a skill like any other, that can worked and mastered. A guy named Tyler from a company called RSD was in the exact same position you were at and now he's a multi-millionaire. (Not that money or woman are indefinite indicators of success, but it's the idea that you have that exact same potential). In terms of work ethic, it can also be built, and is one along one of the key indicators for success, but first courage/bravery and willpower must be built. (Willpower is intertwined with work ethic) Cut out the computer completely, and focus solely on self-growth, take the road less travelled, and you will rewarded with riches beyond imagination. Remember, it takes 21 days to instill a habit, and all our lives are is a compilation of habits. PM me if the depression gets worse, we can slay that fucker easily. Depression is really the depletion of "sexual energy" or chi, I recommend going on NoFap and abstaining from masturbation as it will help a hell of a lot. Here are some key videos on Work Ethic: Very practical advice. Long and lengthy, but worth the watch Cuts it down for you Remove the label that you're a loser, because life is not just winning and losing. You may be struggling, but that does not make you a loser, hell I am pretty sure most if not all people are not losers. It's a really good thing you are getting your shit together, because you will be ahead of the curve, as the life purpose course gives you a 10 year plan which will obliterate the competition and make you a creator. A note on the life purpose course - Follow that shit through till your dead, sacrifice everything and put your fcking blood, sweat and tears into it because it will be a heelllllll of a lot more worth than chasing stupid shit like money or sex. As you said, being a cop is not for you. This is ultimately your decision, and will probably solve some problems as going to the military will set you up as a rock-solid kick-ass disciplined fearless son of a bitch. Passion is more x100 all of this useless crap people are chasing, and you will win oh so greatly in the end game. On a final note, watch this video as it is extremely important: Remember that The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step.
  16. There is so much more to discover, as even Leo said in some video that once you become enlightened, the journey really begins. It's like a becoming a millionaire and being thrown in the Silicone valley to realize you were just a big fish in a small pond, and that there oh so much more to go. This is only a dent, if not a scratch into the never ending cave that is consciousness.
  17. In the video titled "How to be a strategic Motherfucker" There is an entire compilation of huge strategic blunders, I'll add some more too. Getting Married in your 20's Pissing away the prime years of your life - teen and adolescence playing videogames Smoking weed, doing drugs and drinking (I've done these things, parasitic) Drinking and Partying in college Not developing Mastery Eating Junk Food Not going to doctors Chasing money rather than passion Chasing achievement and status rather than inner-growth having kids too soon in life sticking it out with a bad gf/bf Not continuing education after college Not even going to college Not getting an education Staying loyal to a dysfunctional family member Jerking off and playing video games, smoking weed and drinking Thinking you can get something for nothing Going into debt Using credit cards Working for a boss in a giant company Climbing the corporate ladder Being to stingy to hire a therapist/life coach Being too cheap to buy books Being too cheap to buy online info courses/products that could help you Being too cheap to go to a seminar/retreat Living in the wrong place Hanging out with the wrong people Chasing sex/love and putting a lot of time into that Neglecting meditation/enlightenment work Taking your religion too seriously
  18. What are some good sources? So far, I'm thinking Kindle Publishing would be a good gig, the only downside would be that it obliterates motivation to finding your life purpose or staying on track with it, or all drive to achieve in life, as Leo suggests in his video: The key is to make some sort of balanced system. For example: $10 a day would require reading a book a day, or $100 a day would require attend a seminar a day to keep a balance between motivation/drive and being a slug. Back to the main question, what would be some good sources?
  19. @Lynnel Yes, It's pretty much a waste of time in the grand scheme
  20. It takes 21 days to instill a habit, stick with something for 21 days and do it the same time each and every day and you will have mastered routines.
  21. @Endew Well, personally cold approach seems much better than dating. You said you wasted years of your life "trying", but there is no try. You do or do not do. As a noob, I feel cold approach is probably the best option. The title is a little mis-leading, as in > Everything doesn't mean everything in Life, it simply means > In dating and relations. Mastering the art of cold Approach is just a skill like any other skill.
  22. I've been watching a ton of videos, and have done some meditations on it. I'm thinking meditate for 60 minutes then take a shower with (Life Purpose Course) materials. How do you pinpoint your top ten to the very last yoctometre? The problem is that I envision a specific version of myself, or have a vision some specific character/entity, and my values change accordingly. So how do I nail these beliefs and connect with the authentic/higher self?
  23. @Philip Thank you so much ~ What I'm getting is that I should finish the course, but you have provided many insights on connecting with the authentic self. I praise you my friend, much love
