Not sure what to think of what you wrote @tsuki going to look at it again later. Life has got to be our greatest teacher, my life’s been a complete train wreck these past few days and I’ve caused it all...? simply doing a rebuild now but who knows when the pains going to be enough that I turn to Love

enjoy the discussion here. @tsukiyou say we cannot teach someone to think for themselves but does this mean we cannot educate them about self empowerment? I've been feeling conflicted with sharing the holistic psychology instagram posts because i feel as if it encourages the development of beliefs. I begin to question why I even partake in looking at her instagram posts as it seems to go against freeing myself from my own webs. Perhaps it has to do with how one looks upon the posts on whether it will actually promote self empowerment

maybe try using the search option to find your answers, it's quite easy -
@illia @Moreira Read this it might help shine some light on your addictive behavior and whether it may be emotional. Read the psychologist's message under the pics

Cool man this sounds more like you to me honestly im not sure why I try to describe authenticity as if it should look like something in particular lol but mainly being attentive to focus, thoughts and energy body (emotional state) is all that’s needed. Also I’d like to be more awkward, crazy and unpredictable completely owning it aka vulnerable Respect seems to be a value you hold dearly when it comes to socializing like me. Maybe you’d like to have less walls and restrictions up in your connections as well. It’s not about lying that’s for sure. It’s more about honesty with desire and focus, shit we can always say sorry if this offends you but...? then there’s also the connection you create through undivided attention
-
@Truth Addict we can always change our focus. Why does there need to be a purpose of talking to people other than sharing, caring and entertaining? Not in a pleasing way but in a fun way To share an authentic me with others means the conversation can go anywhere and I’ll be open for anything. When I’m deeply present with myself feeling alive, those brief moments of connection with others is inevitable, even though it’s not even being sought. Notice your pessimistic outlook toward others, this is something i adopted mostly from my dad. I used to sit in silence in large groups of friends. It was always a big deal or super funny to them whenever I spoke up. I never found myself to be that impressive but because of the rarity they liked it. This was still comfort zone for me and I’m working to speak my mind more often at least when I’m doing well and even allow myself to sound dumb. I’d say one of my good attributes with woman is a sort of funny dumbness I naturally express ?

It’s quite tough to do it without thinking about it, it’s a habit i developed, a skill rather. I was very quiet and anxious in most social situations involving strangers for most of my life so even now as I am forcing myself back into the battle field, I’ll get hit with waves of emotional stress or self conscious thought. But honestly I know it will be the best skill to have to be able to stay authentic in any situation, with any conversation

@Wekz I suppose people can choose to be unhappy and often don’t believe they have a choice, not sure what they are even capable of. You can choose to worry but if you focused on yourself, others will surely learn from it. We must bring conscious awareness to technology if we want to survive

Aww I still do it sometimes and try to be aware if I judge myself for doing it. I agree, healthy boundaries and self expression are very useful. To take judgement and criticism personally narrows our perception of an interaction. Negative as opposed to positive ? What creates negative emotion like anger, sadness, jealousy, blame shame etc? Why do they occur?
-
@Truth Addict I like that, free to create limits and even choose the limitless. I don’t see any benefit in taking criticism and judgment personally. Negative is simply a way to categorize types of emotion I guess... Thanks man! Integrating into full human mode ?
-
@Truth Addict ?? i agree we’re helping each other grow man! We don’t have to take anything personal. This is simply dialogue it’s unnecessary to place limitations on ourselves I see negative emotions as healthy and necessary for growth, it can increase self worth, gratitude, peace and love toward others. This might be what you were saying Suffering is resisting change. Without going meta or being conscious of suffering, it’s unavoidable. I like you’re suggestions, I’ve understood meaninglessness and practice aloneness. Ive been having a lot of inner growth lately, it can be quite painful but also very freeing ?
-
@Natasha that’s awesome, freeing up time and space is something I’ve been working on myself Juggling too many habits can definitely lead to neglecting what we really want to accomplish and enjoy. Thanks for clarifying!
-
The suffering is a fact, it’s not bad and it’s simply negative emotion. Accept it I must, simply to end it. I’m not sure we are on the same page as I didn’t quite understand what you mean relating back to our conversation, feel free to elaborate

@Truth Addict I have a knack for taking things too seriously. Spent so much of my life living completely reactive, it’s hard to notice when the same patterns return ?
-
100% agree, it's a process of needing it, realizing one needs it, evaluating why one needs it, letting it go and then using it more consciously. @Truth AddictI feel like some people feel the need to take things to the extremes and this benefits them for growth, and others have less of a need for this @NatashaDo you feel the need for this because you can't remain conscious enough? @Wekztotally have to observe the mind as much as possible to break the chains of unconsciousness. It's not just technology but any activity, really

@Leo GuraMaybe the video was too radical for the government, so they flagged it and made it disappear ?
