@Bobby after my kundalini opened up, I feel much better, but i know ego backlash is a real thing, so I'm always watching ? My 3rd eye literally pulsates all day, there is deifanlty a shift in conciousness, not sure how deep cause the rabbit whole goes very deep, but I'm not the same as i once was for the better. It's not quite Enlightenment, but I am defiantly into some kind of Kundalini awakening or some shit lol maybe I am into some kind of very 1st stage of enlightenment now that I'm thinking about it, my crown chakra blew the fuck open, I sat there like the goddman Buddha for like 5 minutes ?‍♂️ Or maybe it's just the ego thinking it's more then it is, who knows?‍♂️ Could use a guru right about now lol

@ground enlightenment from what I've read & studied over the past year & a 1/2 is deeper then any thearpy or pill I could pop. Tried them both, didn't work. meditation/ heavy self inquiry & Waking up my Kundalini & " I" feel 90% better.. Thank god for Leo or id be fucked! Also the Buddha & yogis that live in the Himalayas don't need therapy & they have become enlightened?‍♂️ So why do we? cause we live in the west?

@Akuma im pretty sure it will end all my anxieties, but only time will tell, I can't even drive on highways anymore, I mean I could, but many stars would need to align, sucks...??‍♂️

Is it one of the best ways to become enlightened? & if it is, how do I do it? i currently do: -self inquiry, basically all day long -sds sits, but not as much as I used to -mantra mediation (I just concentrate on my breath)

@PsiloPutty I never said I didn't combine both, last time I went over the 2 hour mark my Kundalini awakend. Also I didn't write that the joeyi99 guy did.

@joeyi99 -energy shooting up & down you're spine -eye kids flutter -chest shakes -3rd eye pulsates all day long -I spin while i mediate -i feels like there prickers or tingling feelings on me at times -once I had energy/heat pouring or shooting out of the top of my head about a foot high! (Crown chakra) -when it awoke the 1st time it was nuts, I didnt know what kundalini was as the time? - it wasn't until months later Leo & some other people confirmed it was kundalini -you purge shit, I cried the other day for 15 minutes, -kundalini is clearing chakras & re wiring the psyche To get the body & mind ready for enlightenment, it's a like a pre enlightenment phase that can last 3-30 years....some people get it & some people bypass it. -but at the end of the day it still isn't enlightenment, so I gotta watch out, the ego likes to think something like Kundalini is bigger then what it is, Damn ego...

@joeyi99 sds has awoken my Kundalini, still not enlightened but got me farther then self inquiry so far. For me once I got into that hour & a 1/2 mark is when shit starts getting real with sds what's the longest you've sat? Longest sit I've ever had was 2 hours & 10 minutes, on that sit energy shot out of my crown chakra, it was wild, so wild I thought I was enlightened. the second I truly stopped fighting the pain is when I had my breakthrough talked to one lady she said you only need to do hour long sds sits she said she did appx 350 of them. ive done about 50-60 myself all of them at least an hour

When I was doing a lot of sds sits & heavy self inquiry I would have vivid nightmares.. i remember in one of Leo's videos he said mediation cause some nightmares or sleep issues.. pretty sure the sds sits stirred that pot... what the fuck are dreams any way? & how do they play a role in the spiritual world towards enlightenment???

@PsiloPutty might be a stupid question, my kundalini is already heavily awakened, should I consider psycadellics still? Or just let the kundalini lead me to enlightenment naturally?

@Recursoinominado i self inquire all day long & my Kundalini is full blown awoken & i still roll 2x a week! It's fun & keeps you in the moment for an hour & 1/2 almost like meditation!
