  1. @Dodo my mind was the first thing to be liberated. That happened lifetimes ago. Now its my heart that's opening, and its the most beautiful and blissful thing. Dodo, I will always be here if you need anything. Namaste, brother.
  2. @Dodo Thank you so much Dodo, I love you too. Your comments are very kind. I've never felt so free and liberated. My heart goes out to you.
  3. i agree with you on some points. With respect to meditation, Douglas Harding, of the Headless way wrote that some spiritual teachers can be infuriating with the stress on meditation. How do you know I'm not already at my True Home? Because simply put...YES, SIMPLY put, I am.
  4. @Dodo Matt Kahn talks about ego integrating with spirit on TrueDivineNature. The direct approach is fine. A heart centered approach to spirituality is the way for me. I don't have to remember how to do 25 spiritual things each day and then feel like crap when I fail at them. If one is spiritually aligned you can experience bliss. He also talks about the end of the old paradigm and the beginning of the new paradigm. No more spiritual acrobatics to fail at. If you do fail, then love the one who fails more, not less!
  5. @Leo Gura Leo, what exactly offends you regarding neo advaita?
  6. @BeyondForm he just calls it gods nose. Notice how its huge, and descends to the floor
  7. @Pierre yes. Point your finger towards you, the Spacious Capacity. Point it outward to what is happening in You. You see you are the Nothing out of which Everything happens. You are Source for All.
  8. I find myself present when I wake up in the morning. Lately I've been doing a sort of walking inquiry. When at work or when walking somewhere, I will self inquire, but only during random moments of time when I don't need to focus on anything in particular. Most of my day is spent shifting between Atman and Brahman. However, it has always been Brahman. I would say 25% of my day I'm fully present. That jumps up a bit on the weekends when I have more time to myself. I just started a new career, so I've been distracted. Despite all this, I am Brahman.
  9. @Prabhaker ok i understand your point, but Im an American, and Ive heard of Vedanta and the Upanishads. Indians are less aware of it? Theyve never heard of Maharshi?@Clint Eastwood it is. I know a lot of Indians from work and socializing, and none of them know or even care about Vedanta, spirituality or consciousness work. Stunning, and sad.
  10. @Clint Eastwood it is. I know a lot of Indians from work and socializing, and none of them know or even care about Vedanta, spirituality or consciousness work. Stunning, and sad.
  11. @mikeyy hey bud: you know what I've noticed? Most people are asleep and don't know a darn thing about spirituality nevermind meditation! You will always be frustrated if you think people "should" meditate. People should do a lot of things but main stream culture brainwashes most people into a low consciousness lifestyle. Don't worry about others. Consider yourself blessed and awake! Much love! Namaste.
  12. @Loreena why are we using mathematical terms to define something like Source that we can't define. We can't even begin to imagine this Source, yet we're trying to define it?
  13. @Dodoster trying to argue with a rationalist is a lesson in futility. They haven't surrendered. Ego wants to be right, because its threatened by your post.
  14. @Brivido you should watch ALL of Leo's enlightenment series. Also one of his videos in the series describes the Hindu Neti Neti method. One thing you will discover hopefully is that you are not your body or mind. The first step is where you make the transformation from identifying with body and mind.....then in the next higher state of consciousness you become the witness of body and mind. There are more stages culminating in God Consciousness.
  15. Consciousness transcends brain. You are not body, nor mind. Brain doesn't produce consciousness; you will not find it there because it doesn't have a location. You don't live IN consciousness. You ARE consciousness.
  16. @SOUL no, I wasn't triggered, but just felt passionate about the subject. I've been rather preoccupied with the whole pre/post rationalist thing. I appreciate being checked. Thank you.
  17. @SOUL You ARE consciousness. Its not a by product of brain function, but that's something the rationalists will NEVER figure out. Consciousness transcends brain and body. Consciousness is all there is. Everything else is Maya.
  18. @FirstglimpseOMG Its strange to think when I leave my condo in the morning, my condo and all of my posessions remain concepts only. Based on that alone, its no wonder people seldom get on the Path.
  19. You are Consciousness and the only thing that exists as reality is right in front of you. Moving deeper, once ego is destroyed you become reality. It also helps to see this when you understand that you have never seen your face or head. Everything else including what goes through reality, (you) goes into the void when not directly experienced. On one level I understand that existentially I am Source. On the stage of life, I am Eric. Just an ordinary person. The truth is I will always be spirit for eternity, no matter if formless or manifesting as form. Enjoy the form you are and respect your body and treat it well. Your form is one of the most miraculous and beautiful things You ever made. You are SO creative and loving.
  20. @Dodoster i think pure consciousness is ethereal nothingness with intelligence. You are NOW spirit in the form of body/mind. However you are basically still pure consciousness as the true self. You can do whatever you want and be whatever you want to be. You don't have to struggle and suffer like others because you've awoken to your true nature. You don't have to worry about death, because that's a gateway to new things, new existences, new manifestations of spirit, similar to your human manifestation. You are in form as spirit because You got sick and tired of being formless and wanted to mix it up a little. Let's have fun in this Form and not take everything so damn seriously, folks!
