  1. OK cool. I can still make some small changes if you see fit.
  2. I just realised you meant copycat haha
  3. Well, you said no cats ?‍♂️ ???
  4. @Hulia did you enjoy this journey more?
  5. Well, does that make you feel connected? But I only meant that I feed off of praise, constructive criticism, and people sharing the experiences they had with my art. I'm like really hungry for it. It could be totally egotistical, but whatever, doesn't bother me. I don't want a penny for the work, just connection.
  6. @tsuki I agree... Let's see how this next one goes and see if it addresses any of that.
  7. @tsuki @tsuki@t@ Thank you for the feedback! I think the main issue in breaking the chain was that the voice was not clear enough - - this was not a path of physical strength but one of inner strength, although I did want to leave it open for interpretation. Yes one of the challenges has been finding the right balance of guiding the story along while giving enough freedom to explore. Though, please keep in mind that this is a guided journey, and unlike many guided visualizations it does follow a structured narrative. My next one will be taking us to a south American jungle, and I hope I can strike that balance a bit better, although I can tell you right now if you don't follow the narrators instructions at a crucial point, the rest of the journey won't have the same impact. (the voice is your friend, don't you trust it? ?) Please check it out when it's finished and let me know what you think.
  8. @Hulia hope it helps ?
  9. Hello there, are you looking for a bit more pep in your step before beginning your workday? Well look no further, this 20 minute warmup will prime you with motivation and laser sharp focus before starting your day.
  10. @tsuki thank you so much!! It was a work of passion. I'm so glad you liked it... Do you think I could have done something differently to avoid the desynchronization?
  11. @captainamerica here ya go. Headphones are recommended. In the comments on the youtube page, you will find a timestamp to skip directly to the pre-work warmup. @Michael569 I think you'll like this one too. Definitely applies to LP.
  12. I created this guided visualization / guided journey with the intention of invoking the crying response. Of course you'll have to make it to the end to see if if works ? it is targeted towards, and I think enjoyable to, the kids in all of us.
  13. I like to feel connected ? so, I figured, instead of sitting around wishing for that to happen...
  14. @captainamerica ok:)
  15. Hmm... How about a daily 10 minute warm up. You listen into the morning before diving in for the day, and it gets you in the mood and motivated to set aside an amount of time of your choosing, and to focus laser sharp on your work and the ability to juggle and multitask if that is what the day requires. Thanks for the idea, I'm working on my next guided journey script but maybe I can squeeze this short project in.
  16. I feel like this is a really special idea.. I love doing spiritual exercises (workouts)... Would just have to think of how to do this one.... Do you specifically want to be hypnotised to stay focused with juggling projects for 8 hours a day? And the rest is time for yourself?
  17. @Hulia that was crazy dream! Just how I like them ?
  18. @abrakamowse yep its working now. you did a great job. are you making any new comics?
  19. @abrakamowse no they are showing up for me as broken links... did you run out of attachment space?
  20. @abrakamowse links aren't working...
  21. Hey there, your video is complete. Its targeted for the kid in all of us, because I think at any age we should learn to express and release sadness. thank you so much for the inspiration. If you go to the youtube page, there's a timestamp to start the journey if you want to skip the warm-up.
  22. You want to be one inch tall? It's easier than you think. Just don't be afraid to be like a little kid again.
  23. Does anyone know of a book or website which is a laymen's breakdown of the stages? Like a SP for dummies type thing?
  24. @Hulia you've just described the next journey. Just finished the script ? did you astral project and spy on my script, you naughty lady?
