You just have to learn how to re enter a dream. I used to do it as a kid, but it just happens randomly nowadays -

Six is said to be the average for 8 hours of sleep but i def think it could be more. Last year for two months I had to wake up every two hours to take medicine and it surprised me to have actual long vivid dreams even just sleeping from 8 to 10 pm and beyond. Honestly we are always dreaming, even when we think we are awake, we just aren't tuned into it. But you can learn how to do that as well, it's called image streaming. So six dreams is just the average that people recall in one night -
I had another miley Cyrus dream... This time she had all these tiny roses tattooed over her shoulder and down her back, and she was feeling very self conscious about it. Also, there was this interesting part where I was split between like three versions all sitting on a L shaped couch , two were straight and one gay, and we were matching ourselves up with lovers

@Shin sounds like a wild ride. Yeah try to remember, you can even use mirrors for transportation or bizarro worlds

@Shin try looking in a mirror... It's fun.

As I told someone earlier about their pesky astral demons pinning them down to the floor.... Go through the floor. In your case, the very earth itself ?

@Vitamine Water thanks, we'll see how it turns out ?

Are you bald in your dreams? ?♂️

Ah, very cool. So you also had a spontaneous dream awareness. Very nice. You could be a strong natural. I love a night of oversleeping! I don't do it often but it always leads to long vivid dreams or even lucid ones. You'll have to play with it. I use just one hand. If you are more consciously drinking when awake, then you might start finding; yourself drinking in dreams. I say give it a try if you'd like, for science ? but if you don't notice it working, then you'll have that backup of doing it in doorways. I also like every time you see the sky, or hear the phone ring. Just play around with it, it will all work intuitively based on your preferences. Honestly I'm a very lazy journal keeper, I only write the ones I really like, but please don't follow my example! I also tell my employees at work about my dreams, and lucky for me they get paid to listen ? like @Michal__ said, write every detail as soon as possible. -
Last night I was hanging out with Heidi Klum a little a bit, and then Miley Cyrus. Miley invited us to a house party. When we got there, she went into the kitchen and asked someone for coke. I just wanted to drink, and had brought some cheap Sangria with me. I was embarrassed to pull it out of the bag. We all sat around and chatted, and then Miley (who was sitting in her burly boyfriend's lap) got up and made a speech and cheers.

@Shin you have awesome dreams!

I suggest joining a Infp group on Facebook and asking this question... That way you'll get answers from more people who share the same struggles. Do you daydream alot? What work do you do and why did you choose it?

@electroBeam I can't help really but you reminded me of something... Sometimes I try and meditate instead of going to sleep. It's super hard, and I don't know if there's any benefits from it, but it's on the list of things to accomplish. Have you heard of anything like this? -

Interesting... I'll have to look into l-arginine. I wonder how much you smoke now? Its amazing how deceptive memory is, especially in dreams. For example I remember one where I opened up a cabinet drawer and suddenly remembered that I had a baby and left it in a drawer for who knows how long ago.... Luckily it was alive, but all pasty and shrivelled up, and I nursed it back to health. I was upset at a myself for forgetting about it and almost letting it die, but it never occurred to me that any of this was abnormal, or even that I could possibly be dreaming. Interesting that you have already transfigured, have you already done stuff like that in non lucid dreams? ... At what point did you realize that you were dreaming? Sure! In my experience, you can control a little, but it's alot more like subtle or not so subtle influencing. Sometimes the dream can completely deny your wishes or control, and almost laughs in your face at the puny attempt. In a way, it's part of the fun. Although I'm sure one can discover full dream control, I just haven't heard any good tales of it yet. One time I had my dream husband under mind control, and he would say exactly what I was telepathically telling him to say... But the dream got real creepy and he became very puppet-like but was also starting to fight back. I think I threw him in a wardrobe or something.... Ok cool. You're really dedicated ? are there any particular practices you have been doing? -

@MoreLove cool, I'm at work right now, will respond later. @Shin I love apocalypse dreams!! When I made a thread for dreams, it got moved over to the journal section. So feel free to use that one if you want -

@MoreLove Hi there, Here's some questions to start : Do you have vivid dreams on a regular basis? Have you had a lucid dream before? Why do you want to lucid dream? How much work are you willing to put into lucid dreaming more frequently, or even on demand? (very advanced) -

Superficial Remedies Chapter Seven: 21-24 7:21 We are all familiar with the occasional feeling of despair from the idea that our lives are meaningless , or "without true worth." This feeling is so universal, it has sparked countless attempts to cover it up or to find that meaning, such as "religions, spiritual movements, and other shared belief systems." my 2 cents: if society isn't a direct manifestation of this despair, then it at least has a very close relationship with it. 7:22-24 We must drop all of these social solutions we have adopted, and find the real authentic experience of being. To put it simply. Looking for Self in All the Wrong Places Chapter Seven: 25-33 7:25 We adopt many of these social solutions (beliefs) as a sort of patch onto our 'incomplete' sense of self. Many of these beliefs are on the conscious level and are relatively easier to become aware of. We also subliminally hold beliefs, probably what people would call core beliefs (turns out I was right ), which stem "from the parameters of our actual "self sense." Going fairly unnoticed or incognito, these beliefs are even more easily mistaken for real aspects of ourselves. 7:26 As a cultural thing, we all tend to throw out the hats and masks which don't serve us. At least that's the intention, but the problem comes in knowing which ones those are. 7:27 We will look more closely at beliefs and assumptions to help identify them: Belief: 1. Mental acceptance of and conviction in the truth, actuality, or validity of something. 2. Something believed or accepted as true, especially a particular tenet or a body of tenets accepted by a group of persons. 7:28 By definition, belief is conceptual. This means that is always a reflection of truth, not the actual direct experience of it. A complete mental fabrication. 7:29 It is not about finding the 'right beliefs' but about redirecting our relationship to all beliefs- as concepts and not actual truth. 7:30 Assumption: 1. The act of taking upon oneself. 2. The act of taking for granted. 3. Something taken for granted or accepted as true without proof; a supposition. 4. Presumption; arrogance. 7:31-33 Assumptions are more deeply absorbed into the subconscious as a product of upbringing. These are core beliefs. They re-manifest in our thoughts and feelings. We must use and open mind to root them out.
