Get up and walk. Also, try automatic writing and channelling. Learn intuition and discernment. Learn archetypal symbology, so that when you download something, it will have symbology to use and you will be able to interpret it. Learn visualization and develop any other spiritual senses, such as hearing and sensing. All practices that psychics use are useful, just don't get lost in their dogma. Love will speak to you in a myriad of ways, but it must have channels. Also, drop all expectations, and don't expect to build the new free energy blueprints, unless it's time for those to arise. -
Must seeking brilliance and wandering about be mutually exclusive? ? And yes, you can have seeking_brilliance, I am not him either, which means we can both be him ? Also, and this is just being silly, but where better to try this out than here on this forum? if we were allowed access to change our user name. In fact I chose this user name for the exact reasons of manifesting 'brilliance', but suppose I now want to pursue higher gratitude? I would love to be called seeking _gratitude for a while. Imagine if we knew each other based on the subtle hints like prose and energy in the words? And not by name. Are we addicted to knowing who writes what?

As long as you aren't forming a domga that all of those people are particularly wrong. -
I understand. I only meant taking on new characters for fun and beneficial reasons. You can still be nothing and nameless simultaneously, no one can take that away from you ?.

Incorporate it into the experience if you can. If not, put on headphones -
We'll call it... spirit hacking ?

True, but one can take it only as far as they wish. You wouldnt have to announce that you are under a different name, and even still happily answer to your birth name. And you could still channel your original character when near someone who would notice and care. Or choose a new fun identity that's a blend of old and new, for baby steps. Ask your dream guide for a name. Tell them what you want to embody and ask for a name. ? Personally , I like Klara, Clara, or Sofia. The meanings are clarity and wisdom, respectively.

Haha why do I feel like this is one big trick question ? touche you got me. Even if we get consent, how can we trust any truth to it? -
DISCUSSION: (I don't know which tier this would belong in, I'm willing to delete it..) Today while revisiting a somewhat developed concept for a novel, i realized that the story not only dead-ended but was feeling quite stale. I've been wanting to change the main character's name for a while, and found one today that I like. It has a different energy to it. While focusing on this name and energy, I watched as the story kind of readjusted( like retuning the resonance) itself to this new name and energy, and already can see what new directions this could take me with story development. This got me thinking, we typically hold on to our birth names and spend years in character development. Sometimes we don't even like what develops-- though some do find a way to transcend all that. But wouldn't it be fun to retune the story a bit with a different character name and energy? Could get rid of any stale/moody energy attached to the character you've spent a lifetime leeching energy from/to. In other words, let's change our names based on the energy we want to manifest. Whenever we want to change them. Doesn't have to be legally. How attached are you to your current name? Could you think of one that might give you a boost of confidence and joy? One of surrender? What do you want to manifest? Attach a name to it and become it. Then, teach your children. Rinse and repeat. This of course is not so much about awakening as it is just having fun (if the two must be mutually exclusive)

Oh I see... The gym guy scenario was not a meetup in Astral. Zero would have just been summoning a golem, so to speak, in the image of the gym guy just for fun. My offer to meet with zero in Astral, (was joking of course) was a whole other matter and yes that sex would typically be consensual. I don't even know if astral meetups are possible, so that's just all hypothetical joking banter. -

If a dream character doesn't want sex, which would be unusual because typically dream characters are as horny as the host... They will make it will known if they don't want sex. If zeroISinfinity wants to perform what could be seen as rape after that, then that's on his own conscience. I can't tell if you are asking if the gym guy in this waking reality should be giving consent. -

In a dream, the gym guy is zeroISinfinity. It's not rape it's masturbation. -

I mostly do that. And then it gives wandering around aimlessly while awake a whole new perspective. Would you summon a dream guide? If so, what would you ask? -

Could you imagine if teenagers were taught this as birth control? Or to explore preferences. -

@Hulia I agree, mostly. What would you do when lucid? It's very important to have a clear dream goal to accomplish, otherwise you may just wander around aimlessly - - which is still amazing in its own right. But what would you like to do while lucid? -

Alright fine. Lay down, meditate for a while and perform progressive full body relaxation. When hypnogogia begins, just keep observing. Don't move a muscle, not even your eyes. When you get a crystal clear image, try and mentally zoom in on a detail and you may suddenly find yourself in a dream. Or at some point you may see a world materialize and simply push your essense into it and step in. Now, the fun part. Think about who you want to summon. Let's just say Henry Cavill (because who wouldn't). Now--holding his image and essense in mind, and the intention of him appearing, ask for him to come up behind you and tap you on the shoulder. Voila. -

@zeroISinfinity ? it's not a lucid sex hotline, silly. We'd have to learn to meet in Astral first ?. That being said, I could teach you how to summon someone in a lucid dream, whoever you want to bang. Just don't say Leo ? -

Tell me about the routine you are trying. One thing to take note is how long you stay up. Some people only need to stay up for 20 minutes, some for an hour. And anything in between. And unfortunately with the human body it could be 20 minutes one night and 40 minutes another night. Keep experimenting. Make sure to go back to bed somewhat sleepy, but not too sleepy, and if you aren't sleepy, do one of these videos : As with stepping into a dream, if you get up in the middle of the night and go back to bed and can relax yourself into stepping into a dream (without falling asleep!) you will be able to bring that skill into daytime with you, with practice. As with many things, you need to experience it for yourself to really know what I mean. Have you had any dream reports to add to that thread? -

Awesome. One thing that has worked for me is getting up and watching a tv show or movie that I like. And if I don't get lucid I tend to have a dream that's either directly about what I watched, or heavily influenced by it. It's a good way to go flying with superman, or travelling worlds with doctor who. I have to watch TV until I get sleepy again. -

@Rilles yoga nidra, from my own interpretive understanding, can teach you to lay still with full body awareness without mentally falling asleep. This can used as a spring board for astral projection or shifting into a lucid dream dimension. Here's is a good series.
